Great location for exploring Naples, very nice, friendly and easy to comunicate staff! The staff greets you every morning for breakfast and with coffee. Parking was public and the staff was really helpful to pick the right and safe one, just note that the price was 50€ per day because of the size of the car(SUV), otherwise it would be 30€ and you have to leave the key in the car(as in almost every parking garage in Naples). Just make sure to pack lightly (we were on our 3-week trip through Italy, we were having a lot of baggage - so that was on us) as the elevator is not functional for B&B (just for the residents of the building). Overall would recommend this for a few-night stay in Naples!

Zentral gelegen, Zimmer sauber und geräumig, das Personal wirklich total freundlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die Unterkunft wirkt sehr familiär - es gab eine kleine Terrasse, auf der wir auch zu 8. Platz fanden.

Das Frühstück war sehr "italienisch" also Kuchen und süßes Gebäck - für den deutschen Gaumen eher gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber was möchte man auch in Italien erwarten - daher dennoch prima!! ;-)

The hotel was in a perfect location for exploring Naples. The team were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Would definitely return here, the family room we had was perfect, very clean and lots of space.

Francesca est un ange, disponible, à l’écoute, gentille et parle très bien français. Tous les autres membres du personnel aussi d’ailleurs . L’emplacement était génial, juste à côté du bruit des rues principales (2 min à pied), ce qui en fait un lieu calme et reposant. La terrasse et le déjeuner inclus sont idéaux, sans soucis. L’air climatisé fonctionne parfaitement et le wifi aussi.

had to walk up, not allowed to use elevator which was not mentioned during booking online, parking was far away, we lost power in middle of the night and had no AC, and when we complained we were told to hit circuit breaker which was not shared with us until we complained, which sounds like it happens often.

I enjoyed the staff. They were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very lovely and well maintained.

The location was okay, but it did it's job. There were alot of stairs to bring our suitcases but it was also fine. Overall excellent place.

Location is good, very close to the Piazza del Plebiscito and a metro station. Breakfast was very good, covering all our needs. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Quite a bit of noise coming from the hallway and the surrounding rooms during the day, but at night it was very quiet.

The staff was amazing and the place looked remodeled and decent.

Location was terrible. Very ugly area and felt very unsafe. Not even the Ubers want to pick you up around the area. No elevators for us to use so if you have big bags like us you have to cart them. They give you 3 keys that you need to use to get into the property. Very inconvenient to carry around in your pockets.

Personale gentilissimo, sia il ragazzo che ci ha accolto (ci ha indicato tutti i luoghi da visitare e consigli su dove mangiare) e sia le ragazze che ci hanno fatto accomodare per la colazione (sempre molto solari e accoglienti). Camere molto carine e colazione davvero top! Alla prossima 😉

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good and the patio where breakfast was served was cute. Both rooms were a good size.

No major complaints. As noted by some other reviews, there is an elevator in the building but it is only for residents of the and not for guests.

Some of the most friendly staff I have ever encountered. Incredibly accommodating and the coffee is great. The room we had was quite large and perfect for our stay.

Hotel is a bit loud but they do provide ear plugs if you want them.

The property is actually a 3-room bed and breakfast inside a converted apartment. There is no sound insulation so even the neighbouring room's conversations are audible. The staff was rude and noisy, and requests to quieten down were met with an aggressive response that hotel standards should not be expected. The bed was uncomfortable although advertised as memory foam. Our room was advertised as having a terrace but that was actually not private and shared with terrace that doubled as the breakfast room, with a trellis divider, covered in plastic foliage.It was such an unpleasant experience that although booked for a week, we left after 2 nights, without any compensation. Most disappointing of all was the aggressive attitude of the staff when they had to deal with our complaints. It is overpriced and the description misleading; as was the reference to the district.

The room was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located near the center. The staff was very friendly.

The accommodation is nice and clean, in a good location (a few meters away is a metro stop, you can take the elevator to the metro or street with shops and restaurants). The breakfast was great, especially on the terrace. The windows do face the street where cars and motorcycles drive, but it didn't bother us (we even had earplugs on the table just in case 😊).

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. We stayed here for 8 days with our family and had a very disappointing experience. Our room was on the second floor, but the elevator was not working. We had to carry five suitcases and a stroller up the stairs ourselves, which was extremely difficult. The building also had a serious cockroach problem. We saw several cockroaches around the building, including near our stroller, which was very concerning, especially since we were traveling with children. Breakfast was another major disappointment. Most of the pastries appeared old and stale. Even worse, the milk provided for breakfast was expired. Thankfully, we checked the expiration date before our children drank it. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping was also poor. During our 8-day stay, they only changed the towels. The bed sheets were never changed, and the floor was not properly cleaned. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Because of the poor cleanliness, expired food, broken elevator, cockroach problem, and unfriendly staff, we cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

A little bit challenging to locate initially, definitely not a luxury accommodation, but was sufficient for what we needed on our last night in Italy prior to heading to the airport.

Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la posizione della struttura, la pulizia impeccabile e l’ordine della camera, davvero curata in ogni dettaglio. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo momento. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Onestamente è difficile trovare qualcosa che non ci sia piaciuto. Se proprio dobbiamo segnalare un dettaglio, avremmo gradito qualche punto luce in più in camera, ma si tratta davvero di una piccola osservazione rispetto a un soggiorno che è stato eccellente sotto ogni aspetto.

Supersympathisches B&B in Top Lage . Ideal um Neapel zu erkunden. Wir waren mit unseren Töchtern dort - eine super Ausgangslage. Das Frühstück war gut - sehr guter Kaffee!

Zur Straße hin war es einen Abend etwas lauter - es war aber ok.
