This advertises as a hotel setup, but our group of 8 were in rooms in two separate locations on different streets. It says there’s a 24hr front desk, but there isn’t a front desk and no physical staff to check you in, which is all done via WhatsApp requiring you send photos of all passports/IDs, and there’s a link to pay the city tax requiring a screenshot of the payment before they’ll send you any info of how to get into the buildings and rooms. It’s all good once done, but a bit of a faff. Plus, the taxi will drop you at the crossroad at the end of the residents only street, so be prepared to drag your luggage the last 100m - and back again when they then tell you one of the apartments is back up the road off said crossroad :/

We were told as we were only 4 people accessing 2 rooms was ok. We booked the whole apartment, ie 3 rooms. We did finally get into the room. Has kettles, tea selection, one coffee sachet and 3 sugars but no cups. We messaged to let them know we couldn’t find any cups and was told nothing can be done as they only deal with bookings. We had extra expense of buying coffee outside. We also had a problem with one of the air conditioning units. Tried everything then they said the switch was off. Why couldn’t they say that in the first place. This was far the relaxing experience we expected. Other thing to mention, there is a sewage smell in the bathroom, which obviously isn’t great.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to book somewhere else. The photos on Booking are extremely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel at all. When we arrived, we were shocked by how different everything looked. The entire place felt neglected and looked more like an active construction site than a hotel. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and honestly quite intimidating. The room had a terrible smell that never went away, making it unpleasant to spend any time inside. Cleanliness was also a major issue. The bathroom, especially the shower, was dirty and looked as if it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. It was disgusting and definitely not what you expect from a hotel. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. The property is nothing like what is advertised, and I feel completely misled by the listing. I would not recommend staying here and believe the photos should be updated to accurately represent the current condition of the hotel.
