La proximité de la gare, de l'arrêt de l' Alibus. L'emplacement, la chambre était au calme : elle donnait sur une cours intérieure (sans la voir, car il y a une double façade pour dissimuler les clims) L'emplacement est le point fort de cet hôtel.

L'adresse ne correspond pas, l'entrée de l'hôtel est dans la rue perpendiculaire (l'immeuble où est l'hôtel fait angle de rue). Vous vous retrouvez devant une porte cochère fermée, et sans sonnette pour l'hôtel. J'ai été déçu de la taille et de l'équipement dans la chambre, un lit king size dans une chambre si petite, la tv un écran géant de salon (aucun intérêt), et on a juste la place de poser une valise. Déçu de la douche italienne, un pommeau de douche orienté à l'opposé de la porte coulissante. La clim manque de puissance, un bon nettoyage ferait du bien (mais vu où sont placés les blocs extérieurs, bon courage au prestataire). Le wifi, c'est à oublier, on a la connexion mais pas d'internet.

Praticamente niente. Sono arrivato di tarda serata, faccio il checkin e mi trovo una camera disordinata con asciugamani usati, letto usato, 3 bottiglie d’acqua sul tavolo usato con una puzza di cibo. Mai mi è capitato una cosa simile. Alla fine il receptionist mi ha mandato in un altro albergo sempre di loro molto più decente però non dovrebbe succedere una cosa del genere, se non c’erano altre disponibilita che facevo, rimanevo lì. The room was clean. The location was good as it was 2-3 minutes to the central station. The breakfast was perfect.

os lençóis estavam demasiados sujos, amarelados mesmo. as toalhas também não eram o mais branco possível, estavam amareladas e não cheiravam muito a limpo. o pequeno almoço faltava alguma qualidade da parte dos funcionários.

The location was convenient in the center of the city near the train station. It was easy to get around and get a taxi when needed. The room was overall a good size and accommodated a family of 4 with a queen bed and 2 full, real, double beds that were not pull-out couches or sofas. The bathroom was large and the shower was great! Breakfast was included and met the needs. There was a restaurant on site with good food, good service and good drinks. We were even able to see fireworks from our room windows.

The location was a little hard to find using google maps. There were a few different entries and it was not clear where the entrance was. Since it was close to the train station, there was a lot of activity and not being familiar with the area, I was unsure of the safety. The room location was across the courtyard from the main hotel which seemed a little strange, but overall was fine. It was our first time in Europe as a family so we were unsure of what to expect.

When we finished checking in, the room wasn’t ready yet. We waited for almost an hour but fortunately the receptionist gave us another room. There were so many people in front of the hotel so it was a bit scary and noisy but we managed to sleep anyway.

Te despiertan desde las 8 am las chicas de la limpieza tirando una puerta de acceso.

Location was easy to get to and from station and lots of restaurants nearby. Staff very helpful, aircon was great. Main square was as you would expect- but windows and blinds kept out the noise at night and the hotel was very nice. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was a bit limited if you arrived after 9am. Breakfast room quite small.

Todo muy bien. La cama cómoda, la ubicación muy buena cerca de la estación central. La atención del personal de recepción excelente. El desayuno muy completo, solo que si bajas 9:30 ya no hay nada y no reponen.

En el comedor del desayuno TODO caliente no tenían hielo, el zumo, leche, café, yogures todo caliente. Y mucho calor sin aire acondicionado. Lo que no me gustó de Italia en general que hay que pagar para todo. Te cobran por sentarte en los bares, las tasas turísticas, te cobran los cubiertos… PERO ESTO ES AJENO al establecimiento. Luego, la limpieza bien excepto las puertas que no podía tocarlas de lo sucias que estaban.

Very close to the train station.

The view from the room was of a dirty, open space of an apartment building that smelled awful, so we could not open the windows. In one of the three beds in our room, the sheets had not been changed. The bathroom was partially renovated and rusty. To get to the room, we had to walk through a dirty hallway that resembled a prison. This hallway had been turned into a smoking room for the cleaning staff. The breakfast room had no windows, poor ventilation, and smelled bad. By no means did it deserve 165 euros per night.

Unser Zimmer war im hinteren Gebäude, welcher über einen schäbigen Innenhof, den sich offensichtlich ein Bistro (Müll) u andere Hausbewohner teilen, erreichbar.

Lift és a lépcsőház állapota

Personale gentilissimo. Vasta scelta di dolce e salato a colazione, tutto buonissimo. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa con enorme smart tv, aria condizionata, cassaforte, minifrigo e bollitore. Bagno piccolo ma pratico, accessoriato e veramente signorile. Posizione molto strategica, vicinissimo alla stazione metro Garibaldi e alla stazione centrale, nei pressi di tantissimi bar, ristoranti, negozi etc..

Essendo in un vecchio palazzo l'ascensore è un po' datato e se non si chiudono per bene le porte resta bloccato al piano. Nonostante i mille cartelli che ricordano di chiudere le porte, puntualmente qualche turista sbadato le scorda e tocca fare le scale a piedi. Non è colpa dell'hotel ma dei turisti rimbambiti.

Hotelschild ist ein anderes als der Name hier in Booking.com 4 Sterne sind es meiner Meinung nach nicht (Vergleich mit österreichischem 4 Sterne Standard)

La camera era pulita e la colazione abbastanza ricca. La posizione di fronte alla stazione era quello che cercavamo.

L'hotel è composto da diversi blocchi situati in un vecchio palazzo dove ci sono anche Airbnb e abitazioni private. Le zone comuni erano sporche e trascurate. La camera era piccolissima senza lo spazio per mettere i bagagli. Avevamo chiesto un letto per la bimba e nonostante fosse stato confermato non è stato posizionato.

Os principais problemas observados são os seguintes: -A região imediata do hotel transmite forte sensação de insegurança, com diversas pessoas permanecendo nas vias públicas sem atividade aparente, o que causa desconforto e preocupação aos hóspedes. -A equipe do hotel não utiliza uniforme ou qualquer identificação clara, de modo que muitas vezes não é possível saber se estamos tratando com funcionários do estabelecimento ou com terceiros. -O hotel funciona integrado a um complexo que reúne três estabelecimentos distintos e um edifício residencial. Na prática, pessoas ligadas à área residencial circulam livremente pelas áreas do hotel, comprometendo a sensação de controle de acesso e segurança. -O quarto apresenta problemas de manutenção, incluindo ralo do boxe/chuveiro com escoamento deficiente e vazamento na pia. -A porta/janela com acesso para a área externa do edifício não fecha adequadamente, podendo ser aberta pelo lado de fora. They were going to give us two rooms in different buildings then all of a sudden we had the room we ordered after I said I was not happy? . Bad cleaning standards… Dirty floor… dark tiles hide the dirty but when you walk on your socks it gets very dirty… . The address in the reservation is not the reception address… it’s a bit confusing at first . Very old building and old small lift didn’t fist us all with a baby stroller. . People smoking in the hall in front of the lift was disgusting… we were travelling with kids so that’s not something acceptable for us.

Alcune migliorie nella sala colazione e la doccia era quasi impossibile farla dato che il getto dell'acqua era ostruito dal calcare e quella che usciva sparava in ogni direzione.

L emplacement est très mauvais dans le quartier de la gare. Partie commune très sale avec un ascenseur digne des années 20. Le le petit déjeuner est indigne d un quatre étoiles. Le personnel est très antipathique notamment au petit déjeuner et à la réception les dimanches et lundi. odeur d’égout dans la chambre. Absence de ventilation correcte. Bref passez VRAIMENT votre chemin.

I would say that I can no longer trust Booking.com ratings. Unfortunately, the place we stayed at definitely did not match a rating of 8 or above. The reviews also seemed to show only positive feedback—I couldn’t find any comments about what other guests disliked. I am very disappointed and frustrated with Booking.com.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof, das geräumige Zimmer, das freundliche Personal und die Sauberkeit!

Uns hat es nicht gestört , sollte aber doch erwähnt werden - der Lift ist etwas veraltet, mit viel Gepäck auch eher zu klein… … 😆 unser Zimmer lag im dritten Stock… da waren dann doch einige Treppen zu bewältigen 😆

Fantastic location, Great reception and welcoming staff, perhaps his name was Fabio, super good and friendly staff. He also guided me well to explore the area and recommendation for food and best Sfogliatella taste. The room was cozy, clean and with plenty of amenities and good shower. I specifically like the location of close to central station and 3 minutes walk to mosque.

La sala colazione è un po' sottodimensionata, ma il buffet offre un'ampia scelta. Ancora qualche piccolo dettaglio da sistemare: una delle due lampade a led in camera non funzionava correttamente; in bagno mancavano le manopole sulle chiusure centralizzate dell'acqua. Nell'insieme però il giudizio è più che positivo.

Bardzo dobre śniadania, duży wybór, choć przeważały słodkości. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna jeśli chodzi o dostęp do środków komunikacji i bliskość większości atrakcji.

Nazwa hotelu prezentowana w Booking czyli Palace Napoli nie odpowiada rzeczywistej czyli Sant' Angelo. I to ta nazwa jest wielkimi literami na budynku, podczas gdy my szukaliśmy Palace Napoli i wchodziliśmy od jakiegoś podwórza.

Günstiges Hotel in sehr praktischer Lage ein paar Schritte vom Bahnhof (mit Metro und Circumvesuviana) entfernt. Nicht sehr großes, aber recht bequemes Zimmer mit großem Bad und komfortablem Bett. Frühstücksbuffet auch recht gut.

Die Lage am Bahnhof bedingt, dass die unmittelbare Umgebung nicht sehr attraktiv ist, v.a. gibt es sehr viele Straßenhändler. Aber in ein paar Schritten ist man am Bahnhof. Man sollte auch wissen, dass das Hotel eigentlich Sant' Angelo Palace heißt und Napoli Palace höchstens der Name von ein paar Zimmern in diesem Gebäude ist (vielleicht unterschiedliche Sternekategorie). Der Eingang befindet sich in der Via Bologna und ist nicht zu übersehen, wenn man das weiß.

Невозможно найти отель по названию. Название на сайте не соответствует реальному названию отеля. Если у вас нет интернета и вы не забили маршрут заранее, отель найти практически невозможно!

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, zaraz obok dworca głównego. Metro, pociągi, autobusy pod nosem. Bardzo miła i przyjazna obsługa. Kelnerki przekochane. Nawet naszą dzidzie zabrały na oprowadzenie po kuchni. Jedzenie dobre ale cały czas to samo. Pokoje czyste i duże.

Winda - boże kto ją tam zamontował to nie wiem. Ciasna, mała, wolna. Niby dla 4 osób chociaż tabliczka znamionowa mówi inaczej, ale 3 dorosłe osoby z dzieckiem i już miała problemy. Dodatkowo jakiś czujnik z czapy że trzeba daleko od drzwi stawać. Dramat. Na sali śniadaniowej jedynie szefowa sali która powinna, nie zna angielskiego - gdzie pozostałe kelnerki jak najbardziej. Trzeba uważać bo zaraz przed hotelem pełno "inżynierów z afrika".

Colazione ottima e servita con rapidità e cortesia. La posizione a poche decine di metri dalla Stazione non poteva essere più comoda. Il personale è stato molto disponibile anche se non sono potuto arrivare all'orario concordato (problemi miei dell'ultimo minuto).

Sfortunatamente, l'ascensore è condiviso con altre strutture i cui ospiti non hanno chiaro che non tutte le porte si chiudono da sole. Come risultato, l'ascensore era inutilizzabile sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Mi rendo conto che non si può mettere un sergente a ogni piano, e io non ho avuto difficoltà a farmi tre piani a piedi con una valigetta, ma altri potrebbero avere difficoltà. Il personale è molto cortese e sono sicuro che in caso di bisogno si possa specificare una stanza al piano terra o nella struttura principale, che ha un ascensore con porte pneumatiche.
