Reviewed Jan 29, 2024Perfect location right in the middle of Thamel. Everything you need is at walking distance, but because the appartment is situated on a side street its quiet and relaxing. You will have a full rooftop just for yourself, great to enjoy some sun or work if you’re a remote worker like me. Hosts are helpful and will assist you with any issue. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend it

Reviewed Dec 26, 2023This is by far the best budget, self sustained stay in Kathmandu. The kitchen is fully functional if you’re willing to buy a few ingredients. The water is hot and there is a smart tv. All facilities at the property work well and the host is happy to help if you need anything during your stay. There is a small balcony as well as a private rooftop all to yourself. It feels very safe in the property as it is tucked down an alley way even though you are a short walk to the main roads in town. There is no shortage of restaurants or grocers in the area. If I come back to KTM, I would definitely choose to stay here again for this price.
No broom or cleaning products available so it is difficult to keep the house clean after a few days without spending money.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2023They don't even have the curtesy to apologize for not giving me a room despite my confirmed reservation. I travelled all the way with my wife who was not keeping well ( assuming my confirmed booking with them) but turned out to be so betraying and disgraceful experience.
