Reviewed Jan 30, 20261. Clean and tidy 2. Full of facilities, as stated in page prior booking, no hidden surprise 3. Bed is comfy and air cond is cool. Properly maintained. 4. TV is good. Full Netflix experience. That's is unexpected. 5. Toilet facilities are in perfect condition. Water is strong, heater is fully functional and gives very good temperature. 6. Sofa is nice!
1. The front gate needs some maintenance. The rollers need some greasing, if not, it will keep running out of the track. Heavy gate also. 2. Outside need to be cleaned a bit. A bit dusty.

Reviewed Feb 1, 2025Amenities are plenty, ready & well maintained. There is also a filtered water dispenser, iron, and heated shower. The main room has a work table & comfortable ergonomic chair. Parking is plenty. Some users might take advantage to wash their cars after their long journey 😜. If we have more time, we'd use the BBQ pit for our barbeque. But since we were in a hurry, we had to pass this opportunity.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2024Spacious, suitable for those who comes with a family. The host provides us with washing machine, iron, fridge and etc. All facilities are working well and the host is very responsive to the queries.
Location - If you are not familiar with the town (not local people) the location is quite far from the tourist attractions which is about 30 minutes drive to pantai kijal, pantai teluk maknik.

The 3rd room do not have aircond, I feel okay with fan. But for someone else they might feel not cool with only fan.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2023- Location was off beat but no complains, still accessible by vehicle. - Accommodation exceed my expectation, very spacious with rooms for me and collogues to conduct meetings. - Host was friendly and easy instruction to collect keys.
- Water pressure can be better - Should also provide food options (maybe from neighboring vendors) since location not near eatery especially at night. - Can provide BBQ options since outdoor space not utilize, then will be more suitable for families.

The bedsheet for master bedroom has bad smell (sweat smell). It suppose to smell the detergent if you actually wash and changed new bedsheet for new guest. So take time for me to get sleep.

Maybe for TV to have a local channel. I came with elder and they want to watch the news but sadly i cannot find the local tv. For kids and teenager it was good cos ada Netflix!
