The staff in the shack (where food and beverages were being served) are excellent. Very good natured, honest, hard-working, and always ready to accommodate any special request. We were served by Sunil Singh and would rate him 10/10. The shack counter and serving staff were managed by Johnny. He was also very good natured and excellent at his job.

The curtains in the cottages were insufficiently covering the glass doors (difficult for lady occupants to change). Regular cleaning of the room didn't happen. Only once in 3 days.

Their staff's behaviour, hospitality, and location is extraordinary.

Nice location and rooms are also spacious for three people and food service also available but prices are a bit high. Other than that I am satisfied with the facilities provided by Sameer cottages.

The access to the beach, and the pleasant stays, You also have good access to beach shacks for good food. We did survive a thunderstorm and it dint feel like we had to be worried. Overall it has been good my entire family enjoyed it. They also have contacts to activities such as boat rides if you are interested .!

I haven’t found anything that’s too much for an issue with the property .! Zero issues for me.

Certainly is close to the beach. Looking around, plenty of alternatives that seemed to be a little better built. Price a bit toppy, especially for end of season (mid-May) I got the feeling of complacency. OK, it's the end of the season but it was my first day there.

Small point but clean the window. It's a big test it's of the room so two minutes effort would change the vibe completely.

Rooms are good comfy next to beach and clean as well. Service is also great

The place is firstly, value for money. The staff is very very helpful. Especially, a kid named Mohan who was always at your call. Great place on the beach front.

The location was perfect, staffs named Mohan & Prince were good at their service.

Sheets, Pillows and Towels were dirty and has bad odor too. Their textile materials are bad in quality as they were very old and not well cleaned. I would suggest people to carry their own sheets & towels if you book this property.

The stuff was rather „official” and we didn’t feel like „at home”. I dunno know why… The room was rather clean (toilet + bed), but everything else was rather dusty incl. bed compartments, AC, wardrobe. Strange rules in the room.

I like that the place is infront of the beach. The employees were super helpful and kind.

The room was nowhere close to what they showed on the website; when we checked in, the reality hit us really hard: The room was filthy, and the AC was not working properly; the bathroom looked similar to the public toilet, it was smelly, and the doors were broken. They didn't even clean the room before handing it over to us; there was sand all over the floor. Imagine a room full of cobwebs and dust. This is not the only problem we faced; the hotel's front desk guy was extremely rude when we complained about the problems we faced and was not ready to cancel our booking. We had to talk to the manager, who agreed at last to let us check out after spending a night, which we had to spend as we checked in in the evening and didn't have the option to check in to a different hotel that night itself.

Great location & stay at palolem beach. Loved the stay & would def come back. The property itself helped us a lot with great charming staff & best views. Would come back soon.

The beachfront cottages offer an immersive experience, providing the sensation of residing directly on the shore. I highly recommend a visit to this exceptional location.

The cottages require maintenance. I would recommend a rating of 7 to 8, which indicates a satisfactory experience, but I suggest enhancing the maintenance efforts. Overall, the experience was positive.

Hot water at any time & good sea view and beach access is the only good things about the property.

The property was in very poor condition overall. We were first given a room with a broken bed, and the replacement room was even worse. The AC was not working properly—it leaked water and stayed fixed at 30°C regardless of settings. There was also a broken electric switch, which is a safety hazard. Cleanliness was extremely disappointing. The room smelled bad on entry, bedsheets had stains, there was dust everywhere, and even the cup provided was unclean with hair in it. The cupboard area had visible hair left behind as well. The bathroom was equally problematic, with flickering lights, a strong foul smell likely due to a plumbing or septic issue, and overall poor maintenance. The flickering light was especially concerning for me as I have epilepsy, making it a serious health risk. Overall, the hygiene, maintenance, and safety standards of the property were unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience.

The beachfront was amazing with direct access to the palolem beach.

Location is unreal. Highly recommend splashing out and getting the sea-front rooms.

The power kept cutting out or waning every now and then. This didn't ruin our stay but it was annoying when you wanted to charge your phone or have the AC on. But this is the reality of staying on the beach and not the hotels fault per se.

Sehr schöne Lage, direkt am Strand. Nur über den Strand zu Fuß zu erreichen ( sind aber nur ein paar Meter). Ausstattung ist halt Basic, aber erfüllt seinen Zweck.

Proximity to the beach. The monkeys bouncing off the roofs. . It was quiet enough at night.

Not a lot of hot water or water pressure. The bed was large and comfortable. The cocktails at the bar were great!

The location is very central, it’s a local experience and staff is friendly.

The cabana was extremely thin walled, like a tent, and thereby very noisy. We had a romantic view of sleeping in a cottage on the beach. Unfortunately, we were woken up every night at least 4 times by guests and staff chatting in front of the cabana or coming on the front porch for example turning on the lights (???) shaking the entire cabana construction. In general it was very unclean, the bedsheets had stains on them, the bathroom was very dirty, the toilet seat was not attached, no warm water etc. There were only 4 sun beds for all guests so we had to walk to different places to get a sun bed, though this was free if you would eat there. After 3 nights we felt absolutely exhausted instead of regaining energy.

We had such a nice stay. The room was very cleaned and the bed was really comfy. The staff was so helpful and kind, and the location was absolutely perfect (right next to the beach but still quiet during night time). We’d absolutely recommend this place. :)
