Reviewed Sep 14, 2026One of the best places we’ve stayed in Mexico! The property is near new, super clean and well maintained with a lovely pool and sun beds. We had a spacious studio apartment on the ground floor, great kitchen, filtered water, hot showers and good wifi. Super quiet and peaceful. Small enclosed terrace out the back with a clothesline for our wet towels and swimmers. Excellent location, <15 min walk to several of the best swimming beaches, close to Rinconada main street with shops and restaurants. Wanted to extend but they didn’t have availability, everything was perfect!

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Muy próximo a las playas más bonitas. Muy cerca hay el mirador de las tortugas para ver la puesta de sol. Proporcionan información para visitar el sitio y buscar tours. También información práctica. La chica de recepción muy amable y me ayudó con todo lo que necesite. Muy buena atención. Aire acondicionado y ventilador.
Está un poco lejos de la estación de ADO, pero se puede ir en taxi o caminando (20 min) si se llega de día. Uber no funciona. Por las fotos la habitación y la piscina parecen más grandes, pero las instalaciones están súper bien, nuevas y muy limpias. La piscina se agradece por lo complicadas que son playas para bañarse y por la humedad exterior. No encontré ningún bicho indeseable.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Muy buena ubicación y habitaciones amplias y muy practicas, con espacio interior y exterior, y ideal para estar unos días, ya que tienes la cocina y también tendedero por si quieres limpiar. Es de agradecer el servicio de agua que ofrecen que nos fue super bien!!! Los de recepcion hacen un horario esqueto pero estan disponibles en todo momento via móbil para atenderte.
Bueno, estaba limpio en general pero si que algun tema en cuanto la limpieza podria pulirse (la funda del cojin, por ejemplo) En el baño, se podria ofrecer champu para pelo y el agua del grifo no salia con mucha intensidad, tambien la luz exterior estaba fundida, pero son detalles menores.

Quartier calme mais avec le scooter très pratique d’aller à la Punta pour sortir.

Reviewed May 9, 2026El cuarto contaba con AC y un ventilador. Se encontraba muy limpio tanto la recamara como el baño. La alberca estaba muy limpia y tiene una cercanía a la playa Carrizillo muy buena. La zona se siente segura también.
El cuarto era más pequeño de lo que se veía en las fotos y el colchón era un poco duro, si te gustan las camas un poco más fluffy.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026We had an excellent stay at the property! Everything with the hosts worked well, the best beaches are in walking distance (15-20 min walk) and the area is very safe and secure. You can get a cab from the closest main street to la punta for 120-150 pesos, just make sure to negotiate the price :) we used the kitchen everyday and had no problems.
The room was not so airy to be honest, we had AC and the ventilation on, but it was still a bit difficult to breathe. It would be better if it was possible to lock the doors and keep the windows open somehow. Another thing was that some guest was not the cleanest when we were using the kitchen, but the hosts cant really do anything about it, except for checking maybe a few times during the day to see how the kitchen looks like.

- this is NOT a classical hostel but more like a hotel with a dorm. It‘s not social, nobody talks to each other, the staff is super nice and available when you need them but not really engaging with guests. -also it’s further away from the action. I did not google the location, I just went for good reviews. There is a street with a few restaurants but it‘s still calm. Don‘t get me wrong. It does deserve the good reviews, just don‘t expect a (social) hostel. Perfect if you come as friends or a couple I guess - very small pool

Das Internet war meistens schlecht. Die ganze Wohnung bestand aus Fliesen und wir haben uns gefühlt wie in einer Campingküche. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet ohne Dekoration, dadurch hallt es überall. Klimaanlage nur im Schlafzimmer. Unbequeme Stühle!

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Bahia Sirenas is an oasis. I stayed in the shared dorm, and it was clean, comfortable and spacious. In the heat, the AC was a godsend. The communal spaces were also beautifully maintained. It’s walking distance to my favourite beaches in Puerto Escondido, and the Centro, including the Mercado Benito Juarez, as well as many great food places and a lovely yoga studio less than 5 minutes walk. After a few busy days, it’s the perfect place to unwind.
I LOVED this part of it - but if you are looking for somewhere to meet people/socialise, this definitely isn’t it. And book quickly as the rooms get taken fast - I would have extended my stay if it wasn’t for a full house!

The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great, with hot water and good water pressure. The location is perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the main street and the beaches. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, which we really appreciated.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Strände (Playa Coral, Playa Bacocho, Playa Playa Carrizalillo) sind sehr gut und bequem auch zu Fuß erreichbar Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The bathroom in the dorm was not that clean, lots of hair on the floor and in front of the shower there’s a soft mat and when you stand on it it squeezes out soapy water and stuff - something like a wooden/bamboo mat would be a better choice in my opinion.
