Chilenativo Riverside Camp

the location is fantastic! the tents are comfortable and warm with heaters. The food is incredible! you get a nice lunch box + snacks daily.

the location, the staff, the meals and the communal atmosphere made travelling solo delightful!

the generator noise is noticeable but not a deal-breaker. I would have preferred some communication that the tent heaters are programmed to go off during the day (this is understandable) but can be switched on by request on a day when it was very cold outside and so made for a very cold uncomfortable afternoon in the tent when the rain and snow made travel adventures difficult.

Exceptional views, amazing, friendly staff. Greeted us as soon as we got there and were so helpful.

Absolutely incredible stay. Perfect, peaceful setting with stunning views just minutes from the Torres del Paine park entrance. The tents are the ideal mix of nature and luxury, private bathrooms, heat, electricity, comfortable beds, robes, and heated towel racks. It’s elevated camping done right. The service is next level. Jairo gave us the best hiking recommendations (even navigating snow and rain), Catalina and Javiera made everything seamless, and Martin was so kind and welcoming, just an amazing team all around. And the food, wow. Caitlin is seriously talented. Michelin-level three-course dinners, great packed lunches for hikes, and fresh eggs and homemade bread every morning. This place absolutely nails it. Highly recommend.

Everything, specially the staff. The food was amazing, as well as the view and the cozyness. We'll definetly come back.

There is absolutely nothing to say in this topic.

Food, location.

Mouse in bed, over priced, cold

Literally EVERYTHING

The camp site was beautiful and very nicely placed. Inside our tent we had everything. It was clean and comfortable. Toilet was super clean and heated. Food was great like top restaurant kind of food. Staff were very nice and friendly. We like everything about the camp.

Everything exceeded our expectations

Amazing location Food was excellent Staff professional and friendly

Rien!

Great outlook of the mountains

The Generator , 24 hours , at night was almost impossible to sleep , Solar : wind : batteries ?? You have gas for cooking .

Beautiful view of the surrounding landscapes, very comfy tent and bed after a long day‘s hike, very good food (vegetarian options available)

Generator on and audible all night, confusion regarding tents led to staff member and other guest entering our tent, no option to lock tents or secure valuables

Chef went out of her way to accommodate my GF and milk free diet.

Could not lower the heat on the bathroom towel heater.

The staff was amazing, they really took care of us, and tried to make our stay as good as possible.

The food was excellent Michelin style .The vegetarian options were excellent.

Hot when blinds closed

Tents are really good. Isolation was good and you get electric blanket if you need it. I find that you have enough room to put your stuff there. Communication with host was great and you receive really nice meals (high quality ones) :) Location is good, but I advise that you have a car or an organized transport.

Well prices in the area are all a little bit too high. Torres del Pain is nice but in recent years I think they put the price a little bit too high. Regarding the camp rooms I think nothing special was wrong with them. During my shower time the complex lost electricity and water and I was in the dark for 5min waiting for it to be restored. Keep in mind the place works on big diesel generators.

Excellent accueil chaleureux.

Wow. The room is warm despite being cold outside. The food is AMAZING!! And definitely worth a stay just for the food alone. The staff is kind. I would highly recommend.

N/a

The location was superb - just minutes outside the park entrance - making it easy to spend long days in the park. Beds were comfortable. Nice other travelers.

The camp is located in a valley with several other hotels. The business next door was holding a rave the night we were there, which apparently has happened numerous times. Even in our tent, the noise was like being at a party - too loud for sleep and totally not the peaceful rest we expected. Around midnight, we moved to another tent further from the EDM, but I would not stay here again until the management addresses the issue with their neighbors. I also don't understand why one would build tents without windows when the whole point is the nature and the view - but not as big a deal as the noise!

Nichts

Bed was top.

Food and so clean

None

The place exceeded our expectations, the view of the mountains is just unbelievable, it is located near the Serrano river and next to the national park, super convenient if you are planning to explore it. The tents were cozy, spacious and warmer than we expected. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The food was delicious and they were able to cater to most of dietary requirements. :)

Nothing wrong, it would be nice if you guys have the option to sell/buy alcohol.

Location, location, location. Nice bathroom though. Food was creative and delicious.

Pricey for glamping. You're paying for the location.

The staff, Damaris and Sebastian were amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful and beyond friendly. Great food, great location and I couldn’t recommend more.

Nothing

The staff was amazing, the food is awesome and the location is very close to the park.

Best staff, best location, great food. When my other place was terrible they let me eat dinner and then stay two extra nights.

Nothing, it was so good.

The value for its location and comfort. It is located very close to one of the entrances to the park so you don’t have to drive back and forth to Puerto Natales. The staff was so helpful and had a great sense of humor. Also was wonderful to meet like minded travelers; I made new friends (shout out to Merlyn, Andrew, Rosa, Agnes, Jory, and Meli).

Nothing.

10 out of 10. Amazing place, great staff and service and delicious food. The tents are very luxurious and comfortable, so as the shower and toilet which is next to the tent.

Nothing. This was my best stay I had during my five month South America trip

Breakfast was fantastic, the dinner exceeded any kind of expectation we had, and the service was fantastic!

Like everything!

The food was excellent and vive was good

Rained & windy. But enjoyed

Superb staff. Damaris and the Chef looked after us amazingly well. What an attractive set up, small but stunning. We absolutely loved it and even went back for dinner on our anniversary despite having left the lodge and they welcomed us back with open arms. Can’t forget the warmth and the ambience of the place. Five star cuisine. It’s a hidden gem.

Nothing to not like. Patagonia is windy so the tent can shake a bit in the night if it’s windy bit that is only incremental to the wonderful experience of being exposed to the elements.

Food was delicious. Great location. Beautiful views. Hosting was cozy and surprisingly warm. Clean bathroom with hot water.

Amazing and helpful staff, incredible views, fantastic food, very comfortable accommodations, and such a fun experience.

Nothing

Amazing staff. Thomas was kind and gave great recommendations. Alexis cooked delicious food. Great location and views.

Loved it.

The food was excellent and so filling, and the staff very lovely and helpful.

It’s an experience like no other, but be prepared for the noise of the wind on the canvas at night. For us it was all part of the experience, though!

The service was incredible, the host was willing to help in any way, giving us advice for the park and making us feel at home. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious as well. The tents were warm and cozy, and the location is perfect! Easy access to the park and beautiful views to wake up to.

Absolutely nothing, we would recommend Chile Nativo to anyone!

The campsite is in a stunning valley right outside an entrance to the national park, allowing for easy access to hiking and sightseeing within the park.

The only inconvenience was the strong winds, which flapped against the tent and at times made it difficult to sleep.

At the arrival our host Mica welcomed us very warm-hearted and made us feel very good from the beginning. As a local she gave us helpful informations about the Parque. The service overall was very good and the breakfast and dinner has been during our stay very delicious. You can taste the passion of Chef Jose and his way to minimize the waste of food was very interesting. The whole concept of the camp to use recycled materials is amazing. The tents were very comfy and the detailed interior made our stay special. The south entrance of Parque Torres del Paine was so near, just 5 minutes by car. We truly can recommend the Riverside Camp. Thank you guys!
