Ennesma Hotel

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza presso questa struttura è stata estremamente negativa, principalmente a causa delle gravi carenze dal punto di vista igienico. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera in condizioni di pulizia inaccettabili: il pavimento era ricoperto di macchie e sporco, la doccia presentava evidenti residui e incrostazioni, le superfici non erano state adeguatamente pulite e i mobili erano ricoperti da uno spesso strato di polvere. Le condizioni della camera erano ben lontane da quelle mostrate nelle fotografie pubblicate sul sito. La situazione è peggiorata ulteriormente quando, rientrando in hotel la sera, abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio vivo all'interno della doccia. Abbiamo immediatamente segnalato l'accaduto alla reception. Un giovane membro dello staff si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile e, su nostra richiesta, ci ha fatto cambiare camera. Purtroppo, una volta entrati nella nuova stanza, abbiamo constatato che anche questa presentava le stesse identiche problematiche igieniche: pavimenti sporchi, bagno non adeguatamente pulito, polvere sulle superfici e una generale mancanza di cura. Il cambio di camera, quindi, non ha risolto il problema. Ci teniamo a precisare che il personale ha cercato di assisterci con cortesia, ma le condizioni generali della struttura non erano compatibili con gli standard minimi di igiene che ci si aspetta da una struttura ricettiva. Le fotografie che alleghiamo documentano fedelmente quanto descritto. Per questi motivi riteniamo che il servizio ricevuto non sia stato conforme a quanto pubblicizzato e non ci sentiamo di consigliare questa struttura.

L’entrée de l’hôtel ( intérieur ) très propre le seule point fort de l’hôtel est le personnel qui est très agréable et à l’écoute des clients

En entrant dans la chambre part rapport au prix ont se dit que c’est bien une fois installer ont se rend vite compte de tout les cafards dans les tiroirs de l’état sal des draps et quand je parle de sal c’est des taches des poils . L’entretient de l’équipement tout était médiocre sauf la clim. La douche sal et mal entretenue . Sur deux nuit je suis rester une nuit car impossible d’y rester avec des enfants . Et si j’y suis rester c’est qu’il était tard .

Almost everything was broken in some way. The balcony door didn’t shut, it definitely didn’t lock. The curtains didn’t cover the window. The AC didn’t push cold air into the room, there was no hot water the first day. Second and third day the hot and cold water oscillated from one extreme to the other. The shower head was broken so the water was so violent all over the bathroom. The fridge was not cold. My keycard didn’t work when I came home each afternoon. The pillows were busting out of the cases and they were chunky and too thick. The lighting was so poor I couldn’t see myself in the mirror. Had no idea what I looked like when I left for the day haha. It looks nice in photos but it’s in rough shape. Nice staff though!!

The cleanliness of the restrooms needs improvement, and it would be nice to have slippers. The hotel is a bit hard to find.

Great Place and great Staff and great price!

The hotel was clean and neat and the checking was fairly easy.

The hotel wasn't the easiest to find as google maps did not exactly pinpoint the location leaving us on the other end of the streat and the hotel sign is all white and hardly visable. The hotel is clean and recently renovated but the rooms are very basic.. don't expect a cattle or a cup etc.

Le personnel est très professionnel, serviable et d’une grande gentillesse. Leur accueil et leur disponibilité ont largement contribué à rendre le séjour agréable. Un grand merci à eux. Malheureusement, l’hôtel présente plusieurs problèmes techniques : les toilettes étaient bouchées, l’évacuation de la douche était complètement obstruée, empêchant l’eau de s’écouler correctement, et la télévision ne fonctionnait qu’en journée, sans aucune chaîne disponible durant la nuit. La qualité et le professionnalisme du personnel ont toutefois permis de rendre le séjour plus agréable malgré ces désagréments. J'aurais des déplacements a Casablanca avant vacances aout, je retournerai a la reception et demande une chambre sans problèmeS de plomberie. S'ils y arrivent tant mieux, sinon vérifier s'il y a autres WC a l'entrée de l'hôtel, pour douche pas grave, je prendrai douche dans hammam externe ou attendre de renteer a la maison et s'il n y arrivent pas: dans ce cas faudra aller a un autre hôtel. Mais je retourne uniquement pour l'amabilité, l'aide considérable de la femme de ménage, les Mr a la reception, le jeune bagagiste: tout le monde est noté 100% sont si parfaits tabaraka Allah.

ma chambre N 112 a un inconvénient : impardonnable : tout est bouché a part évier. L'eau ne passe ni dans wc ni douche

I’m going to be honest I arrive at the hotel at 17 o’clock. The receptionist guy who was taken the shift was super helpful and kind he was super patient to explain to me that booking didn’t apply the voucher and showed me my reservation, but the night auditor was like trash. He even stopped me from entering the elevator to check once again in impolite way if I got a reservation or not, even though we showed him the cart of our room Otherwise, the room was super good and the hotel was clean inside
