Le petit déjeuner vraiment tres tres Basic

Je suis arrivé dans la chambre pas de piles dans la télécommande de la climatisation et la peinture etait arraché comme ci il y avait de l'humidité donc je redescend a la réception pour qu'il me règle ce problème et ensuite il y a même pas de gel douche dans la chambre une honte

Non j'ai pas apprécié le lit etait dur comme de la pierre

تجربة كارثية، ولا أنصح بهذا الفندق نهائياً. من أول لحظة، تعامل بعض الموظفين مع الزبون كان بعيد كل البعد عن الاحترافية والاحترام. والأكثر استفزازاً أنني عندما طلبت تغيير الغرفة بسبب مشاكل واضحة في النظافة، تعامل معي أحد موظفي الاستقبال بقلة أدب وبأسلوب غير مقبول بدل ما يحاول يحل المشكل. أما الغرفة، فالنظافة كانت مخيبة بشكل كبير. وجدت النمل وحشرات داخل الغرفة، وحتى حشرة من النوع المعروف بـ "سراق الزيت"، وعندي صور توثق ذلك. أنا لا أطلب شيئاً استثنائياً؛ كنخلص على غرفة ومن حقي نلقى مكان نظيف ومحترم، وإذا وقع مشكل فمن حقي كذلك نطلب تغيير الغرفة ويتم التعامل معي باحترام. المشكل ماشي غير فالحشرات والنظافة، المشكل الأكبر هو طريقة التعامل مع الزبون ملي كيشتكي. بصراحة، تجربة خايبة من ناحية النظافة، الخدمة والتعامل، وما غاديش نكررها. أتمنى الإدارة تاخذ هاد الملاحظات بجدية، لأن الزبون ماشي غير رقم كيخلص ويمشي.

⭐ Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel. From the very beginning, the attitude of some of the staff was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. What made the situation even worse was when I asked to change rooms because of obvious cleanliness issues. One of the reception staff members spoke to me rudely and disrespectfully, instead of trying to resolve the problem properly. As for the room itself, the level of cleanliness was extremely disappointing. I found ants and other insects inside the room, including what appears to be a silverfish, and I have photos documenting what I found. I am not asking for anything extraordinary. When you pay for a hotel room, you have the right to expect a clean and decent environment, and if there is a problem, you should be able to request another room and be treated with respect. The biggest problem was not only the insects and poor cleanliness, but also the way the guest was treated when raising a legitimate complaint. Overall, a very disappointing experience in terms of cleanliness, service and staff attitude. I definitely would not choose to stay here again.

Tout ! Que ça soit l’accueil, ou l’hôtel en lui même ! Tout s’effondre ! Tout est insalubre moisissure partout des bêtes partout. La chambré envahie de bêtes et très sale !!! Nous sommes resté que 1 semaines ! Au lieux de 1 mois complet ! Le déjeuné immonde ! Et j’ai qu’une chose à dire à fuir ! J’ai du encore payé sur place alors que tout était payé avec Booking !!!! Notre lit envahit de petite bête nous avons du une fois rentrée chez nous être mis en quarantaine !!!

- Extremely poor soundproofing: The walls are very thin, and I could hear conversations and noise from both the neighboring rooms and the corridors. The guests next door continued talking until around 3 AM, making it extremely difficult to sleep. I had to wake up at 7 AM, and the same noise started again. - Air conditioner leaking: The air conditioner was leaking water, which unfortunately damaged my phone. This is a serious maintenance issue that should have been addressed. - Broken toilet seat: The toilet seat was broken and clearly needed to be replaced. - Shower drainage problem: The shower drain kept getting clogged, causing the water to accumulate instead of draining properly. - Missing basic amenities: There was no hair conditioner, no hair dryer, and no shampoo provided. There was also only one towel for a room intended for two people. - Electrical and lighting problems: The electrical system and lighting were in very poor condition. Some light bulbs were broken, made buzzing sounds, and switched on and off randomly. This requires proper maintenance and potentially raises safety concerns. - Cracks in the walls: There were visible cracks in the walls, adding to the overall impression that the room was poorly maintained. - Broken TV remote: The TV remote was broken and could not be used properly. - Very poor breakfast quality and hygiene: The breakfast was extremely disappointing. I found a dead fly inside the tomato/eggplant salad, which is unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The food also appeared to be very low quality. The crepes did not seem fresh and appeared to have been prepared well in advance. The juice was essentially C'Bon/Tang-type powdered juice rather than proper juice. - Tax discrepancy: Booking.com indicated that I would have to pay approximately €12 in additional taxes, but I was charged 150 MAD, which is slightly more than the amount indicated. - Empty minibar: The minibar was completely empty

Value for money!

Not clean. Surrounding area is very dirty and untidy! Pls see photos. I checked in at 9 pm and checked out 9pm the next day. They didn’t offer late checkout or half day check out. Very galled to find a parking in the surrounding streets.

Mauvaise expérience on est venus se détendre on est parti malade avec le dos fracassé des courbatures partout le matelas était cassé avec un fin matelas par dessus pour camoufler mais sa fesais encore plus mal, j’ai demandé de me changer la chambre ils ont pas voulu soit disant ya plus de chambre de disponible alors quil en avait sur booking , j’ai demandé de voir un responsable le personnel a l’accueil était très désagréable il na meme pas voulu discuter ilma meme dit que c’etait pareil partout et que apparemment c’etait la meilleur chambre donc les autres sa doit etre pire , résultat on est parti avec le dos cassé direction la pharmacie on pris dés médicaments tellement on arrivait a s’asseoir , a déconseiller vraiment 👎👎👎

لا يرقى إلى مستوى 4 نجوم، تجهيزات قديمة و بعد الأشياء مكسورة لا تعمل مثل الأضواء، تعطل قفل الباب لمدة يوم كامل، الإفطار أدنى من بعض الفنادق ب3 نجوم، وجدنا بعض الفطريات بدأت تتكون فيcake pain و اغلب الأشياء يتم تقديمها لعدة أيام وقد تغير طعمها.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel dans une ruelle ,en plus on doit faire un détour à cause du panneau interdit pour y accéder .les chambres donnent sur une terrasse pleine de gravats de saleté de toute sorte -: un dépotoir....un décharge public à fuir... à fuir mon séjour était gâté,,,

تم حجز الفندق ودفع المقابل قبل السفر باسبوعين وكان الحجز ماكدا مدفوع وصلت الفندق يوم 11 اغسطس الساعه 3 فجرا اى بعد معاد التشيك ان ب 13 ساعه وجدت موظف الاستقبال يخبرنى بان الغرفه المخخصه لى التكييف بها معطل ولا يوجد غيرها

The staff was friendly. The air conditioning worked very well.

The shower was broken and the toiletries were empty. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I didn’t look that close at the shower and didn’t tryout the bed when I checked the room before accepting it. If I had noticed I could have been in a different room. All in all I was satisfied with my stay.

Je suis arrivé dans cet hôtel avec l’intention d’y passer une seule nuit, mais dès les premiers instants, j’ai été tellement agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’accueil, le professionnalisme de l’équipe et l’excellence du service que j’ai décidé d’y prolonger mon séjour pour y passer l’intégralité de mes vacances. L’accueil est tout simplement remarquable : une équipe chaleureuse, souriante, attentionnée et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients. La propreté de l’établissement est exemplaire, les chambres sont parfaitement entretenues et chaque détail est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort. La qualité du service, le respect des clients et l’ambiance conviviale font de cet hôtel un lieu où l’on se sent immédiatement bien. C’est rare de trouver un établissement qui réussit à allier autant de professionnalisme, de gentillesse et d’attention. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour avoir contribué à rendre mes vacances exceptionnelles. Je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation et j’aurai grand plaisir à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour.

Excellent services, فندق ذي سفن مستمر في تقديم خدماته المميزه لزبنائه بصفه عامه ولزبناء بوكينق جينيس، تخفيضات تلقائيه عبر التطبيق وأفضلية حجز غرفهم المطلوبه وبأسعار مميزه. مع افطار مجاني. الفندق يقع وسط المدينه قريباً من الأسواق والمطاعم. نظيف وغرفهم مميزه ببلكونات كبيره. الابن محمد في الاستقبال بعد الظهر والليل يتحدث الإنجليزية بطلاقه ويقدم مساعدته للزبناء. سوبرماركت مرجان خلف الفندق ومحطة الترامواي، وأمامه علي بعد 100م جامع كبير حوله سوق الخضار والفواكه. حمام الزياني العريق علي بعد 20م تقريباً. الفندق هادي ومريح، مناسب للعوائل والعرسان

Throughout my frequent visits to our second country 🇲🇦 for the past 30-40 years, I can assure you that; The Seven hotel@ Casablanca continuing its special service& hospitality for his costumers in general, and special treatments for the Genius members of Booking.com. Built in UPGRADE, priority for their selected rooms and excellent breakfast which we will never find around Morocco by their discunted prices. New receptionist Simo@ afternoon& night, is an effluent English speaker would support customers in their needs.The Seven is located @the heart of downtown near everything, Tramway& Marian Supermarket are less than 100m behind hotel. Big mosque& vegetable, fruit market are 120 meters@ the front. Traditional Moroccan Hamam Zayani is 20m. It’s strongly recommended for families& honeymooners.

I wouldn’t repeat my self to add my English& Arabic foreigner TV news channels, but I hope, before I die😂

Las cucarachas y los bichos que hay por las camas y por todas partes. La mala ubicación que parece q estés en un publucho perdido no tienes nada cerca y parace un barrio peligroso . Hemos reclamado y nos hemos ido la primera noche habiendo pagado tres noches porque me han picado cosas raras y he salido enferma. Enfcima hemos reclamado y no devuelven el dinero les da igual los clientes. Si tienes la oportunidad de disfrutar tu estancia no cojas este nefasto hotel de falsas 4 estrellas. Encima todo sucio y olía a humedad, mi madre es alérgica y les ha dado igual y a acabado enferma por su culpa.

L’hôtel est très chic, bien équipé et surtout très propre et calme.

A part les travaux de la façade qui dérangeaient l’accès à l’hôtel , le petit- déjeuner n’était pas encore tout prêt à 7h comme indiqué. J’avais un rdv important à 8h donc j’ai dû sortir de l’établissement sans manger. Mais quand je suis rentrée vers 10h10 le buffet était toujours servi et le monsieur qui en était responsable s’est montré d’une grande gentillesse et s’est excusé pour le retard involontaire du matin.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon, varié et agréable. C’était clairement le point fort de notre séjour.

Nous avons été déçus par l’état général de l’établissement. Les meubles étaient usés, il y avait des insectes dans la chambre, les rideaux ainsi que les fauteuils à la réception manquaient de propreté. L’emplacement n’était pas idéal non plus, avec une vue donnant sur une rue sale et peu agréable. Le jus au petit déjeuner ne semblait pas naturel.

Breakfast wasn't continental at all. Majority of the breakfast was sweet ( cakes and donuts type ) . i have seen only four staffs two at counters on different timings and two cleaners which you never know when they will come. Surroundings the hotel are not clean having an uncanny smell.

I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent stay, as the room provided was not in an acceptable condition and did not match the expectations set by the listing/photos. Upon arrival, I found that the room was not clean. The bedding appeared to be unclean, and the room had an unpleasant odor. Due to these conditions, I was unable to sleep and had to remain awake throughout the night. This experience was significantly below the standard of accommodation I expected and paid for. As a result, I am requesting a full refund for my stay.

A reggelivel egyáltalán nem voltunk elégedettek. A rántottát nem készítették el időben, többször is szólni kellett érte. A személyzet részéről nem tapasztaltunk megfelelő odafigyelést: az idősebb úr folyamatosan járkált, de nem a vendégek kéréseivel foglalkozott. Már reggel ki volt téve az ebéd, miközben a reggeli választék és kiszolgálás kifogásolható volt. Ráadásul folyamatosan édességek voltak kirakva, a kávé pedig túlságosan vizes volt.
