Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Posizione super comoda, hai autobus, treni e tram vicinissimi e ovviamente tutto è molto efficiente. Il letto comodo e le stanze sono luminose e pulite. Il proprietario gentile e simpatico.
Ci sono capitati purtroppo dei vicini molto rumorosi, si sentivano porte sbattere ovunque.

Whilst it states that there is a Kitchen, in fact the building has three apartments and only one of them has a kitchen and it’s only accessible to people in that particular apartment. Our room had only a fridge and a microwave which wasn’t particularly helpful for us in our particular situation. There is only one full Bathroom for 4 rooms which obviously means that if someone is having a lengthy shower and you need the toilet… To be honest, I’ve really ever queued so much for a Bathroom! Also, the shower seal is broken so the floor floods every time which makes it overall rather slippery and grubby

チェックアウト後荷物を預かってもらえると思っていたが、ホストの都合上預けさせてもらえなかった。 エレベーターなしの3階なため、思いスーツケースを運ぶのがとても大変だった。

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Das Zimmer war gemütlich und die Lage war sehr praktisch. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank, einen Fernseher, einen Wasserkocher und Gläser. Außerdem gibt es WLAN in der Unterkunft. Das war sehr praktisch und angenehm. Besonders positiv war der unglaublich freundliche Gastgeber. Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
Die Dusche ist etwas undicht. Das war aber überhaupt kein großes Problem.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Yetkili kişi çok ilgiliydi. Sürekli iletişim halindeydi. Oda tertemizdi. Mikrodalga buzdolabı düşünülmüştü. Minik içecekler vardı çok iyi düşünülmüştü. Ortak alan olan tuvalet banyo tertemizdi. Venediğe ulaşım bir otobüs kadar yakındı. Ve hemen evin oradan kalkıyordu.
Mahalle güven vermedi. Akşam eve döndüğümüzde tedirgin olduk.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Très propre, lit confortable, hôte accueillant et parle anglais, proximité de la gare. Salle de bain commune mais propre et fonctionnelle. La chambre individuelle ferme à clefs, télévision et climatisation. Nous recommandons ce logement.
Murs fins, mauvaise isolation phonique. Les bruits des voisins nous ont réveillés (ce n’est pas vraiment de la faute du propriétaire).

If I recall correctly, the Booking listing stated that there was a shared bathroom for every two rooms, rather than the actual arrangement of one for every four rooms. The bed was very shaky; it wasn't very sturdy.

Єдине що не дуже зручно було то відсутність столових приборів і спільна ванна комната з туалетом на 3 кімнати

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Дуже хороше розташування біля вокзалу і зупинок автобусів, що їдуть до Венеції. Кімната була чиста і там було все необхідне. Квартира повністю відповідає опису. Рауль дуже добре розмовляє українською.
Дуже дуже шумно, сусіди голосно розмовляли і хлопали дверима до 3ї години ночі. Також чутно абсолютно кожен раз, як хтось відкриває або закриває двері кімнат, вхідні двері і двері ванної кімнати. Відпочити не вийде. Хороший варіант на короткострокове перебування.

But in the living room and kitchen not working. That said they are going to send the tecnician but nobody came, athough we never used living room, buy it would have been nice if they could have repaired at least the kitchen air condition. Also to get shower there is a bath tub without curtain or shower screens to not to wet the all bathroom.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The owner was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. He gave us lots of helpful advice about using public transportation, which made getting around Venice very easy. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It has four air conditioning units, so we had no trouble sleeping comfortably even during the hot summer nights. The location is also excellent, with easy access to both the bus and train, making it convenient to explore the city and surrounding areas. We highly recommend it!

四間房共用一間浴廁;浴室有乾溼分離但沐浴區很小且沒有掛鉤,水壓弱且溫度開到最高也是溫水,可能是因為文化差異.用不習慣

La almohada muy fina.

There were bed bugs in one of the beds, luckily we realised soon before going to bed and called the host,. He acted very quickly and changed rooms for us. The next day they removed absolutely everything out of the room (and the room in front) all the furniture, bedding everything! I know this is the right thing to do but you don't see this reaction much.
Our room was on the 3rd floor, no elevator. If you have too much luggage or travel with an elderly person this isn't probably the best option

The location is excellent—about 2 minutes from the bus stop and 5 minutes from the train station, making it very convenient for visiting Venice. Good value for money overall.
There were not enough toiletries provided for our one night stay. The sofa bed in the living room was quite uncomfortable, as the mattress was very thin and uneven. You could feel the frame underneath, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

На рахунок номера все нормально, кондиціонер, а також мікрохвильова піч з чайником працює, не зручно звісно одна ванна кімната на три номера, але й відповідно ціна. Дуже зручна транспортна розв'язка та наявність поряд гіпермаркетів, як варіант переночувати, або не на великий період рекомендую. Ще раз подякував.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Unfortunately cleanliness was left to be desired as we found bed bugs upon arrival. There were no other rooms available, we had a late night scramble to find alternative accommodation. Location is handy to the train station, however is not the safest.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Bardzo przyjemny obiekt. Pokój prawdopodobnie świeżo odremontowany. Jak do niego wszedłem pierwszy czuć było zapach nowości. Obiekt znajduje się też blisko dworca głównego i jeszcze bliżej przystanku z którego dostaniemy się bezpośrednio na wyspę. Obsługa bardzo miła

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Close to the bus (just down the road), the train station (one stop to Venice). Good price considering everything in Venice was double that, I’d say worth it to save money. Plus you’re exempt from the Venice fee
Shower and toilet were together in one bathroom which was a little tight between all apartments. Not too bad but shower could use a deep clean and the bathroom gets super wet with no bath towel. The worst was the bed - the springs are awful and you roll onto one another during the night and squeak anytime someone moves slightly. Pillows super thin and mattress itself thin too

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Ich konnte mein Fahrrad an einem sicheren Ort lagern. Die Bushaltestelle für nach Venedig ist sehr nahe.
Aufgrund der Fotos ging ich davon aus, dass es eine Küche und Waschmaschiene zur Mitbenutzung hat, was aber nicht der Fall war. Es gibt sber einen Waschsalon, der nicht weit entfernt ist.

Reviewed May 21, 2026La cama parecía limpia pero al despertarnos vimos que había chinches y a las horas nos aparecieron muchas picaduras (adjunto foto de algunas), hemos tenido que desinfectar toda la ropa. Además al llegar aún no estaba lista la habitación, y nos dejaron guardar las maletas en la habitación, sin embargo, cuando volvimos la puerta no estaba cerrada con llave, por lo que cualquiera podría haber entrado (por suerte no desapareció nada). NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

El único punto malo es que el baño es compartido por lo demás todo muy bien

Reviewed May 12, 2026Salle de bain bien entretenu. Très bien situé. À 5 minutes à pied de la gare. Un supermarché Interspar très proche, il y a même un petit resto sur place.
Le matelas n'était pas confortable. Parfois la seule salle de bain pour 4 chambres, était très occupée. Nous devions attendre notre tour.

我们住在顶楼，没有电梯但不是问题，问题是那天从一楼上去到二楼开始，能在楼梯里闻到越来越重的下水道臭味，顶楼是最重的，我们在顶楼公共卫生间旁边，奇臭无比，一晚上没睡好。问题是浴室里并没有走廊和房间里臭，我不知道是管道漏了还是什么原因。隔音也不是很好。

Matelas et sommier inconfortables (tombe vers le centre), personnel de nettoyage qui se dispute un matin pendant 30 min et fait du bruit sans considération pour ceux qui voulaient faire la grasse matinée, un seul douche toilette pour 4 chambres

La dificultad para entrar. El edificio era bastante antiguo así como las habitaciones Pone que tiene baño privado y el baño se comparte con otras 3-4 habitaciones. El personal nada agradable. En la misma puerta de la entrada de noche está plagado de ratas.
