La famille qui nous a accueilli était très gentille La montée au mont batur etait très bien

L’établissement etait noté 8,6 mais rien ne correspondait à cette évaluation. Les photos sur l’annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité. L’hôtel n’était pas propre . Beaucoup de mouches du aux cultures voisines Nous avions réservé 3 nuits mais sommes restés qu’une seule nuit

Beau petit bungalow

Pas d’accueil à notre arrivée, il a fallu attendre presque 3 heures pour voir la propriétaire qui était au temple. Il faisait froid dans la chambre et pas de couverture. Nous voulions faire l’excursion pour voir le lever du soleil au Mont Batur mais finalement en jeep car mon mari avait mal aux genoux. D’abord l’hôtel nous dit qu’ils le proposent seulement à pieds. Puis quand on trouve un guide qui veut bien le faire en jeep, comme par hasard, c’est possible. C’était un peu n’importe quoi. L’hôtel en plus fut très difficile à trouver, aucune indication malgré qu’on soit arrivé avec un guide qui connaît les lieux. Et même la piscine était décevante car pas entretenue. Je déconseille.

An amazing place to stay! The rooms are beautiful and incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi is fast, the breakfast is excellent, and the whole family is so kind and welcoming. They even helped me rent a scooter for only 100,000 IDR per day, while every rental place around Batur was asking for at least 150,000 IDR. I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely stay here again if I come back to Batur.

Personnel super accueillant et aidant dans nos demandes. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de scooter rental dans le coin, il faut donc demander au personnel pour un taxi.

Un peu sale, mais dans l’ensemble c’était correct !

Schönes Zimmer und sehr schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Batur. Es gab jederzeit kostenfrei Wasser, Tee und Kaffee. Sunrise Tour zum Batur kann über die Unterkunft kostengünstig gebucht werden. Auf Wunsch wird man in die Stadt gefahren. Gastgeberin hat uns den Weitertransfer organisiert. Insgesamt für den Preis okay.

Klobrille war lose und rutsche hin und her. Der Pool war verdreckt und nicht nutzbar. Insgesamt wirkt die Anlage etwas vernachlässigt (lose Bretter auf der Treppe, Unkraut auf den Wegen). Nur ein Restaurant in unmittelbarer Umgebung, alle anderen Restaurants nicht in Laufnähe. Auch kein Supermarkt oder Laden in der Nähe. Qualität des Frühstücks und Abendessens fanden wir nicht gut.

Die Inhaberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns zur Not dieses Cottage gegeben für die Nacht, da unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Hostel nicht existiert. (Wenn ihr ein Vulcano Basecamp gebucht habt, gibt es nicht). Da dieses Cottage sehr abgelegen ist und es kein Taxi gab, welches uns zur nächsten Destination brachte, hat sie uns persönlich gebracht, was wir sehr schätzten. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle! Die Inhaberin hat und dann auch noch die Wanderung zum Mount Batur für einen sehr fairen Preis organisiert und diese war atemberaubend.

Die Lage ist leider alles andere als zugäglich. Mit Grab kommt man knapp hin, aber man wird nicht wieder abgeholt. Das Cottage hat keine AC und leifer waren die Lacken nicht sauber, was das Erlebnis mindert.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sangat puas hati sepanjang menginap di sini ketika trip Bali saya. Bilik bersih, selesa dan sangat berbaloi dengan harga. Kawasan pun tenang dan sesuai untuk rehat selepas penat berjalan seharian. Staff sangat mesra dan membantu dari check-in sampai check-out. Semua urusan berjalan lancar. Memang recommended untuk sesiapa yang cari tempat stay selesa di Ubud. Kalau datang Bali lagi, memang saya akan stay sini semula 👍

I havia moltes mosques dels camps, i no estaba de tot net, cama no còmoda, llençols tancats i mosquitera bruta, esmorzar molt just i plen de mosques, les tasques de neteja ho feia una noia jove, les mosques no era culpa del establiment tot éstsba plen per el camps, el water la tapa súper vella, matalàs molt utilitzat, llençols velles, camí de pujada molt mal estat, en sap creu dir això,

Lovely cottages, clean and comfortable with comfy beds and pillows. The host was so lovely, friendly and helpful and organised a great tour to mt Batur. Great breakfasts with lots of choice and filling! Would highly recommend

Little far from the main village but the property offers meals and drinks and the owners sister has a Warung next door which we ate at. The host also dropped us off in the village and hot springs which was really appreciated

Beaux bungalows, bien entretenus et avec une superbe vue. Très bon accueil. Emplacement idéal pour un départ matinal pour l'ascension du Mont Batur.

Bon à savoir: les bungalows sont un peu loin des commerces et restaurants. L'hôte a été d'une grande aide pour organiser nos activités et déplacements !

Le rapport qualité prix est là. Vous en avez pour votre argent. Donc, il est le logique que la notation soit élevée.

Ce que je regrette dans beaucoup d'établissements: ils ont un outil commercial qui devrait être valorisé ou a minima être entretenu pour garder le standard choisi. Ce n' est pas le cas: moustiquaires déchirées, tachées, pareil pour les draps, murs qui mériteraient le petit coup de peinture, les "pousse, pousse" de shampoing et savon présents mais vides, etc... Mais je le répète: le rapport qualité prix est là! Donc,🤫...

房間裏面有很多昆蟲和昆蟲的屍體， 廁所沒有乾濕分離 而且網站上提供的地址是錯的 到導致我們去了另外一間酒店也很難才能找到真正的位置

綺麗な景色に朝日の雲海も少し見れてとっても良かったです。建物、お部屋が素敵でスタッフも要望に笑顔で答えてくれて居心地良かったです(๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)

シャワーの水圧が弱く、隣の施設のを借りなければならなかったです。プールも冷たく、朝方ツアーのジープがうるさいぐらいです

Amazing, the bed is super comfy. The view is super amazing. You can see the mount batur from ur bed. While you lay down on ur bed. The staff service is wonderful. Literally wonderful. Friendly, helpful, and he always makes sure you stay comfy there

Les logements sont jolis et bien aménagés. Michael est très gentil et nous a trouvé scooter et taxi facilement. Possibilité de manger dans le warung voisin donc pratique le soir ( warung avec très belle vue sur le lac)

Assez éloigné donc il faut avoir son propre moyen de transport pour aller faire un tour.

For the price I would say it has the best view of Mt Batur. The view of the mountain and surrounding area is great. The rooms were good and clean.

Some maintenance is required but for the price one can’t expect too much. No resturant on site. The accomodation is in a remote village so a good restaurant is about 40 minutes drive (each way).

Nice cottage buildings, very scenic surrounding, super nice and helpful host/room attendant Michael. We got an upgrade to the best room with the best view! Thank you Batur Cottage. Nice big and comfy room with the best ceiling.

wash basin in bathroon is small. pool looks like it needs some clean-up for some leaves were on the bottom.

La vue est belle … le reste est horrible fuyez !!

C’est triste mais je suis arrivé et repartie aussitôt… je suis rester environ 35 minutes dans la chambre… il y avais beaucoup de tache jaune sur le lit, ça passe mais les mouches, partout !! Ont ne voyaient même plus à l’extérieur tellement c’était noir J’avais peur de parler pour ne pas en avaler, aussitôt la porte s’ouvre aussitôt le lit en ai plein !! Mais pas juste 10 ou même 100 ou même 500 mais plus jenre 15k de mouches partout qui se dépose sur toi et tes choses Il nous on donner un spray anti mouche ont a tué celle en dedans avec mais après on doit aller dehors, la cuisine est dehors !! La piscine aussi Oui la vue est belle mais pas au prix de rester enfermé pendant 3 jours surtout que c’est pas super bien fermé donc ça entre beaucoup quand même!! Les employés ont étés très compréhensif et était d’accord avec nous, mais le propriétaire .. nous a marqué non présenté sur l’application et donc a pu nous charger le double Je lui ai écrit ( parce qu’on est aller et que c’est qu’un prétexte pour faire plus d’argent !!) et il a gentiment demander mes informations de carte bancaire pour seulement supposément nous rembourser la moitier des frais d’annulation😂 comme si j’allais lui donner des informations personnelles 🤷🏻‍♀️je lui avais pourtant dit que j’étais ok avec le fait qu’il garde le montant initial et seulement demander de ne pas me charger les frais d’annulation parce que je me suis présenter et que ça m’a coûter 550000IDRde déplacement total pour me rendre et repartir.. Je n’ai malheureusement pas beaucoup de photo je l’ai ai déjà envoyer à Booking.com Ne prenez pas cet emplacement c’est loin de tout et hyper difficile de s’y rendre La route n’est pas belle et pour vrai ça vaut pas la peine juste pour la vue L’odeur est horrible parce que y’a de la merde de poule partout donc ça empire pour les mouches Bonne chance à ceux qui s’y risque j’ai pas l’impression que les autres (bons) commantaires reflète la réalité

Our guide did great job with night climbing to Mount Batur. The sunrise hike was amazing and possible with his help and patient guidance!💚Thank you so much! Tasty breakfast on the mountain and the second one in the facility is definitely a big plus. Specious room, nice swimming pool.

Kitchen ( option for the dinner) was a bit poor and with difficult communication.

Sauberkeit hätte etwas besser sein können. Toilettendeckel und -Brille waren nicht befestigt sondern nur lose auf die Toilette aufgelegt.

Wohnen bei einer sehr herzlichen Familie. Schöne saubere Anlage. Mir ging es gesundheitlich nicht gut und sie haben mir sehr geholfen. Also Ausgangspunkt für die Mount Batur Tour perfekt.

The people working there are truly the best – incredibly attentive and they made us feel at home right away. I even forgot my charger, and Michael went out of his way to send it all the way to the other side of Bali. Thank you again for everything! The property and the views are stunning, and the breakfast was lovely too!

The cottage is a bit secluded so if you’re planning to stay a few days, consider renting a motorbike which they perfectly arranged for us. But great location for Mount Batur’s hike!

La piscine pas très entretenue

Esta alejado del ruido del centro, con una piscina y vistas impresionantes. Muy barato pero de alta calidad, ademas los dueňos son muy majos y su empleado Madi es un cielo - te lleva con moto o coche a cualquier sitio y ayuda en todo🙏😊

I highly recommend this accomodation. We had a great stay here. The cottages are newly built and very clean. The owners are very kind and helpful. It is located in a quiet area, away from the main town with fantastic views of Mt Agung and Batur.

El hospedaje es muy lindo, ubicado en una zona rural de Kintamani, donde verás la vida auténtica de las personas que viven en el lugar. Hay 5 cabañas. Son lindas y muy cómodas. Tienen agua caliente y están muy limpias. Todos los días ofrecen servicio de limpieza. La familia que lo administra es muy amorosa y podés compartir con ellos una charla y ver como viven. Es lo más autóctono donde hemos estado. También nos llevaron a recorrer y no nos querían cobrar. Nos han ayudado con el tour al Monte Batur y llevado a las natural hot springs por la tarde. Tienen opciones de desayuno a la carta. Hay dos warungs cerca para poder comer y con comida rica y casera. Lo recomiendo para vivir una experiencia.

Al ser una zona rural, estás alejado de todo y dependés mucho de ellos. Durante la estancia no hemos podido descansar: se escuchaba un karaoke de un hotel de la zona, a las 6 am de la mañana ya se escuchan ruidos y a la hora de la siesta también, además de las obras de alrededor desde temprano. En la habitación falta un aire o ventilador más potente. A la tarde hace mucho calor y te ahogás. El tour largo que nos ofrecieron fue una experiencia increíble, pero son fundamentales los sticks y el guía nos dijo que el dueño le tenía que pedir, cuando nadie nos preguntó si queríamos. También es importante saber que hay que ir preparado: puede estar muy ventoso y hacer frío, son fundamentales zapatillas de trekking.

Nous avons passé une agréable nuit dans ce logement qui se trouve au calme et en nature. Les propriétaires travaillent en famille et offrent un très bon accueil. Ils ont pu nous organiser l'ascension du Mont Batur et le transfert vers un autre hôtel. Ils sont très serviables et agréables. Les logements sont simples mais modernes. Nous recommandons cet endroit.

Чудесное место, превзошло все ожидания. Мини-отель, 5 небольших домиков, отличный вид на окрестности, очень уютная обстановка, стильная даже. Комфортная кровать, есть москитная сетка, вешалок достаточно + есть стеллаж для вещей. Розетки у кровати. В ванной большая раковина и стеллаж, где можно разложить принадлежности, есть крючки для полотенец и одежды. Приятный персонал, совсем молодые ребята. Можно заказать тур на вулкан (я просто заказывал заранее до приезда, поэтому не воспользовался). На второе утро мне сделали двойной завтрак, потому что в первое утро я уходил на вулкан перед рассветом и завтрак пропустил. Мелочь, а приятно.

Возможно для кого-то будет трудно добраться (последняя часть пути) - расположение на пригорке, не очень хорошая дорога, вечером в темноте нужно быть аккуратнее.

女房东Asti非常热情、乐于帮忙。从我们到达民宿的那一刻开始，就提供了免费的咖啡，并跟我们聊起天来，并且给我们提供了很多实用的住宿和周边旅行活动的信息。房间宽敞安静卫生，有蚊帐可以使用。淋浴设施的水量很大，温度也可以调节。房间门口就是打理精致的庭院。我不小心打碎了房间中杯子的杯盖，当我退房前把这件事告诉Asti的时候，我已经做好了要赔偿的准备。但是女房东坚持不收我的钱，这一点让我特别的感动。真心希望Asti的民宿能够经营得越来越好。

Super Ausgangspunkt für die Wanderung zum Mount Batur. Die Unterkunft hat einen privaten Guide organisiert - das war einfach, unkompliziert und toll.

Für den Preis gute Häuschen mit Aussicht aufMount Batur oder den Kraterrand, nicht auf den Agung. Etwas abseits auf holpriger Straße zu erreichen. Der Eigentümer oder das Personal macht den Taxiservice. Gutes Frühstück a la carte. In der Nähe und am See nur einfachste Warungs. Wanderung nur bei schönem Wetter empfohlen, verlängerte Wanderung ist interessant. Die Therme schön warm, empfehlenswert.

Arrivée fin 16h. Calme et reposant. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Nous y avons passé une seule nuit avant le mont batur. L'hôtel a très bien organisé la randonnée de nuit. Attention loin des rues animées et du lac. Mais très proche du départ de la rando. 2 warung sur place très simple et très bons.

Pas de points négatifs.

Es la zona más auténtica donde nos hemos alojado en Bali. La familia que gestiona los bungalows es encantadora, niños y adultos. Nos organizaron la excursión al Mount Batur. Es la mejor actividad que hemos hecho, también es cierto que las guías eran excepcionales. Quisimos visitar la zona al día siguiente y nos proporcionaron transporte sin querer cobrarnos nada. El mejor alojamiento calidad-precio de los que hemos estado en la isla.

Für den Besuch des Mont Batur ist die Unterkunft gut gelegen. Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da wir leider kein Taxi buchen konnten hat uns die Familie einen Taxi besorgt der uns zur nächsten Station unserer Rundreise gebracht hat.

Wir haben die nicht die besten Zimmer erhalten. Das Mobiliar hat das Zeitalter erreicht wenn man sich die anderen Häuser anschaut wie diese ausgestattet sind. Ein großer Punkt sind auch die tausend Fliegen die herumfliegen (ein Aufenthalt im Aussenbereich ist fast nicht möglich). Die Anreise mit dem Auto war eine Challenge da schlecht beschrieben und die Strassenverhältnisse nicht besonders gut sind.

It was a pleasure to stay here. All staff and the owners are so welcoming and nice. Felt like being part of the family. The whole place is so beautiful and the view amazing. The room was nice with everything you need for a stay. We didn’t do a Batur tour but they will help you with everything for it or also if you need a transport. We went to the Hot Springs where you get a discount and if wanted free transport to it from the family. We highly recommend staying here! Thank you for everything!

The cottage was nice and clean, a little bit hot when we arrived but at night it gets quite cold so the air conditioning isn’t necessary. The pool was also nice and the staff very friendly.

We would recommend to add more plugs, there were just two in our room. Also the wifi could work better.

L’accueil chaleureux, la propreté et le confort étaient au rendez-vous. Nous avons fait la « grande » boucle pour l’ascension du Mont Batur proposé par notre hôte et nous avons passé un très bon moment avec notre guide local.

Het uitzicht en de mogelijkheid om de Batur vulkaan te bezoeken.

De douche was of kokend heet of koud wanneer de warmte op was. Er zaten veel vlekken op en rondom het bed. De host was de eerste dag niet aanwezig. Hebben haar pas op de tweede dag gezien (bij uitchecken). Ze heeft wel lieve kinderen die haar taken probeerde op te vangen. Er is eigenlijk niks te doen. Het restaurant was smakeloos.

La famille qui accueille dans cet hôtel est vraiment d'une gentillesse Incroyable. Très arrangeants, ils ont pu répondre à nos demandes. La vue est superbe, directement sur le mont Batur. La randonnée vaut le coup.

Les équipements en général mériteraient d'être rafraichis. Les rideaux sont sales, la douche n'a pas de débit, la piscine pourrait être sympa mais il n'y a pas de transats ou de lieu pour s'installer. Le service pour manger est très long. La vue est magique mais le lieu est très isolé. Donc à part la randonnée du matin il n'y a vraiment rien à faire dans les alentours. L'environnement est très bruyant car on entend les jeeps et les motos jusqu'à très tard, et très tôt le matin puisque les randonnées commencent à 4h.

Velmi milý a nápomocný lidé. Ubytování bylo velmi čisté a pobyt byl celkově příjemný. Kdyby někdo potřeboval je možnost přes ubytování objednat výšlap na batur na východ slunce. Snídaně byli také příjemné.

Limite propre très humide dans les chambres impossible d avoir l eau tiède soit froide soit glaciale 2 jeunes garçons décident , ils sont gentils mais ne comprennent peu l anglais et Taxi du retour à ne pas prendre par eux mauvaise expérience Peut-être même pas un taxi Bof Sur les photos supers mais en fait c est que du décors tout est de bric et de brac Bon pour 1 nuit ok pas plus Bcp de mouches vraiment bcp

Tout était parfait. Les hôtes étaient adorables et aux petits soins. Nous avons manqué de rien. De plus, ils peuvent organiser l’excursion au mont Batur avec des très bons guides et les transferts pour vous rendre à votre prochaine destination.

Najs egen bungalow och bra myggnät. Personal är trevligt och väldigt hjälpsam. Hotell har bra samarbeten med turistaktiviteter som att bestiga Mt Batur och Hot spring. Person hjälpte även till med transporter.

Var beredd på att det är en taxikartell i Kintamani så varken Gojelk/Grab/Bluebird funkar i området, personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och kunde köra en del och även fixa transport till Kintamani by till ett rimligt pris. Poolen var ganska sval och hotellet servera endast frukost (juni 2025) (gran stället 25 m bort serverar både lunch och kvällsmat). Trots dessa ovan nämnda tråkigheter vägde personalens bemötande upp upplevelsen och de var väldigt hjälpsamma.

Personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam.

De deur van onze cottage kon niet op slot. Het bed was zo groot dat je amper ruimte eromheen had. Een handig bedlampje zou fijn zijn. Er was een waterkoker, maar geen thee of koffie. Je kreeg overigens alles waar je om vroeg.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Ils nous ont gentiment proposé de descendre notre scooter en bas du chemin. La vue sur le mont Batur depuis la piscine est très agréable. La chambre est bien équipée et confortable.

Très bel emplacement avec une vue magnifique sur le Mont Batur, idéalement situé pour l'ascension le matin. Possibilité de réserver un guide directement avec l'hôtel, le notre était au top ! Possibilité également de réserver un chauffeur.

Niveau propreté cela laisse à désirer les draps étaient tachés de sang de la poussière, et la porte était cassée. La pression de la douche était très mauvaise, pas de demi mesure c'était soit de l'eau froide ou brûlante. Les warungs aux environs sont bien pour dépanner mais sans plus.

La route avant l’établissement

This is my second stay at Batur Cottage. It is located in a vegetable field and surrounded by mountains, so the environment is very quiet and relaxing. The room I stayed in faced directly onto the Batur volcano. It was very elegantly designed, and the bathroom was large and clean. The host Asti was very kind and helpful.

The path to the hostel was a bit bumpy, but that's probably part of the fun for me.

I had a very pleasant stay at this establishment, which offered a truly secluded and peaceful atmosphere. The staff extended a warm and courteous welcome. There is a small dining area shared by two establishments managed by the same family, where guests can enjoy breakfast, a meal, or a beer after a long walk. The staff kindly assisted me on several occasions, providing transportation to a currency exchange office and to the village for my excursion. They also organized a jeep tour for the ascent of Mount Batur for only 300,000 IDR and quickly found a private driver to guide me to the village of Sidemen. I appreciated the mountain view as well as the presence of an infinity pool.

The view of our room was breath taken, amazing just like described. Beds are comfortable. The shower was broken and they took a while to check if it was possible to change but after an hour or so they change it and it was perfect.

The only bad thing I think is that Batur has a really bad issue with flies, there are a quite a lot of them flying around you and while you try to relax, but it is a city issue. The Cottage has mosquito net in the bed and at the door.

L’emplacement du site est vraiment super beau! Les chambres sont bien agencés et très propre! Le petit déjeuner compris est simple mais très bon! Leurs pancakes étaient excellentes ! La literie était douce et les coussins confort ! Le petit jardin en face des maisons est vraiment bien aménagés c’est très joli! La proximité avec le départ de la randonnée du Mont Batur.

La route pour arriver jusque chez eux et vraiment très très compliqué , route cabossée +++ Nous sommes venus en scooter il faut se sentir à l’aise à conduire un scooter dans ces conditions et surtout quand il a bien plu la vieille! Néanmoins nous s’avons que ce n’est pas de leur ressort et que les propriétaires n’y peuvent rien mais il est bien de le savoir avant d’arriver jusque là bas! Les propriétaires étaient sympathiques et souriants mais nous ne les avons pas vraiment trouvé dans l’échange c’est dommage.. Sinon tout était très bien merci beaucoup!

Location is a bit remote and accessible through an old bumpy road, but it's a good spot for hiking on Mount Batur.

It's a bit of a rough ride uphill toward the guest house.

Bungalow propre et moderne dans un endroit calme et paisible, mais assez isolé (il faut avoir un véhicule ou la famille peut vous emmener en ville). Il y a un petit restaurant sur place. Le petit déjeuner est simple. La famille qui nous a accueilli était adorable. Possibilité de réserver une excursion sur le mont Batur.

Bungalows en pleine nature donc il faut faire avec les insectes.

The property is amazing, located up on the hill you can admire the view of the lake, mount Abang and Batur from one place when you walk outside of the cottage. The cottages are impeccable, everything is new, clean and well maintained. The staff is very kind and positive it was a pleasure to be there and chat with the family. They serve nice breakfasts and have a good Warung just behind reception plus the WiFi is good so highly recommended for people who work. The top of Mount Batur is also just 5k from the property and they can book you a guide. One of the best places I’ve had the pleasure to stay in while in Bali, I will definitely return!

Very lovely cottages, host was super nice, she organized sunrise trek for us and was really helpful. Food was amazing! Highly recomend staying here, everything is just perfect.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Die Zimmer waren dunkel und haben etwas unangenehm gerochen. Wir haben uns dort ein Moped geliehen, welches mehrmals abgestorben ist während des Fahrens, was sehr unangenehm war. Am Tag der Abreise hat mein Freund seine Airpods gesucht. Mit Hilfe der Suchfunktion haben wir diese dann hinter einem Kasten in einem Müllsack gefunden?? Das war sehr seltsam. Die Besitzerin hat sich mehrmals entschuldigt und war selbst verwirrt.
