Pirogue Lodge

The hospitality was beyond my expectations - we arrived sooner than expected, well before check-in time, and they gladly took our luggage to the rooms while getting them ready, organized taxis for us, provided sun chairs and towels on the beach, and even gave us a little parting gift. I liked the breakfast as well. A bit smaller than you perhaps find in european hotels, but overall a good selection and freshly made eggs (e.g. omelet) or pancakes were the focus point for us. Rooms are spacious, the bathroom has two sinks, and a large walk in shower!

Their prices for ala carte meals (dinner, lunch) are on pair with other restaurants around the area - overall a bit high, so if anything, a little lower prices would persuade me to eat at their restaurant.

Very friendly staff, made us feel very welcome. The cake for our anniversary after our evening meal was a lovely touch.

There was a little smell in the bathroom and for the rooms down which have the see view the people at the pool are directly sitting in front of your nose in the balcony, which can be very annoying

Mitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Liegen werden jederzeit zum Strand gebracht. Supermärkte, take aways und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Autovermietung über Hotel war ohne Probleme.

Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten modernisiert werden. Das Frühstück konnte uns nicht überzeugen.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een hele fijne kamer met alle dingen die je je maar kunt wensen. Het zijn hele kleine dingen die het verschil maken.

Alle accomodaties aan de Cote d’Or zijn best prijzig. En dus ook Pirogue.

Das komplette Serviceteam war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit! Essen war auch sehr gut! Preis Leistung einfach unschlagbar auf Praslin!

Cet établissement offre tout le confort nécessaire, avec un plus sur l'option transat de plage et serviettes de plage et de piscine..il est également très bien situé. Et surtout le personnel est charmant, notamment Nadia qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement en nous donnant de nombreuses informations.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, Hotel liegt gleich am super schönen Strand bzw ist auch der Pool schön, Supermärkte und Restaurants gleich in der Nähe bzw kann man im Hotel essen, das Zimmer war sehr groß und wirklich schön hergerichtet, das Hotel ist nicht so groß, also keine Menschenmassen, die einen dort erwarten

Удобное местоположение. Всего шесть номеров. В номере чистота и комфорт. Персонал очень душевный и очень доброжелательно относится. Питание выше всяких похвал. Ужины настолько вкусные что просто взрыв вкусовых рецепторов. Кто пишет что на Сейшелах нет нормальной и вкусной еды приезжайте сюда. ))) Спасибо персоналу и отдельно шеф повару за прекрасный отдых.

It is a small hotel for 6 rooms only. Great welcoming, rooms decorated with brown polished wood, pretty spacious balconies, small pool without usage limitation. Location is fine, beach is in 30 meters right across the road. Free sun beds are carried out on request. Most of staff was really welcoming and proactive.

Very difficult to adjust water temperature. Breakfast was OK, but variety could be better, considering that restaurant is their core historic business.

Utsökt frukost med massor av olja valmöjligheter. Dessutom en kock som fixar det varma du önskar! Läget var fantastiskt vid stranden, personalen supertrevlig och hjälpsam på alla vis. Nästan familjärt. Om vi hade återvänt till Praslin skulle vi absolut valt detta boendet igen!

It a small and cute hotel with restaurant. The size makes it very personal the staff is very attentive. The breakfast is good and cleaning personal thorough.

Not much to not like. The price point maybe but that is common for the whole island :)

Swietne miejsce na pobyt. Przestronne, czyste pokoje z tarasem z widokiem na ocean. Szczegolnie polecam pokoje na pietrze. Swietna obsluga, dbajaca o wszystko. Dodatkowo przygotowali wyjatkowa niespodzianke z okazji urodzin. Goraco polecam.

Jedyna rzecz do poprawy to bral wyciagu lub wiatraka w lazience. Po prysznicu robi sie parno.

La chambre est très grande, très confortable , bien équipée. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour aller sur la superbe plage d'Anse Volbert. L'hôtel fournit serviette de plage et transat, ce qui est un plus. Le personnel est très gentil. Je ne peux rien dire sur le restaurant car on n'y a pas mis les pieds.

The location is exceptional!

Lage des Hotel ist direkt im Dorf, wo Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Strand gegenüber. super Frühstück bis 10:30. Großes, geräumiges Zimmer. Extrem nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal

The people, the place, the peace and the pleasure all contributed to.

With only six rooms, Pirogue is a very intimate place to stay. Wonderfully located, with beach directly outside (or you can swim/sunbathe at the pool area). Rooms are large and very comfortable, each with their own balcony. Very clean and well appointed. The staff were extremely helpful - we had delays in getting to Praslin and Nadia in particular went out of her way to assist, rearranging car bookings for us as well as organising a special occasion for us. It is the little touches that make a difference and we really appreciated them. Overall an excellent stay for us - wish it were longer, and would definitely return to Pirogue again for another visit.

There was very little not to like about Pirogue.

Das Gesamtpaket. Unterkunft, Essen, freundliche familiäre Atmosphäre und die tolle Lage direkt am wunderschönen Strand mit den Liegen vom Haus .

Etwas gestört hat, dass morgens gegen 6 Uhr im Restaurant die Arbeit begonnen hat und dies dann immer etwas laut war. Aber die Vorarbeiten für den Tag müssen ja gemacht werden

A lovely beachfront stay with warm, friendly staff and spotless rooms overlooking the ocean. Breakfast and dinner at the lodge’s restaurant are both excellent—fresh, local, and relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring Praslin islands.

Einfach alles, super gepflegt, sehr leckeres Essen, tolle Lage! Aber das Wichtigste: wir waren 13 Tage hier. Die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und die sehr warmherzige Gastfreundschaft wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Das tolle Betriebsklima hat uns tief beeindruckt. Alle sind so engagiert, wir können nicht alle Namen nennen sonst wird der Text zu lang. Michelle, Bernadette sind einfach klasse!!! Ganz herzlichen Dank.
