One of the staff was rude. He seems not the main responsible staff member.

In general, Otel was great especially friendly working stuff Room was quite tiny, but hotel is close to all the historical attractions. I can recommend this very hotel for the tourists who has limited budget. Dilfuza from Uzbekistan 🇺🇿

I would like to recommend you should add some options to the breakfast.

The accommodation is good, centrally located and close to the Sirkeci Marmaray metro station and restaurants. The hotel is fairly clean; for the price, I'd give it a 7/10.

I was very disappointed with the hotel owners and staff. They were unhelpful and inflexible. I arrived two hours before my check-in and told them I needed to charge my phone for 15-30 minutes because it was dead. Their response was, "Sorry, that's not our problem; we can't help you." I was astonished by their attitude. The air conditioning wasn't working, and they told me it was a common problem in Turkey, something I'd heard during previous stays there. 🤣 They deliberately turn off the air conditioning, leaving only air without any cooling, so they don't have to pay the electricity bill. The refrigerator also didn't work. I will never stay there again.

Good location, close to everything. Metro tram, restaurants shops and tourist areas And breakfast is not in the same building. It will be in the Crowned plus hotel just one block away. But it has an amazing view in the 4th floor

The person welcomes me in the afternoon was very accommodating and helpful. He even moved me to a quieter room as I am with a baby. In the afternoon the lift was broken. The other guy in the reception was extremely rude and dismissive when I wanted to ask someone to talk to about the lift and the issue I have in the room and the fridge. First night. Fridge is old and not working, I ask to someone to check but no one came. At the end they said I can just ask the recep to use the main fridge and not the room fridge.

Locatie was echt geweldig!!!

Handoeken, bed, wc, douche kamer overal gewoon was heel vies, voor ontbijt moest je lopen naar een ander hotel ook met de zelfde naam. Tot 4 uur s nachts hadden we geluid overlast.

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my experience with Crowned Hotel. On 31 May, before my arrival, I contacted the hotel specifically to ask about parking arrangements. During that conversation, I was clearly informed that parking would be free of charge for hotel guests and that there would be no issue with my vehicle. However, when I arrived at the hotel on 4 June, I was suddenly informed that parking would cost 1,000 Turkish Lira (approximately €19) per day. When I explained that I had previously contacted the hotel and had been explicitly assured that parking would be free for me as a guest, the staff denied ever providing such information. As a result of this misleading information, I requested to cancel my reservation on the spot and receive a refund, since the conditions presented to me upon arrival were different from those communicated before booking. The hotel refused my request entirely. What made the situation even worse was the extremely unprofessional behavior of the staff. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they spoke to me in a disrespectful and aggressive manner, making inappropriate remarks along the lines of "who are you to tell us what to do" and using other rude expressions. Afterward, I checked the Booking.com listing and noticed that parking is currently listed as paid. However, when I spoke with the hotel before my arrival, I specifically verified this point and was clearly told that parking would be free. This was also confirmed to me over the phone. I believe I was misled by the hotel regarding an important condition of my stay, and I would appreciate Booking.com's assistance in reviewing this matter and finding a fair resolution.

Kahvalti kotuydu, nerdeyse 5 gun icinde 2 kere gittik oda zar zor yedik terayagi yerine margarin vardi hershey cok kalitesizdi, odalar cok kucukdu ve fazla ses vardi. Karsida pub oldugu icin tum geceni ses oluyor ve uyuyamadik nerdeyse, rahat edemedik. Tek iy yani konumuydu temizlik normaldi.

The location was excellent but that is the only positive thing to say

WELL ..for starts NO parking as advertised and when I phoned to make sure , They assured there was , so I turned up and I couldn't park my hire car so had to pay every day for parking elsewhere. The towels had stains on them. You could not turn the heating off as the rad valve was broken. Mirrors broken ( sharp glass ) and a massive gap under the door which let in mountains of light so had to fold up a towl to lay down.

Bardzo małe łazienki, wchodząc uderzało się drzwiami o toaletę, prysznic nie miał części szyb przez co łazienka była zawsze zalana po wzięciu prysznica. Bardzo wąskie łóżka.

The staff, especially Sabrina and Nazanin at the breakfast time - they were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The gentleman in the hotel, when we arrived and the other night shift staff, Mohamed, the cleaning lady and the others, thank you to all of you! Fantastic location - the hotel is virtually next to Sirkeci Marmaray (Tube Station) and about a 2 min walk from Sirkeci tram and train. If you're able to, use the Sirkeci Marmaray to get to / from Sabiha Gokcen airport - you'll avoid the stress of being stuck in the crazy Istanbul traffic and wondering if you'll make it in time for your flight home!

Breakfast wasn't served at the hotel - you had to leave the building and walk around the corner to another hotel, I think it was called Grand Huriyet hotel, which was a few buildings down. This wasn't mentioned in the listing when I booked.

Sirkeci center: a few steps from the tram stop + a few minutes walk to the ferry port + grocery store nearby, but still quiet (room opening to inner courtyard). Daily cleaning + fresh towels.

The bearded, black-haired men at the reception can't say hello! The others, yes! It was strange for me in Turkey! There is not a single hanger in the room, not even in the bathroom! Only 4 clothes racks (for 2 people). Because of the huge bed, it is not possible to move in the room.

Zimmer war maximal ein Einzelzimmer. Ich hatte extra ein Zweibettzimmer gebucht. Habe das auch beanstandet. Leider kam nur die Aussage, dass sie keine anderen Zimmer mehr verfügbar haben. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Wenigstens hätten sie beim Preis entgegen kommen können. Wir hatten Zwei Koffer und waren Zwei Erwachsene Personen. Man konnte sich im Zimmer nicht mal bewegen. Gar nichts. Badezimmer/WC war auch sehr eng. Nie wieder gehe ich in dieses Hotel. In Sirkeci gibt es genug andere Hotel, die wesentlich besser sind und sogar teilweise günstiger sind. Ich erwarte mir eine Entschuldigung und dass sie für diese Frechheit wenigstens eine Gutschrift im Nachgang schicken. Zum Glück waren wir 2 Männer. Mit meiner Familie wäre ich keine Nacht geblieben.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön geräumig und sauber und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption vor allem der der Mann, der an dem Tag da gearbeitet hat, war so nett bin gerne hier.

L'hôtel se trouve dans une petite rue en face d'un chichabar qui met de la music live jusqu'a après minuit, c'est trop bruyant! je n'arrivais pas a dormir. a 9:30 il n'y avait plus de café à la machine, et quand j'ai demandé au monsieur du petit-déjeuner il a refusé de le remplir, il m'a dit que le petit-dèjeuner est finis et pourant il restait 30mn, je trouve que le personnel doit faire plus attention à leur clients.

Camera frumoasa, cocheta, in " buricul târgului " . Noi am avut doua camere una pe o parte unde era liniște deplina si cealaltă camera pe partea cu restaurantele si muzica. De acolo se aude pana in jur de 12 noaptea , dar atmosfera este frumoasa. Nu se aude " chemarea la rugăciune " de la moschee. Check-out-ul este la ora 12 ceea ce pentru noi a fost excelent. Mic-dejun am avut tip bufet , pentru noi a fost bun. Oua fierte, mai multe feluri de brânză, măsline, legume , unt, gemuri , cafea, ceai, suc. Un plus mare este amplasamentul, ca este in centru, aproape de toate obiectivele turistice si aproape de stația de tramvai- 2 minute pe jos. In apropiere este o parcare supraterana ( noi acolo am parcat )

Biz çift kişilik oda için rezervasyon yaptık ama gittigimizde bize iki kisilik ayri yatak verdiler.. Temizliğini sevmedim, temizlik konusunda hiç iyi değillerdi havlular lekeli oda süpürülüyor ama hala cok fazla kirlilik goruyorsunuz bizim kaldığımız otel çok bakımsızdı.. ses konusunda da cok kötü otelde ki tüm sesler odanızın içinde ve oda kapılarında, banyoda hic bakım yok .. açıkçası çok özensiz di .

Locatia e the Best aproape de tramvai, metrou, tren si vapor, aproape supermarket. Curatenia și faptul ca a fost cald și bine iar televizorul a functionat.

I stayed 4 nights at Crowned hotel, I LITERALLY CAN'T CLAIM ABOUT ANYTHING !! The room was very organized, they cleaned it every morning, they changed the slippers every morning, the lights were very nice , you have everything you need. We did a late check in , the owner gave us the best room in the hotel, a room with the balcony, even though we did not book it. The staff were very nice , and smiling 😊 Next time surely I'll book in this hotel ! The location of this hotel is amazing, in the heart of Istanbul, in Fatih, near Marmary subway station. Near Aya Sophia, tram station...etc

Expérience très décevante. À notre arrivée, l’hôtel était complet alors que nous avions une réservation confirmée pour une chambre double de luxe. Nous avons été déplacés dans un autre établissement avec une chambre nettement inférieure à ce que nous avions réservé. Entre 23h et 4h du matin, nous avons tenté de trouver une solution avec le personnel, sans aucune aide réelle. On nous a refusé de parler à un responsable et l’attitude du personnel a été irrespectueuse et peu professionnelle. Finalement, sur conseil de la police touristique, nous avons dû quitter l’établissement en pleine nuit et réserver un autre hôtel à nos frais. Très mauvaise gestion de la situation et manque total de considération pour les clients.

Excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Crowned à Istanbul ! L’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé, proche de tous les sites importants, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel : toujours souriant, à l’écoute et prêt à aider à tout moment. On se sent très bien accueilli. J’ai pris l’option avec petit déjeuner et c’était un très bon choix : buffet varié, frais et délicieux chaque matin. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour confortable et agréable à Istanbul. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Me dejaron hacer el check in antes de las 2. El personal es súper amable. La ubicación es excelente. Nos dieron una buena habitación. Hay servicio de habitaciones todos los días. Hay una buena terraza con vistas al Bósforo.

Todas las puertas cierran mal y hay que dar un portazo para cerrar, por lo que de noche nos despertábamos. Entiendo que el desayuno es turco, pero para los huéspedes europeos puede ser difícil de comer. No es algo malo pero hay que tener en cuenta que son dos hoteles (solo separados por 20 metros), y puede tocarte en uno y tener que ir a desayunar al otro (nosotros tuvimos la suerte de estar en el mismo hotel en el que hacen el desayuno).

Osoblje je ljubazno i uslužno, a soba je izuzetno čista. Svaki dan je sve bilo očišćeno, a ručnici oprani. Hotel je u samom centru, što je ogromna prednost, također sav javni prijevoz nam je bio blizu.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes 2 adultes et 1 enfant et la surprise en arrivant et que dans l'hôtel il n'y a que des chambres avec lit double. L'employé arrogant sur place essaye de nous faire dire que cela est notre faute! Un vraie scandale....Cet hôtel n'est pas adapté aux familles, il nous a déplacé dans un autre hôtel qui lui appartient aussi "Crowned Plus" Le petit déjeuner est tout sauf bon, l'hygiène n'est pas au rdv, la pression de la douche un vrai cauchemar, l'hôtel est très bruyant, le personnel n'est pas vraiment agréable ni accueillant, les chambres sont minuscule impossible de circuler. 1ère et dernière fois. Grosse déception!!!!!

Bett voll mit Haaren von Gästen die vor uns da waren, Bügeleisen war kaputt die Hälfte hat gefehlt. Bett unbequem, zu klein obwohl wir 1.60m - 1.70 m groß sind. Ich weis nicht, vielleicht war es ein Bett für Kinder. Bettdecke und ar nur für eine Person, sowas muss man doch mal vorher organisieren die wissen ganz genau das wir da zu zweit übernachten wollen. Also organisatorisch eine Katastrophe!

habitación pequeña , baño HEDIONDO , pasado a humedad en toda la pieza . manilla de la puerta del baño se soltó , el porta papel higienico se cayó y la puerta principal había que dar un tremendo portazo par cerrar con seguro por dentro , que se soltaba todo el marco de la puerta . Otra asquerosidad , las bolsas con las ropa sucia , todo el día dentro del ascensor y toallas colgadas en el pasamanos . El personal muy desatento , sin ninguna gana de ayudar en nada ,

The best things about the property were definitely the location and the staff. The location was perfect for getting around and exploring the area, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The room could benefit from better maintenance, as there were broken mirrors on the bed frame, a non-working socket, and a fridge door that wasn’t functioning properly. The room was also smaller than expected.

We really liked Its central location

The property was so small, not well cleaned and too noisy. We had to walk to the other property in order to eat breakfast, which was ok. It was difficult to find tables for the breakfast.
