The place itself, it's basically just one room in the apartment of a family. U share everything with the family. The bathrooms were probably the worst ever. The room was alright, good AC, beds are okay. Unfortunately I also had the worst roommates totally inconsiderate. Respect others if u share a room guys, it's not that difficult!

Reviewed May 6, 2026I cancelled my stay when I arrived and they accepted my cancellation without any deduction.
I cancelled my stay there because the pictures they show on booking.com is totally different from reality, those are false picture of hostel, so I cancelled but I arrived there late night I asked them to let me stay for night so that I can sleep, for one night they charged 10$ from me which was higher than the price they show in booking.com for girls dormitory.

Reviewed May 3, 2026The hostel is in an excellent location, close to the marina center and sheraton street with all amenities, within walking distance to the El Mina Mosque, also not so far from the airport, which makes everything much easier. My stay there was pleasant—the staff were friendly and welcoming, it was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet and extremely comfortable to sleep there; even though I stayed in a shared dorm room, it felt like private accommodation. The space is large and spacious. All in all, it offers great value for the money. I recommend it!

Beds are reasonably comfortable although you have to be a gymnast for the top bunk beds! A hot shower is available and towel is included Cozy lounge area with TV and a decent sized balcony

Everything but the location. There is no key given to people in shared rooms and the key stay in the door and no lockers are there in the room to put your things, so no safety. Also, there was a horrible incident of a hubgarian woman slapped a chinese woman in the shared room in the middle of the night, for throwing up. She said she made the bathroom dirty. I am not sure and Don't expect the place to take stand. Zero safety for women. They also charged me for cleaning something despite it is mentioned here that I can use washing machine and it is not mentioned that it has additional charges. Also, no kitchen is there ... it was just a bed, no safety, no lockers (except for very small things), no rules, no system

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026The hostel is located very centrally to all the major markets along the Sheraton Road. Its very close to the Hurghada Marina and nice cafes. The staff was very polite and accommodating.
The hostel could be kept more cleaner with daily cleaning. For the amount which I paid for 4 nights, I guess its what you pay, what you get.

Rooms& floor need to be cleaned at least once a day full of dust . Everyone smokes and inside the dorm you cannot breathe because of smoke. Defo bathroom need to be updated and maintained daily .

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025前台小哥很好，可以预定赫尔格达的游玩项目。卫生间很大，很干净整洁。地理位置也好，属于闹中取静的地方，距离主街几十米，旁边有好吃的海鲜餐厅，还有一个大超市可以购买日常生活用品。最开心的就是在这里遇到了很好的小鲨鱼、大靖子、娜娜等小伙伴，一起吃了海鲜大餐。小鲨鱼帮我很多，感恩！
如果能修好卫生间的花洒蓬头就更好了。

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025优点：1.有冰箱和厨房可以做饭这点很好，别的旅馆没有厨房，只有这里有，2.旅馆位置很好，去海滩很近，附近几百米也有个大超市，出门口就是步行街，3.价钱也不贵35元一晚上，
1.空调也不制冷，功率太小了，风扇吹着吹着老板就拿走了，太热了，风扇马力太小了，吹出来都没风，还不如usb风扇，功率太小，2.垃圾篓一堆垃圾也没人倒，马桶很脏没人刷，浴室花洒等设施也是坏的，寝室门也是坏的，没人修理。3.住了最后一晚上WiFi也没网了，4.还有臭虫/床虱把我咬了，皮肤过敏，红肿，奇痒无比，（皮肤过敏的人慎入）
