Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Bella posizione per quartiere europeo. Stanza bella, luminosa, tranquilla. Struttura comoda , cucina accogliente. Host gentilissima e disponibilissima. In condizioni ordinarie ci tornerei.
Purtroppo sono stata nella settimana più calda dell’anno e non c’è aria condizionata, l’esperienza é stata terribile la prima sera; la host è stata gentilissima e dal mattino dopo mi ha recapitato un potente ventilatore che mi ha salvato la vita! 😄 Era anche un periodo di prezzi troppo alto per un B&B (ma così in tutta Bruxelles). Non ha ascensore, non adatta se ci sono problemi di deambulazione.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026I love coming back to this place. Elegant, Victorian style, quite area next to a park, and yet very near Schumann and EU buildings. Nice kitchen with coffee and tea, a little garden, feels like home. Comfy beds. Last but definitely not the least, warm welcome and helpful host.

La propreté de la cuisine (collective) laissait à désirer. Le BRUIT des autres clients qui passent et repassent devant la chambre, le BRUIT le soir jusqu’à Minuit dans la chambre au dessus. Il y avait une fête d’enfer à priori au dessus de notre chambre où un déménagement.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026La struttura è vicina alla fermata dell’autobus (passano ogni 5 minuti) che porta alla stazione centrale: n^ 29 o 63. In 15/20 minuti si arriva in centro.
La stanza é modesta e piuttosto cupa. Mobili vecchiotti e spazio essenziale. In bagno mancano i bicchieri per gli spazzolini e aggiungerei una luce sullo specchio.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026La encargada súper maja, nos alojó en una estancia mejor a la reservada, una casita con cocina, y habíamos reservado una habitación. Además tiene una zona común para todos en donde te puedes hacer el desayuno e incluso cocinar. Muy buena combinación de autobuses (29 y 63) los coges enfrente para ir al centro en pocos minutos. La cama era muy cómoda y la estancia estaba limpia.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026La stanza era molto pulita e silenziosa seppur collocata in un sottoscala (finestra a livello della strada). L'host è stata molto cortese e gli orari di check-in/check-out sono stati molto comodi. Particolarmente apprezzata la macchina del caffè a disposizione degli ospiti. Posizione comoda, a 5 minuti dalla fermata metro Schuman.
Nulla in particolare, forse si potrebbe solo specificare che alcune stanza sono poste sotto il livello della strada, ad alcune persone potrebbe dare fastidio soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi.

The location is quite nice, about 3kms from Gare Central, but the parks nearby are quite nice and quite connected with public transport, even at night. Brussels was unusually cold this time of the year when we visited, but the heating was quite good!

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025Liebevoll eingerichtetes Miniapartment, bequemes Bockspringbett, viele Lichter & Steckdosen, traditionelles belgisches Haus, (langsam, aber) gut funktionierende Heizung, gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche (Kaffe & Tee wird angeboten), Kaffeeautomat für Bohnen, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Induktionsfelder. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin - hat mich sogar vom Place Ambiorix abgeholt. Gute direkte Kommunikation. EU-Sitzungsgebäude fußläufig gut erreichbar (ca. 5 Min zu Schuman).
Das Zimmer lag im Keller und hätte vorab etwas Lüftung vertragen.

Charging without my consent-I was charged a total of Kshs. 77,157.78 through my visa card without being asked to give consent and without spending a single day in the facility. I had made a mistake on the travelling dates and instead of the owner asking why i had not arrived, she waited until the days were almost over and deducted the money from my account. When i enquired from the owner she said that i booked and never turned up to the facility. I thought this was very unfair since the owner of the facility didn't spend a single coin on the facility while she took all the money. Actually i regretted why i gave the details of my account to her. Cleaning-The room was only cleaned once after my enquiry, the owner didn't arrange for the cleaning during my stay at the facility. Changing dollars to Euros-I didn't have enough dollars and i requested the owner of the facility to give me time to go and change in a bureau but she became very impatient to a point of addressing me in a rude way

Transportes super acessíveis (caso queira). Gostamos de andar a pe e fomos em uma caminhada de 30 minutos até o centro principal da cidade. Recomendamos.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025Schöner, grosser Raum an guter Lage für meine Pläne. Zugang zu gemeinschaftlich genutzter, zweckmässig ausgerüsteter Küche. Ruhige Strasse in gutem Quartier mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Nahe bei den Gebäuden der EU Kommission aber auch in Gehdistanz zu Pärken und sogar zum Stadtzentrum. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.
Der an sich moderne und zweckmässig eingerichtete Raum könnte gepflegter und sauberer sein, insbesondere auch das Bad und vor allem die Dusche.

I'm sorry but there needs to be an institution that bars such mouldy places from making profit, they are unhealthy to reside in. The "room" was a niche in the basement, probably 8 sq. m with the bathroom combined, and reeked so much of mould that I had to sleep with the window open. The hostess barely reacted to messages, esp ones informing her that the only devices in the room - a lamp and a TV - did not work.
