Problème de sécurité! -Logement très sale et sans eau chaude -Pas d’eau du tout dans une des deux sdb -Plaques de cuisine HS -Casseroles et poêle inutilisables car trop endommagées -Pas de wifi - Équipement HS et cassé - câbles qui pendent partout et prises arrachées avec câbles à nu. - des mégots et capsules de bouteilles de bières partout autour de la maison et dans le jardin. -poubelles pleines La liste est encore longue

Ce logement est une arnaque et apparemment illégal. Pas d'eau chaude ; équipements vétustes et défectueux; panneau en vente via una agence sur la maison. Aucune communication possible avec l'établissement. Faux numéro de téléphone communiqué.

Die Lage war gut, die Unterkunft war geräumig

Die Laken waren noch dieselben der vorherigen Gäste. Die neuen Laken aus dem Schrank waren voller Haare und waren fleckig. Es war allgemein dreckig und nicht komfortabel. Die Gastgeberin antwortete nicht auf unsere Nachricht. Das Badezimmer enthielt noch die Badetücher der vorherigen Gäste und es war nicht geputzt. Das Duschwasser im Bad war eiskalt und in der kleinen Dusche ging das Wasser nicht an.

I could not get the water to heat The T V did not work or no instructions for it. No holder for shower head I had to hold by hand for a cold shower

The TV screen was busted so we couldn't use it, there was no wifi, there was only hot water in one of the showers, the freezer was frozen solid and leaking on kitchen floor. Bathroom downstairs also was leaking. Beds were super hard.

There was supposed to be a key in a coded safe at the door, but this had been smashed, and it took a while getting the key. There was no heat or hot water, which we wanted as we had a very young baby. We contacted the owner but he didn’t get back to us. We thought the gas had been disconnected? The house was apparently “sale agreed “ so it probably was.

Relatively cheap stay for a night in Kilkenny. Has 2 parking spots in front of the house. There is a total of 4 beds, 3 singles, 1 double so allows a larger group to stay together.

Could use some TLC, TV screen was cracked, broken glass bottles in side alley of house, astray out the back still full of cigarettes, damaged plugs, freezer door unable to be closed.

Logement sale en cours de refection apparemment .. Pas de chauffage ni d' eau chaude. Plaque de cuisson d un autre temps, hotte aspirante non fonctionnelle. Fuite d'eau dans cuisine due à la porte du congelareur qui ne ferme plus puisqu'il est complètement monté en glace.L'écran de tele etait casse donc inutilisable. Logement a fuir nous ne recommandons pas du tout ce logement. Pourquoi ce logement est il proposé a la location ?

No heating tv was broken and fridge was completely frozen over and not heating so could not sleep because it was soo cold

Location and house was spacious

Central Heating didn't work at all is no gas! Never moved from the number 2 and didn't make the radiators work at all no matter what I did. Is only 1 small electric radiator available so is not enough and the house is cold. One of the showers was only cold water so was unusable. Only the ensuite shower have hot water. Fireplace on the living room don't work. Is no gas on the property at all. WiFi didn't work. TV didn't work screen is smashed. I heat the house turning a little the oven in the kitchen but is not enough to heat the rooms. I wrote to the property in messages no response. The only reason why I stayed is because was spacious and in the location I needed

Nothing about this rental was anything like represented in booking. Microwave caught fire, oven full of grease and greasy pans, wires hanging out of walls, no hot water, no wifi ( even though box was on in kitchen,) TV shattered and not working, back yard not mowed and so tall, unable to use, even though pictures sent to booking.com, did not get refund. Thank God we only had to survive 1 night. House was "For Sale" which may account for condition. Do Not Recommend this and/or booking.com as they did not follow up with me regarding complaint/refund.

Clean and simple, fine for 1 night flying visit to Kilkenny

Casa grande con 3 camere, quindi adatta per famiglia di 4 persone. Cucina e salotto spaziosi. Giardinetto fruibile. Posizione tranquilla in zona residenziale, parcheggio auto gratuito davanti casa, distante pochi minuti di macchina dal centro. Supermarket vicino.

Casa poco pulita e praticamente abbandonata. Sulla moquette della camera dove ho dormito, ho trovato un biscotto di un ospite precedente!! Tante cose non funzionano, non a caso l'appartamento è in vendita. Ma il fatto più grave è che le docce non funzionano!!! Non si può fare la doccia perché non esce acqua e dai lavandini esce solo acqua fredda, nonostante si sia accesa la caldaia come da indicazioni. Il fatto di non aver potuto farsi la doccia abbassa il voto della casa tantissimo

Peaceful beautiful property that was more than ample for us, great stay highly recommended

La casa è grande, con 1 camera matrimoniale che aveva 1 lettino aggiunto vicino, e 2 camerette con 1 lettino ognuna. 2 bagni sopra. Cucina, salotto e giardino sotto. Giro con due bimbe di 2 anni e 4 anni ed è stata una soluzione comoda.

Il WiFi non funzionava. C'era lo spinotto di internet rotto. L'acqua delle docce non c'era. E non c'erano istruzioni per far funzionare lo scalda acqua elettrico. E quella nei lavandini era gelida.

When we arrived the TV was not working so we rang the host who promised us it would sorted out straight away All Ireland hurling semi final was on tv we had to go the pub to watch it No one came to sort the TV the host stopped answering his phone The tap in the kitchen needs replacing The toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom needs to be replaced

Fantastic property to stay at, very clean, modern, spacious! Close to all amenities. Would definitely stay again.

The location is great for Kilkenny town . Not too far to walk .

There was no internet as per the facilities stated but there was also no Television, no heating,no hot water in kitchen , no worthwhile garden view and no drying area for clothes. We tried to contact the host however due to no internet, we had to ring, and this caused their delay in responding as they stated after 3 hours of trying to contact them. We were very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.

The house had no lampshades, No mirrors, broken coffee machine, broken oven. No paid services so No Tv or Wi-Fi. Just a smart Tv and a router looking back at you. Beds are very uncomfortable. No reading lamps and NO iron or ironing board. Not suitable for a family as No comfort. It felt like it had just survived a massive house party where everything got broken. It was clean but stinking of industrial cleaning products. No way of contacting host. Phone number provided doesn’t respond. I just wanted to cook some dinner and watch tv with my son after a long drive and iron our clothes for an anniversary mass the next day. It’s the small things that a family stay requires - the basics were missing.

Very clean and had lots of beds, excellent value for money. A short taxi into the city.

Decor is outdated but it was spotless and excellent value for money so no complaints

The beds were not comfortable at all, the mattress was very old and springy. it’s a good distance from the centre so we had to get a taxi into town and home again!

Located close to grocery stores

No bedside lights in bedrooms. Switch for heater control was hidden in a cupboard with no indication it was there. Even though the property advertised as having wifi and TV neither of them worked. Owner was contacted but once problem was made known to them there was no further response. We rely on internet to plan our next days activities and accommodation but were unable to do so. A phone call to the owner was not answered. Eventually I received a message but no further communication after that. The property could have been cleaner.

The house was very clean and tidy, location was very good and the parking is right at the door. The house was just what we needed after a cramped stay in Dublin. The shower was excellent

It may just be a one off as I see others have rated the Wifi highly, however on the day we arrived it didn’t work at all. Wifi connected but no internet. This also meant there was no TV which we like to relax after a day on the road. In fact the tv was unplugged and the internet device not connected. So in short no TV no Internet. I messaged the property and got crickets! Also lots of maintenance issues the kitchen tap flops about, the dishwasher would not turn on and the blinds wouldn’t work. There was a note to leave the kitchen as we found it, difficult when there’s no dishwashing liquid and the dishwasher can’t be turned on

Cabinets were peeling, cabinet door was falling off, dishwasher wouldnt work, kitchen faucet was not attached, towels were not soft, no paper towels, napkins, no directions for appliances, microwave was rusty, one of drawes in freezer was borken

House was clean and spacious.

No WiFi. There were 4 of us and two bowls for breakfast. Three chairs in the kitchen for four people.

It was a brilliant area, quite relaxing a garden for the children.

I would have like a king size bed but the double bed in the property was very comfy.

Location and lots of room

Very poor communication with management. There were four of us and only four towels one of them stank so bad to tobacco we couldn’t use it. There were three chairs plus one completely broken, we told management, didn’t even bother to answer. Lack of communication when checking in. Toaster is a hazard, plug wires are at plain sight, microwave has rust on it. The kitchen cabinets doors are stripped down. Lots of grease in the kitchen, faucet is totally loose. One of the showers didn’t work, we told management didn’t bother to get back at us… overall property with lots of potential but lacks major work and maintenance.

The house was lovely and had everything we needed in a nice area. Although we wasn’t updated on when we should arrive and when we should leave the property. I think the communication just needs to be better but other than that, it was perfect :)

The house was very nice and clean, the kitchen facilities were perfect and we had a very comfortable stay.

The host didn’t reply to my messages for months when I asked about the number of beds and where the fifth person sleeps, because the listing only mentioned 1 double and 2 single beds. But when we arrived there were one double and three single beds so it worked out fine.

It was spotless, and very quiet. Had a great nights sleep.

The property met all of our expectations. Everything worked at the property, but was a bit old. Easy parking, 10 steps from front door. Lots of bedrooms.

It was a little cold. The beds had linens, but were not enough for a December stay. Extra blankets would have made the stay much better. Property could use a little updating in some areas.

Great facilities, all you need for a night in Kilkenny. Lovely touches, such as continental breakfast and condiments in the fridge. Thank you so much for having us. We would definitely stay again!!😊

It was great value, after reading some reviews I was abit unsure but once I got there it was a lot better than expected!! Great stay, would definitely book again when in the area.

Tv wasn’t working

I liked this place very much. 20 minutes walking from the center of Kilkenny, far enough from the noise of the city, in a real peaceful area and that was exactly what I was looking for: a relaxing holiday. Walking to the center and step by step reaching it, was an exiting sensation: medieval buildings, cathedrals, the castel… all fabulous! The house was fully equipped, warm and clean. I only tried the big bed and that was very comfortable. In the two big supermarkets, at 10 minutes walking, I found all I needed to eat. Moreover in Kilkenny there are a lot of shops for everything, restaurants, bars and pubs.

smaller bed was not comfortable (feel the coils), so had to use a couple of folded covers off the third bed to soften it.

We liked that the house has space so we weren't stepping on each other's toes. It is easily accessible by car and we could park right in front of it. There's a supermarket five minutes away, and it's quiet.

The location was a 10 minute ride to town.

The mattresses could have been a little better in two of the rooms.

Large and spacious. Beds were comfy. Nice location and good value for money. In overall we had a lovely stay.

Although the house is clean, it could do with a fair few repair works around the house and the garden is bit abandoned. Could do with a few more cooking utensils.

The showers unfortunately were not warm. We were heading back to Galway for a Christening and unfortunately we were unable to shower. But overall the care was fantastic.

Good size house, great location.

The kitchen was not clean. Kettle wasn't even wiped down, freezer wasn't cleaned, fridge could have have been cleaner. Was disappointed that there was no TV or WiFi but then it didn't say there was. House felt like it seriously needed attention. Rail missing in wardrobe, ds, can only hang tops. Venetian blind broken in main bedroom, so wasn't fully dark. No kitchen knives, just serrated ones. Might suit a group of students or people who are just sleeping there.

3 bedroomed comfortable property in nice area. Double is ensuite and 2 single bedrooms. Additional bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Easy access to both Kilkenny itself and main routes to/from Kilkenny. Shopping nearby. Suits group/ family that wants to be together rather than separate hotel rooms. Towels/linen/throws and plenty other items provided. 2 parking spaces with property.

The host was so nice and accomodating and very easy to contact. The house was very clean with lots of space and lots of bathrooms. The location was central and easy to access and the area was very safe and quiet. I highly recommend this accomodation. Thank you for a brilliant stay, we will definitely be returning in the future 😊
