No staff on site, which was not an issue for me as they responded quick over booking messages but some might find that an issue, also no cooking facilities on site.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026自助式密碼鎖入住很方便 雖然入住當天有稍微延遲收到入住資料 但只要傳訊息，中文對應人員的回應都很快速 剛好遇到大雨經過同意借了傘使用，很感謝！ 畢竟超商長傘帶回國會很麻煩 除了沐浴乳/洗髮精/潤髮乳外的盥洗消耗品都要記得自備 插座房間內4個廁所內2個蠻夠用 一樓有免費洗衣機和投幣式烘衣機（限晚上11:00前要注意） 附近7-11可以買到出差用小盒多包的洗衣精搭配使用，可以少帶好幾天的衣服！ 2~3天的頻率進來房間整理一次我覺得滿剛好的 如果垃圾量爆炸一樓有分類回收箱可以自助回收一些 晚上非常安靜，附近AEON超市泡麵飲料的選擇很多，房間也有熱水壺可使用 不過附近餐飲店幾乎都是居酒屋，想吃有趣的東西要再走遠點 房間門打開就是半開放的空間對我來說滿少見的，很喜歡 總之整體空間到室內環境的設計，以及對應態度和回覆速度我都挺喜歡的
床單確實是有些小髒污有點令人在意 棉被+床的材質滿容易越睡越熱 衛生紙很薄，不知道有沒有機會換厚一點的

The entrance was a little difficult, but there were 2 ladies that communicated with the office and got things straightened out. The location was great, close to the Ueno station. Everything worked well. If the fridge is not working, check the on-off inside the fridge.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Location: Excellent. Very close to Ueno station yet very quiet area. Beds and pillow: Also excellent. Space: large room space is better than most places.
The external wall, and sliding balcony door off the bathroom are transparent. The internal wall separating the bathroom from the wall is translucent. This means you get woken at 5.30am in Summer when the sun rises early, and there is no way to block the light. The only sink is in the bedroom. There is no sink in the bathroom. The towels are made from some sort of weird microfibre that sticks to your skin. There are no hooks to hang up your wet towel.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Tiene muy buena ubicación en una calle tranquila. El tamaño de la habitación está bastante bien, sobre todo comparándolo con los típicos "business hotel" y sus habitaciones de tamaño molecular. Tuvimos una estancia agradable.
Las toallas no son muy buenas, prácticamente no secaban. No tiene personal en la recepción y hay que rellenar un formulario online para que te den el código para entrar, lo que puede ser un poco lioso para algunas personas. No obstante, contestaban a los mensajes prácticamente al momento.

They don’t have any reception at all… they have a sign saying reception it’s open from 10 to 16h but it’s not, so you have to ask them by message which is the code to enter. They don’t help you receiving and storage your luggage, so it’s not easy when you check in and chek out. The room it’s okay but small and the bed is uncomfortable.

這不是旅館的問題，但是如果有其他間的房客在浴室抽煙的話，煙味會通過管道飄進浴室，導致浴室內有煙味，所以拜託……不要在裡面抽煙，從房間走出去搭電梯去一樓也不用一分鐘啊！

Il bagno ha una porta finestra che da su un terrazzino molto sporco. Battiscopa sporchi. Bagno pulito. Asciugamani non di cotone ma sintetici. La struttura è passabile ma non la sceglierei nuovamente.

Room very basic in the need of renovation. Needs paint , new mattresses , more pillows, updated furniture, bigger tv with at least one English channel. The only hotel in Japan that did not have heated toilet seat. No extra covers on the beds. It would be nice to have blankets and some coffee. Would not stay again.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Very happy with our stay at Hotel Apreton. Helpful staff to check us in when we came at expected check in time and hadn't gotten the check in email. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water in the shower, quiet and with a washer and dryer downstairs on the 1st floor. We had a great stay. Its location is actually great by being very close to Ueno Station (which is easy access to Tokyo Station or Nagano) and has plenty of good eateries and convenience stores close by and close to Ueno Park, the zoo and a short stop away from Asukusa....unless you have big luggage...we struggled to find the accessibility route and then once we did find it (took a couple of days), we found it closed this morning upon checking out to travel! Not the Hotel's fault, just a bummer that Ueno is on such a weird mush of streets converging. When they are open there are both elevators and escalators. I would highly recommend this hotel to couple and solo travelers. It felt very safe and comfortable. We will come again!

Having it so close to the Keisei skyliner made it less stressful arriving from the airport since I didn’t have to carry my luggage for long. There’s a 7/11 and a Lawson 1min walk away, great for late night snack runs. Check went smoothly and the staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable and small balcony, I definitely would stay here again.
