Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Das Team des Hotels hat uns vorausschauend mit Informationen versorgt und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für uns war es wichtig einen sicheren Parkplatz zu erhalten, was mit einer Einzel-Garage (13 EUR/Tag) super gelöst wurde (Achtung: unbedingt das entsprechende Youtube-Video anfordern, ansonsten hätten wir die Garage nicht geöffnet bekommen :-)). Das Hotel liegt ruhig innerhalb der Mauern und daher ist der Verkehr reduziert. Das Hotelzimmer (3-Bett) ist inklusive Bad neu renoviert und hatte neben einem hochwertigen TV mit einigen Deutschen Sendern eine sehr gute Klimaanlage.
Nur Kleinigkeiten: Die Duschkabine hat etwas knappe Masse. Die smarte TV-Fernbedienung: nicht immer ist "smart" besser- für uns war es trotz Lebens- bzw. Teschnik-Erfahrung umständlich. Es wurde ein Wasserkocher und Becher bereitgestellt, jedoch weder Tee noch Kaffee, da fehlt dann doch was.

Keine Antwort auf Anfrage für Parkplatz erhalten, weder über Booking noch direkt (hat aber geklappt). Sehr kleine Duschkabine (60x60 cm). Sich darin zu drehen viel schwer

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Det var så sentralt og lå veldig fint til i gamlebyen. Vi hadde en liten balkong hvor vi kunne sitte ute om kvelden.
Det var litt vanskelig å finne inngangen til hotellet, rommet var litt trangt, men sengen var nydelig.

There was no bin. It had limited services compared to the pictures. There was no cafe on site and breakfast was 10 minute walk from where we were staying, again we were not told this in advance. No coffee machine. It would be fine for 1 night but the fact we were there for 3 it was very cramped

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Clean and cosy room located in the old town. Within easy reach of the port and the station. We had a superb breakfast on our first day. However, a power cut prevented us from having a similar experience on the second day. A pity!

The air con was very poor and they had to give us a second key card so that we could keep the air con on whilst we were out to try to get it to the desired temperature. It was superficially clean but a lot of rust and mould in the bathrooms

שירות הלקוחות נמלים בחדר ואין עם מי לדבר , הסדינים היו מלוכלכים ריצפה מחליקה מקלחת קטנה אי אפשר לזוז בה . מקרר לא עובד פותחים אותו הוא מסריח המזגן לא עובד כמו שצריך ועושה רעש אי אפשר לישן איתו . הדלת נפתחה לנו בלילה לבד . אין אף אחד בדלפק הקבלה , יש שלט ליצור קשר אם יש בעיה כל הערב ניסיתי להשיג אותם ולא היה מענה בקיצור לא מומלץ בכלל שאריות של פרחים מפוזרים בחדר

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026La posizione è molto comoda. Anche rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria, sono circa 15 minuti a piedi. Le ragazze dello staff che ci hanno fatto check in e check out sono state gentilissime. La camera che ci hanno dato era curata, pulita e non abbiamo avuto niente da ridire.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Das Check In hat unkompliziert geklappt und wir konnten sogar 1 Stunde früher auf unser Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und auch sehr sauber und ordentlich. Unten ist eine kleine Gastronomie die wohl zum Hotel gehört. Dort kann man frühstücken oder zu mittag essen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Kamer aan de kleine kant evenals de badkamer met name douchecabine. Ontbijt beperkt met enkel één warme optie of koude optie. Geen kaas. Het is of dit of dat en slechts één keuze warme drank(koffie of thee).2e kopje moet je betalen. Kan en mag zeker beter voor deze prijs

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026La posizione centrale. La camera 203 moderna e carina. Letto comodo. Diciamo pulita, ma si può migliorare: le tazze era macchiate sul fondo. Colazione buona. Possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio. Possibilità di usare bagno di servizio. Due bottigliette d'acqua incluse.
Organizzazione bar. Le informazioni circa la colazione inclusa non corrispondevano a quelle avute in fase di prenotazione. La cameriera non sapeva a chi portare l'ordinazione e c'erano solo due tavoli da servire. La stessa cameriera mi ha detto di portare lo scontrino in cassa per il pagamento, anche se avevo già fatto presente che la colazione era già stata pagata durante il checkin. La colazione dovrebbe iniziare prima delle 8. Dulcis in fundo: prima di partire chiedo una brioche da asporto e non hanno un sacchetto perché hanno aperto da poco. Mi accontento di un tovagliolo, ma hanno scaldato così tanto la brioche che è diventata flaccida ed ustionante. Prezzi alti rispetto l'offerta

Reviewed May 22, 2026Das Hotel ist zentral bei der Altstadt gelegen. Die Zimmer sind modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es gibt Parkplätze bei der Unterkunft. Die Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend.
Weil der Frühstücksraum gerade im Umbau ist, mussten wir ein rechtes Stück gehen um in einem Café etwas zu frühstücken (wird nur ein vorübergehendes Problem sein)
