Habíamos apalabrado una excursión a las 9 de la mañana y aunque nos dijeron que el desayuno era a partir de las 8, tuvimos que esperar un buen rato. El desayuno estaba recién hecho y rico.

К отелю надо подниматься, мы были без чемоданов, поэтому было не критично. Пришлось немного искать так как никто не встретил, а карта не показывала, не ловил интернет. У нас было два номера, один очень понравился, другой был на первом этаже, где внутренний дворик, не очень удобно. Горячая вода, кондиционер, чайник, всё работало. Вкусный завтрак и доброжелательный персонал на кухне. Завтрак на верхней террасе с красивым видом.

We really loved our stay at Alhambra Road in Chefchaouen! The property was beautiful, comfortable, and had such a lovely atmosphere. What made our experience even better was the amazing hospitality, especially from Sumeyra at the reception. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated her assistance and would definitely recommend staying here! 💙

L’emplacement,l’accueil et le charme du Riad

Está en el corazón de la medina de Chauen, muy bien ubicado, en un barrio precioso, con servicios y restaurantes cerca. El personal es muy amable e intenta facilitarlo todo al máximo. Las habitaciones y los baños son muy cuidadas y bonitas. El desayuno se hace en una terraza con vistas bonitas al conjunto de la Medina. Está ubicado en el sitio donde se sacan las fotos típicas de Chaouen con los colores azules y blancos de las calles y fachadas.

El acceso es con escaleras desde un parking (una persona hace la vigilancia por 20 dirhams la noche) situado a unos 8 ó 9 minutos andando. Hay que bajar muchas escaleras, diría que unas 200... No es adecuado para personas mayores con dificultades de movilidad. Recomiendo ir sólo con el equipaje imprescindible si se va a estar una o dos noches y dejar el resto en el coche. Aunque nosotros no lo usamos, en el hotel facilitan tanto la bajada como la subida con una persona que te guía y ayuda a llevar el equipaje.

Excelente ubicación. Personal amable y muy atentos, se encargaron de recogernos y ayudarnos con las maletas tanto a la entrada como la salida. El desayuno, uno de los mejores de todo el viaje, servido en la terraza con preciosas vistas. Habitacion cómoda, ducha con buena potencia de agua. Repetiría sin duda.

Situato in un posto comodo per visitare la città ma un oasi di tranquillità La camera era spaziosa, pulita fornita di frigorifero e bollitore ,una bottiglia di acqua fredda di benvenuto che con quel caldo è stata ben gradita, il letto comodissimo, la colazione buona anche se un giorno più varia un giorno meno chissà perché I ragazzi sono stati gentilissimi ci hanno aiutato con il parcheggio e con il bagaglio che su e giù per le scalinate non è uno scherzo

Peccato non ci abbiano rifatto la camera e un consiglio cambierei il divanetto alla reception

La struttura è bellissima e tenuta in maniera impeccabile. Il personale gentilissimo: i ragazzi ci hanno raggiunto al nostro arrivo, ci hanno accompagnati a un parcheggio vicino l’hotel e ci hanno completamente aiutato con le valigie , sia al nostro arrivo sia al momento della partenza. Ho provato l’esperienza dell’hammam con una ragazza della struttura bravissima. Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo.

Smještaj sladak i uređen u skladu s cijelim gradom. Osoblje za posebnu pohvalu, trudili su se sve osigurati nam od hrane, pića, prijevoza, pomoći u nošenju prtljage i ostalo. Tople preporuke!!! I predobar rooftop pogled!

Je suis restée 2 fois, le ménage n'a pas été fait.

Il riad è bellissimo, con una terrazza meravigliosa che si affaccia sulla città. Il personale accogliente e gentile, pronto ad accogliere qualunque richiesta e necessità. La struttura è pulita e la colazione buona. La posizione è ottima per visitare la medina.

This a great place to stay when in Chefchaouen! Getting there was a bit of a climb but the staff were so helpful with our luggage. Communication with the property before our arrival was also very helpful and prompt. The breakfast on the terrace was very good and our room was very comfortable. Will definitely recommend booking Alhambra Ryad when in Chefchaouen!

Extremely difficult to get to a person has to be fit to do it no parking available the only parking was down the hill and to Cary your luggage is a hassle. Also I thought that the payment went through but learned that I had to pay afterwards for some reasons I don’t understand my American Express couldn’t be read by their card reader and to get cash to checkout. Other than than all good.

Beautiful and cozy riad, with very comfortable beds, very clean rooms, lovely staff and a gorgeous rooftop for breakfast with stunning views of Chefchouen.

أقمت مع العائلة في رياض الهمبرا بمدينة شفشاون، وكانت تجربة استثنائية بكل المقاييس. الغرفة كانت نظيفة، مريحة، ومجهزة بشكل ممتاز، كما أن مستوى النظافة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل كان لافتًا. أما طاقم العمل فكان في غاية الاحترافية والود، وحرصهم على راحة النزلاء كان واضحًا منذ لحظة الوصول وحتى المغادرة. من أجمل ما يميز الرياض الإطلالة الساحرة، خاصة في المساء، حيث يمكن الاستمتاع بمنظر أسطح المدينة والأجواء الهادئة التي تشتهر بها شفشاون. الفطور كان جيدًا، وتتوفر خدمة تقديم الطعام على مدار الساعة، بالإضافة إلى مكتب استقبال يعمل 24 ساعة يوميًا، مع مستوى عالٍ جدًا من الأمن، مما يمنح الضيوف شعورًا دائمًا بالراحة والاطمئنان. موقع الرياض ممتاز، فهو قريب جدًا من رأس الماء، وعلى بُعد خطوات من أشهر المطاعم والمقاهي التي تقدم وجبات الفطور والغداء والعشاء، كما يسهل الوصول منه إلى وسط المدينة والمعالم السياحية سيرًا على الأقدام. قد يحتاج الوصول إلى الرياض إلى المشي قليلًا، لذا يُفضّل لمن لديهم أمتعة كثيرة أخذ ذلك في الاعتبار. كما لا يوجد مصعد، إلا أن الدرج مريح، وطاقم العمل يتولى حمل الحقائب بكل ترحيب. كذلك لا يوجد موقف سيارات ملاصق للرياض، لكن الموظفين يقدمون المساعدة في نقل الأمتعة من وإلى أقرب موقف. وأخص بالشكر والتقدير موظفة الاستقبال سمية، وكذلك الأستاذين عمر ومحمد، على حسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة وتفانيهم في خدمتنا. كانوا مثالًا للرقي في التعامل، ولم يدخروا أي جهد لتلبية جميع احتياجاتنا وجعل إقامتنا مريحة ومميزة. كانت تجربة رائعة بكل معنى الكلمة، وأوصي بالإقامة في رياض الهمبرا لكل من يزور شفشاون. وبكل تأكيد سيكون خياري الأول عند زيارتي القادمة للمدينة.

Riad très propre et très accueillant, c est une maison qui a été rénové au goût du jour et qui a des équipements plus modernes. Le Riad est très bien situé et près de tout. Le stationnement est proche également et vous avez la possibilité de vous faire aider pour le transport de vos bagages. Petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon sur la terrasse du toit où vous pouvez admirer la ville et les monts aux alentours. On ne regrette vraiment pas d y être passé. Merci à toute l équipe pour votre accueil. Je recommande vraiment ce Riad.

L'emplacement à quelque minutes de la place parador, l'esthétisme du lieu et le petit déjeuner incroyable.

Everything was Chefchaouen/Moroccan ideal. Beautiful blue mosaic hotel in the hills of the Medina. Our room felt light, breezy, super well maintained, and so special with our balcony overlooking the courtyard and beautiful valley. The rooftop is extra special for breakfast and the hamam was a delicacy we enjoyed so much! The staff was always on hand for our every request and inquiry.

- there was construction in the building next door. Certainly, the riad can not control this. It was very loud! Thankfully it started late morning and ended late afternoon. - the noise from other guests could be quiet loud. I travel with ear plugs and this helped with this.

Wunderschöner Riad mit toller Dachterrasse und Hamam! Es war sehr sauber u gepflegt. Die Abholung zum Riad hat super geklappt. Ich war nur eine Nacht dort, aber wäre gerne länger geblieben!

Tout était absolument parfait ! Tous le personnel était très agréable et attentionné. Le riad est magnifique et la chambre très confortable.la localisation était totalement adapté a nos attentes. Très bon petit déjeuner avec une vue incroyable.

El desayuno es espectacular: zumo recién exprimido, variedad de panes con pan de maíz, pan tradicional y de crepe. El edificio está en muy buenas condiciones y reformado recientemente. Muy fresco y además con aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. El personal fue estupendo, muy atento, amable y servicial.

Although all the staff at the Riad were amazing had a ridiculous WhatsApp communication with the owner about the awful Taxi ride they organised to the airport. Left a rather unpleasant end to what was a great stay !

The staff were excellent, very welcoming and accommodating. The Riad itself was very well kept and had tons of character, and very aesthetic. The breakfast on the terrace was absolutely delicious, with amazing views. The location was central and easy to get to (involves a 5 min walk up some uphill stairs)

Solo la ubicación, complicada, en altura, para subir y bajar maletas, o de difícil acceso para personas con problemas de movilidad, lo mismo dentro del hotel. Sin embargo, el personal del hotel puede ser llamado para ayudar con el traslado del equipaje si es necesario

Riad neuf ou rénové offrant une vision très agréable en terme de décoration et de confort. Très belle vue sur le rooftop où nous avons apprécié notre dîner et notre petit-déjeuner.

Accès difficile avec bagages dans les rues piétonnes en pentes et jalonnées de marches. Pas d'isolation dans la chambre (on entend les enfants jouer au pied de la fenêtre, le hall et les couloirs qui résonnent lorsque les gens discutent et ouvrent leur porte de chambre), pas d’eau chaude le matin, frigidaire allumé mais pas froid. Café servi tiède au petit-déjeuner.

Abbastanza kitsch ed arrangiato nel complesso, rumoroso la sera per vociare in reception, bagni quasi privi di set di cortesia cosa impensabile in Marocco (pieno di prodotti di qualità).

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, liebevoll ausgestattet, super Sicht von der Dachterrasse. Das Hotelpersonal war auch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser bestes Riad auf unserer Tour!
