La atención maravillosa, la limpieza muy buena, y el desayuno muy rico. Ubicado dentro de la Medina en pleno centro turístico y muy cerca de un parking si llevas coche de alquiler.

La verdad que si tuviera que ponerle una pega sería que necesitas que te lleven las maletas porque las calles son bastante poco accesibles al estar dentro de la medina.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Traumhafte Lage und wunderschöne Aussicht! Die Unterkunft hat eine wirklich tolle Lage mit einem direkten Blick auf die wunderschöne blaue Stadt und weit hinein ins Tal. Besonders am Abend ist die Aussicht ein absolutes Highlight: Wenn die Stadt langsam ihre Beleuchtung einschaltet und die blauen Minarette erstrahlen, entsteht eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Den Gebetsruf von hier oben über der Stadt zu hören, ist wunderschön und ein echtes Erlebnis. Für uns ein absolutes Spektakel und definitiv etwas, das in Erinnerung bleibt!

El.alojamiemto fue perfecto: ubicacion, servicio, limpieza. Los dueños un matrimonio, super atentos y amables, incluso nos guiaron a la estacion de autobus que no sabiamos llegar. Los desuyunos te los preparaban cada mañana y tomarlo en la terracita con vistas a Chaouen, espectacular.

No no se servían jugo o agua en el desayuno, era solo un café pequeño lo que estaba incluido. Es difícil de encontrar.

Une joli petit Riad, très bien décoré et entretenu . Une terrasse magnifique sur les toits , et un excellent petit déjeuner. Emplacement idéal au cœur de la médina . Beaucoup de gentillesse dans l’accueil.

Attention pas de parking contrztient à ce qui est indiqué , il faut se garer dans la rue et faire garder sa voiture moyennement 20 dirhams. C’est sans danger.

De locatie was prima, heel centraal gelegen. Het dakterras is leuk en het ontbijt oke.

De douche was koud en had in eerste instantie een heel dun straaltje. De douchekop is pas de tweede dag vervangen. Het water bleef koud. De afvoerput stroomde de laatste dag ook niet goed door. Drie dagen is ons verteld dat het opgelost zou worden, zonder daar veel initiatief in te tonen. Geen toiletpapier, moesten we om vragen. Geen kastruimte noch kledinghangers Geen ruimte om je handdoek op te hangen Matig functionerende airconditioning

Dar Bleumain is very well situated in the Medina. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. Lovely breakfast on the roof terrace.

Todo impecable. Las vistas desde la azotea espectaculares y los dueños super amables. El Riad ademas esta muy bien ubicado. Merece mucho la pena, repetire sin duda la proxima vez que visite Chauen.

Muy mal ! No fueron honestos . Iba con mi madre de 88 años . Rechacé 5 hoteles por no tener habitaciones abajo . Ellos me dijeron que sin problema que tenían . Lo pueden ver en los mensajes internos de booking y resulta no tienen .. de por sí el acceso es tremendo escaleras infinitas por todas los tramos . Se cargaron unos felices días .Mi madre dió los pocos pasos que pudo para salir de ahí y quedarse en taxi , banco y hotel sin poder dar un paso . Fué indignante !! Por llenar , fueron muy deshonestos y fastidiaron un maravilloso fin de semana en familia .

Endroit parfait, que ça soit la chambre, le déjeuner ou le personnel tout y est ! Je vous recommande fortement si vous passez quelques jours à Chefchaouen.

Ottima posizione nella medina, stanza pulita, colazione abbondante su una bella terrazza con vista panoramica. Staff disponibile a tenerci il bagaglio fino all'orario dell'autobus.

Alcune piccole cose sono migliorabili: l'orario di check out e di check in è sempre lo stesso (le 13:00) quindi alle 13 non è possibile trovare la stanza pronta se gli altri ospiti sono appena andati via; il bagno era piccolino e la doccia poco potente; materasso molto duro; avevo fatto una domanda tramite booking prima dell'arrivo ma lo staff non ha risposto. Nel complesso comunque un buon soggiorno!

Le riad est au cœur de la Casbah à côté des petits commerces. Le petit déjeuner sur le roof top avec une très belle vue.

L'accès difficile au riad car aucune indication et on se perd facilement. La proximité immédiate d'une mosquée et de l'appel à la prière tous les jours à 4 ou 5 h du matin. L'accueil de la gérante qui s'est permise de me changer de chambre sans m'en informer, en débarrassant toutes mes affaires dans une autre chambre en me sous classant, c'est la 1ère fois que cela nous arrive. La nouvelle chambre n'était pas prête à être utilisée, la douche ne fonctionnait pas correctement, fuites du flexible, beaucoup de vis à vis... Lorsque je lui ai fait remarquer que ce n'est pas la chambre que j'avais réservé, photos de ma réservation à l'appui, elle s'est énervé contre moi. Je l'ai trouvé très désagréable et pas respectueuse du client. Elle m'a fait payé en espèces les 2 nuits alors que j'avais déjà réservé avec ma carte bancaire sur booking. Et lorsqu'on lui a demandé une facture, elle nous la fait à contre cœur mais avec l'en-tête d'un autre riad qui appartenait également à son patron. Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi ! J'espère que je n'aurais pas de surprise !

The owners and staff are constantly talking and we can hear all in the room, the smell of mold in the room, lack of hot water for the whole period we were at the place, no stable net!

En plein centre historique l'emplacement est idéal, attention c'est accessible uniquement a pied, les propriétaires sont super gentils et donne de bons conseils pour des bonnes adresses. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits au calme le petit déjeuner est copieux, seul petit reproche une petite armoire serait la bienvenue. Ont recommande cette adresse a 200%

C'est un riad familial tenu par une famille très accueillante, très sympathique, très ouverte parlant français aux petits soins de la clientèle. Ils sont de très bon conseils. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et la vue de la terrasse magnifique. C'est très calme, en plein dans la médina à proximité de tous les centres d'intérêts. on peut tout faire à pied

Très bien situé dans Chefchaouen , personnel adorable et de bon conseil notamment pour un nouveau restaurant vraiment très agréable dans le décor , la terrasse et dans l'assiette!!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et l’emplacement de l’établissement. Les gérants et le personnel se distinguent par leur accueil attentionné et leur grande gentillesse. Le petit-déjeuner, servi sur le rooftop, est généreux, varié et permet de commencer la journée dans un cadre très agréable.

No funcionaba el agua que apenas salía por la ducha y si ese hilillo era de agua caliente tardaba 15 minutos en salir, tampoco funcionaba el wifi y en la TV es imposible ver un canal

La propreté, l'emplacement. Le petit déjeuner, incroyable, très très copieux et frais. Un vrai plus pour oublier ce qui n'allait pas.

La literie. Les remontées d'odeurs dans la salle de bain, très désagréable. La télé ne fonctionnait pas, dommage. Rien n'est prévu pour ranger les vêtements, penderie ou petite armoire, dommage car il y a la place pour dans la chambre.

Accoglienza piuttosto scocciata della padrona di casa. Doccia scomoda, senza tenda con rischio di allagare il bagno. Non viene consegnata la chiave per la porta di accesso principale, con la possibilità di rimanere chiusi fuori dalla struttura.

Room was smaller than appeared in pictures. Could have easily gotten an upgrade offered...as Genius Member 3 anyways!!! Since almost all rooms been empty!! Shame!! Also had to shower cold since water at 11 pm not turned hot ever again.

Estivemos 9 dias em Marrocos e este foi, sem dúvida, o alojamento de que menos gostámos. Quando chegámos ao hotel, perguntámos à funcionária (que aparentava ser a proprietária) se podíamos pagar o alojamento com cartão. A mesma demonstrou preferência por pagamento em dinheiro, mas como nem todos nós tínhamos dinheiro disponível, explicámos que seria mais fácil pagar com cartão. Foi então que ela nos recomendou um restaurante chamado “Bacha Rouge”, dizendo inclusivamente que era do dono do hotel, e levou-nos pessoalmente até ao estabelecimento. Informou-nos ainda que poderíamos pagar lá tanto o jantar como a estadia do hotel, incluindo o pequeno-almoço. No restaurante, acabámos por perceber que quem lá estava e geria a situação seria supostamente o filho do dono. Independentemente da qualidade da comida ou dos problemas que possam acontecer num restaurante, o mais grave foi a atitude completamente inadequada e extremamente mal educada que essa pessoa teve connosco quando demonstrámos o nosso desagrado relativamente à experiência. Sentimo-nos praticamente insultados como clientes, o que é algo inadmissível em qualquer estabelecimento. A funcionária do hotel esteve presente durante toda a situação, assistiu ao nosso desagrado, e nunca tentou intervir ou resolver o problema em nenhum momento. Ficámos com a sensação de que tudo fazia parte do mesmo negócio familiar, o que tornou a situação ainda mais desconfortável. Relativamente ao pequeno-almoço, pedimos antecipadamente se seria possível servi-lo às 8h da manhã, porque precisávamos de sair cedo para apanhar um ferry. Inicialmente houve hesitação e foi-nos perguntado se não poderia ser apenas às 8h30. Nós respondemos que, nesse caso, preferíamos não incluir pequeno-almoço e pagar apenas a estadia. Depois disso, insistiram que afinal conseguiriam servir às 8h.

It was so beautifully decorated & had an incredible panoramic view from the roof top! They served a large delicious breakfast in the rooftop & the staff was very sweet & helpful! I speak English & the owners son speaks perfect English so made communicating a breeze!!

The only thing I didn’t like about the place was the beds were extremely hard, so I had a hard time sleeping, but many people are used to this so may be fine, as everything else was perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room had some lovely, thoughtful touches that made it feel very welcoming, and the bed was comfortable. It was also surprisingly easy to find, which can be a challenge in the blue medina! Breakfast on the terrace was great and generous!

We did have a bit of a hiccup at checkout regarding payment. The owners weren't aware that Booking.com had already processed it in early May. It got sorted out in the end.

Очень приятный и уютный риад в самом сердце Шеушауена. Понравилась спокойная атмосфера, красивый интерьер в марокканском стиле и гостеприимство хозяев. Отличное место для отдыха после прогулок по синим улочкам города. Dar Bleumain оставил теплые впечатления.

Как и во многих риадах в медине, были небольшие сложности с подъездом на машине и подъемом с чемоданами. Также звукоизоляция могла бы быть лучше, но это не испортило общее впечатление от проживания.

Die uns zugesandte Wegbeschreibung zum Hotel war nicht verständlich. Bei Anfrage einer detaillierteren Wegbeschreibung gab es vom Hotelbesitzer keine Antwort. Das Hotel zu finden ist sehr schwierig. Der Hotelbesitzer war sehr unfreundlich. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber. Das Frühstück sehr dürftig.

Emplacement idéal! La famille qui tenait le riad était très gentil et souriant. De très bon conseil pour les restaurants. Personnel du petit déjeuner très serviable. Чудесное расположение, аутентичная атмосфера восточной сказки и вкусные завтраки на крыше с потрясающим видом на город. Персонал очень отзывчивый и готов помочь. Говорить лучше на французском языке, английский они понимают очень плохо.

Wi Fi в номере не работает. Наверху стоит роутер, и Wi Fi работает только если сидишь рядом на диванчике. Это неудобно. Раковина подтекает, душ и кран очень старенькие и требуют замены, всё держится буквально еле-еле. Из 5 источников света в комнате работает только 1 светильник.

Di notte abbiamo avuto freddo. La vicinanza col minareto ci ha fatto svegliare alle 5. Facendo la doccia si bagna dappertutto, risulta quindi impossibile lasciare qualsiasi cosa, nemmeno la carta igienica. Bisogna pagare in contanti

I proprietari sono stati super accoglienti e gentili, la camera pulita e ben arredata, hotel in una posizione ottima, vicino alle strade principale ma in una via tranquilla. Colazione molto buona con frittata, pane, brioche, formaggi e marmellate. Bella la terrazza!Tutto Perfetto, consiglio!

Personalmente senza tapparelle avrei messo delle tende più oscuranti. Camera un po' fredda, probabilmente dovuto all'umidità esterna. In ogni caso consiglio l'hotel!

The location was in the Medina but unfortunately cats use the passage down to the Riad as a toilet. It was lovely to enjoy a delicious breakfast on the roof terrace with very comfortable chairs and tables. Housekeeping were very helpful in supplying extra toilet rolls, towels and cleaning.

Our twin room was very small with nowhere to put our clothes. Our bathroom was damp, had a leak and unfortunately took ages for any hot water.

Buena ubicación dentro de la medina. Muy bonito y limpio. Habitación y baño grandes, camas cómodas. Desayuno muy completo y rico. Muy amables.

No habia persianas y entraba luz en la habitacion. Hay una mezquita al lado, y por la noche nos despertó la llamada al rezo.
