Posizione perfetta, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia più bella dell'isola e da numerosissimi ristorantini dove cenare. Dalla nostra stanza (quella con piscina privata ma senza vista) i gradini per scendere verso il mare erano pochi, non è stato affatto un problema. Personale estremamente cordiale, stanza bellissima e dotata di dispenser con acqua filtrata e fresca (vero plus). Offrono molti servizi (boat tours, pick-up, affitto motorini) e sono disponibili ad organizzarli a qualsiasi ora, sebbene i prezzi siano più alti di quelli che si ottengono fuori dalla struttura

The view was absolutely stunning- so much more than what we expected

The bathroom door to the outside of the property didn’t close properly and mosquitos were getting into the villa and our bedroom and waking up with mosquito bites. Would be nice to have a coffee pod machine.

The view was incredible and the access to restaurants was easy. Staff was amazing, gede and the team would help us with anything we wanted at any time and they were happy to do it. 100% recommend anybody stay here purely because of how amazing the staff is. The view and everything else is a bonus

On Smokey days, the smoke from Bali can creep through the doors and windows as there is gaps in the building design, but we only had that on 1 occasion when there was a bad fire in Bali.

The view was just amazing photos don't do it justice. Beautiful clean villa with super comfy bed. (Can sleep 4 as it has 2 singles off living area) water dispenser always a bonus and a stocked mini bar was a nice surprise on arrival. Short walk to song lambung and jungut batu beach. If you don't mind stairs! Staff were wonderful cant wait to stay again!

I didnt realise the pool was a smaller plunge pool when we booked but it did the job and who cares when you have that view

View from the villa was fabulous. No breakfast was provided but there were stacks of restaurants very close by. Having your own pool was great to be able to cool down with no effort. The villa was spacious too. Staff were very helpful.

There were many stairs up to the villa but if you didn’t have them you wouldn’t have the nice view. So it was worthwhile.

View is incredible, spacious facilities for cooking and bathroom is amazing size. Beautiful open spacious living to really take advantage of the ocean views and sun during the day. Extremely close to high standard restaurant with sunset views. So if you don’t want to venture far, it’s perfect. There is also a restaurant next door.

The staff here were axing as always and the facility itself is clean, lovely and in a great location!

The stairs are not for everyone.

Sanctuary Villas are amazing we could not recommend them more. The staff are fantastic and so accommodating, we asked if we could stay another night at the last minute and they moved heaven and earth and made it happen. It is the first time we have been to the island but will be coming back next year and will be staying here. The accommodation is great with views over the harbour, beds are comfy and the whole unit is modern and well appointed. Highly recommend!!!!!

Loved it all! Lots of steps but I’m good with that! Well worth it! The villa we stayed in has had a villa built in front of it so the pics didn’t quite look the same - still views but partly obstructed. I was informed of this after booking.

Fantastic location. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough. Wonderful view from the apartment (upper floor). A few steps to negotiate, but nothing to stress about. A very large apartment and the plunge pool was great. A quick message to reception and the staff would sort out any request.

The level we booked on didn’t have a veiw but that was noted when booking. I’d suggest booking the one with a veiw. Host had great communication. Lots of stairs to this accommodation. Beutiful stay. Located right above a strip of restaurants walking distance. Easy scooter higher.

Location was hard to find but we found a driver and they all know exactly where each location is.

The view was amazing and the staff exceptional. They helped with any question or request. They assisted with the fast boat booking and was there on arrival to ensure I was looked after. I will be going back

The view from the villa was amazing and the villa was a good size. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

The stairs down to the villa were very difficult for us as they were steep and different heights, we ended up leaving 2 days early it would be ok for a younger couple. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, the shower screen was filthy and the towels were badly stained.

It was clean comfortable and the view was great

Room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was great, small but all we needed. The view was also lovely. Being up on the hill was nice and quiet as you are away from the road. Walking down the stairs to restaurants and the beach was easy enough and only took about 10 mins down, bit longer on the way up. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful when we had questions and also an issue with our door lock, they were there and had it fixed in under an hour. Had a fabulous stay overall.

We had the middle-level room, which had a slightly obstructed view, but this can be seen in the photos and was as expected when we arrived, based on what we had seen when booking. Lots of stairs to get to the room, but again, this was expected as it is mentioned in lots of the reviews. The stairs weren't too bad at all for us as we are young and able-bodied, but if you have injuries or health issues, it could be an issue.

Amazing views over the bay

Building was happening in a villa directly in front of us. This was never communicated when making the booking.

When I come back I am only staying here. It has the best views on the island, best accommodation and the staff go up and beyond expectations. Gede and Widi were very helpful, even when booking last minute tours they were able to find a way. They can also deliver you room service from any of the restaurants nearby

That I ended up splitting my stay elsewhere.

Proximity to beach and restaurants.

Property was extremely dated. Very tired looking and needs updating. Geckos or rats in roof?? Never slept. Not really all that clean. Bathroom smelt awful.

The front door was quite difficult to open and there were too many keys on our keychain so we had to go through most of them before choosing the right one. The shower tap was also very unpredictable, it would go boiling a couple of times out of no where without even touching the tap.

The view was absolutely stunning. The view was what made the stay in the villa it was just breathtaking. Myself and my husband really enjoyed waking up to such an impressive view every morning. The villa is quite big and spacious. The AC in the room worked fantastically.

Although the view was stunning, the locks in the villa didn’t work so the villa remained unlocked throughout the night which wasn’t very pleasant. I had to put chairs against the door for some security. This wasn’t very nice as we didn’t feel 100% safe. This is something that should definitely be fixed. Very worrying. The pool is quite old and not very clean so we didn’t use it. But not a problem as lembongan has very lovely beaches. The villa also wasn’t 100 percent clean it was tidy but not clean.

The room was a little tired! Shower continuously flooded the floor, fridge leaked and furniture a little dated for a 4 star rating. Nowhere really to sit round the pool as it was indoors.

Sanctuary Villas were absolutely stunning, we had the best experience. Staff were very attentive and responded to messages instantly! They assisted with all our needs ie bike rentals, transport to restaurants etc We will definitely be back :)

Deceptive images used to sell villa 6. It doesn't have that view, it's obstructed and the owners are fully aware and blame booking.com for the images.

The Villas were in a great location, hosts were very helpful when asked about points of interest, restuarants etc. They organised scooters for us to use for our stay and very helpful via Whats App when we needed anything for the villa.

The only issue was the stairs down to the villa, with arthritis in both knees it was a bit of a struggle, there not villas you can just walk out of and jump onto a scooter. Im 52 but still managed after quiet a few bintangs, I was just buggered. That would be the only downfall to us not staying there again. Beautiful staff, beautiful location but those stairs 😰

Amazing!!!! Most beautiful views from the villa. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It is quite a few steps to access the property but should be no issues for the average person (and the staff help with luggage). Snack and drinks in the fridge about the same price as the shops so great for convenience

Seniors need to be aware of the steps to and from the beach. Taxis recommended and they are very good and cheap.

Loved the location, view, staff, layout of the villa.

The shower drainage. Water kept coming out of the shower area into the bathroom and there was no mop to mop it up. The bed was way too hard. The mattress needs to be softer or have a mattress topper.

The views from the upper villa was simply breathtaking. A wonderful space to relax in. The plunge pool was a fabulous extra to the haven. Air conditioned room and fans throughout made it a very comfortable stay.

Amazing views and all staff associated with the property were professional and polite.

This was the second time I stayed and this time I opted for the mid level with plunge pool. That view was incredible!! The staff were also super accommodating and let us in slightly early as I was unwell. They were also ever accommodating when I needed a DR. They helped us hire a scooter for the day and there is some fantastic restaurants just down the stairs.

The villas are directly side by side so we could hear every conversation from next door (and I’m sure they could hear ours). Other than that, absolutely no issues. Would recommend the upper level rooms.

Location. Cute room with everything you need. Don't need a gym due to all the stairs, so if youre unfit this room wouldn't be for you.

No view, but we knew that when booking as got the lower level room as ones with views were already booked.

My partner and I stayed at Lembongan Sanctuary Villas, and OMG — the view from our villa was absolutely unforgettable, so beautiful! We also loved how conveniently located it was — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, diving schools, and town. As expected from being in such a beautiful elevated spot, there are a fair few stairs to get to restaurants, the beach, and other areas — but it’s absolutely worth it for the stunning views (and you’ll definitely get your steps in!) All the staff were genuinely kind, respectful, and attentive. Another big plus was how easy it was to arrange transport, tours, and even massages directly through them. The late check-out was also super helpful for our boat back to Sanur. We highly recommend both this beautiful island and Lembongan Sanctuary Villas — we can’t wait to come back!!!

The location was terrific, quiet and close to restaurants and cafes. The view from the villa's massive windows was exceptional, overlooking the Jungut Batu Beach.

The steps down to the boardwalk and beach were tiring to go up, but we did get used to it. A small inconvenience for the beautiful views.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was really lovely to cool off in after climbing the stairs. The view was spectacular. We loved our five night stay and hope to return.

The views, staff, room and pool/outdoor section were great. Turn down service at night gave it a nice touch. They also offered complimentary transfer to/from the boat.

There is some construction happening below the room so a lot of workers passing by our bedroom and pool which they did acknowledge. They gave us complimentary scooter for our stay to make up for it. A lot of stairs, which we were prepared for but for elderly or impaired I wouldn’t recommend.

The satire we’re a challenge but you got the proximity to the restaurants, the beach and the main Street just at the bottom. You can’t have those views unless you’re up high. Also the staff carried your bagus to and from your room

Private with own pool. Staff very accommodating nothing to much trouble. Fully stocked fridge with prices same as the shops. Rooms cleaned daily. We went out to dinner & found the air conditioner & fans on to cool the rooms down when we returned. Free pick up & drop to Mushroom Beach Restaurants. A1 standard. The views are amazing.

I didn’t like how the sliding doors didn’t work properly and couldn’t lock them. I could only lock our bedroom door. For myself and daughter I would have like to have been able to lock more than just one door for the whole villa.
