problème de parking majeur. pas de solution à l’arrivée, malgré mon mail. trop prêt de la route même si la chambre était plutôt silencieuse.

Le petit déjeuner était succulent.

Les matelas étaient inconfortables, la promiscuité des lieux, la porte de la salle de bain qui ne fermait pas, le stationnement dispendieux vu le prix des chambres pour la qualité de l’endroit.

Ein etwas älteres Hotel, aber mit toll geataltetem Zimmer. Sehr sauber. 5 sichere Fahrradstellplätze (mehr ginge wirklich nicht). Nah an einem Penny. Toll gestaltetes Bad. Frühstück war gut. Balkon klein, aber schön. Personal sehr nett. Fahrstuhl - allerdings teils auf halber Etage.

Im Sommer nur Lüfter/Ventilator. Keine Klima. Kaltwasser ? Dauert, warum auch immer. Betten sehr weich (muss man mögen). Strasse vor dem Hotel relativ stark befahren und mit offenem Fenste teils laut. Würden trotzdem wiederkommen.

Unterkunft und Frühstück sind sehr gut .

Prima für einen Kurztrip.

Prima ontbijt, in prettige ruimte en ook mogelijk op terras. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, ook An de balie. Heel handig de bushalte pal tegenover het hotel. En fijn: gratis buskaart door het hotel beschikbaar gesteld.

De kamer! Ik had een eenpersoons, vaak is die al verre van optimaal. Bed stond volstrekt onlogisch: hoofdeinde naast het raam, dat tochtig was als het openstond. Geen tafeltje of nachtkastje, geen lampje. Om de lamp aan en uit te doen, moest je je bed uit. Verder een absoluut dieptepunt: douche- en wc-ruimte. Alles opgepropt in een veel te kleine ruimte. Treurig! Veel te dure kamer voor zo'n armoedige ambiance! Hotel als zodanig kan ook wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Doet wat verwaarloosd aan.

Gute Erreichbarkeit und Lage. Die Zimmergröße war gut und auch das Frühstücksbuffet. Ein ÖPNV-Ticket war ebenfalls enthalten.

Wir hatten eine Suite mit 2 Zimmern und 4 Betten gebucht. Das 4. Bett wurde aber erst auf Nachfrage bereitet und nur notdürftig auf einem Sofa (schmale Liegefläche). Beim Check-Out wurde uns dafür aber eine deutliche Erstattung gewährt.

Kleineres Stadthotel mit guter Lage Optimale Anbindung an Nahverkehr (Haltestelle gegenüber) und nur wenige Minuten ins Zentrum. Gutes Frühstück Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Studio mit 2 Schlafräumen mit Verbindungstür und würden hier fündig. Bequeme Matratzen Parkplatz am Haus (reservieren!) Freundliches Personal

Hotel Astoria je čistý a celkově dostačující hotel pro kratší pobyt. Pokoj byl uklizený a splnil základní očekávání. Velkým plusem je možnost využít zdarma jízdenku na autobus do centra Salzburku, což je velmi praktické. Celkově bych hotel hodnotila jako průměrný, vyhovující ubytování.

Recepční na mě bohužel nepůsobil příliš příjemně ani vstřícně.

the breakfast hours are good, from 7-10am. the breakfast was good, when replenished. outdoor patio for breakfast. the pictures of salzburg (in the room) were interesting.

our stay was for ROOM 201, your experience in different rooms may be different: - The hotel clearly has different decor/styling for the same room types, depending which part of the building you are in. Part of the building looks like it was a later addition. The older wooden style looks a bit classic. But our room was a "modern" style, that felt like cheap ikea quality and discount furniture store. - SOME ROOMS HAVE A TEMPERATURE ISSUE that the hotel is aware of, but unwilling to solve and still shamelessly renting. There is hot plumbing (or something) underneath the floor of this rooms big bathroom. In WINTER, the hot floor would be a "luxury feature", but in SUMMER without air conditioning, this meant that a hot european summer also had a 24/7 heater in the room. it was extremely warm and uncomfortable all night. The staff is admitted that the room has been causing problems, but continue renting it in summer. I came with my family for a busy trip and we slept very poorly, even with the windows open. Their solution was very loud fans, that didnt even hold their weight and could not be placed anywhere properly. - Mattresses were VERY soft. - There is a door stop in the middle of the entryway/coat-area/seating-area. It is approximately 32 inches (81cm) away from the wall in clear walking space. It is a trip hazard as well as a perfect "stub your toe" location. Wifi was sub-paar. Front desk closes "early" at 9pm. (considering the amount of rooms) Even with the elevator, expect stairs everywhere, because the floors are not all on the same plane. Breakfast didnt get fully re-stocked/re-filled efficiently. depending on timing, you could see a half-empty buffet.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für Festspielbesucher ideal. Die Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist okay, wobei die Auswahl nach neun Uhr kleiner wird.

Ein großer Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit. Bei der Ankunft war das Bett verschoben, in Ecken und Winkeln lag deutlich sichtbar Staub, am Fuß des TV-Gerätes konnte man im Staub zeichnen. Nach zwei Beschwerden wurde es etwas besser, aber lange nicht optimal. Problem dürfte das Personal sein, was sich auch an einem fast täglich schlecht gemachten Bett zeigte - lol - Pyjamas lagen am Nachtkästchen 😁. Bei der Abreise wurde Besserung versprochen.

Es war sehr nach zur Stadt und man konnte den öffentlichen Verkehr gratis benützen.

Keine Klimaanlage und im Badezimmer läuft die Warmwassleitung durch. Man hat sich fast die Füsse verbrennt und das Zimmer war extrem Heiss. Als wir dies dem Personal gemeldet haben wollten Sie nichts davon wissen.

Un peu loin du centre donc obligé de prendre les transports Chambre correct niveau installation par contre le ménage laisse à désirer... salle de bain très bien par contre. Manque quand même la climatisation et un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Prix trop élevé pour la chambre par contre.

Un parking pour 14 € est proposé alors que nous pensons qu'il y a des places gratuites pas très loin de l'hôtel. Il faisait très chaud et il n'y a pas de clim dans cet hôtel. Nuit difficile. La propreté des sanitaires n'était pas top.

Smerige kamer, vieze geur veel vlekken op deuren en in de badkamer. Het personeel was nogal kortaf en nors, totaal niet opmerkzaam. Gratis ov kaarten nooit gekregen. Niet nodig om via hotel te parkeren voor 14€ per dag, in de straat voldoende ruimte om 3u te parkeren (van vrijdag 19u - maandag 9u geen beperkingen)

Frühstück war reichhaltig und in Ordnung. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kostenloses Nahverkehrsticket eine tolle Angelegenheit.

Die Sauberkeit im Hotel lässt sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Spinnweben im Zimmer, eine total verdreckte Heizung und der Treppenaufgang könnte auch mal gewischt werden. Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück könnte etwas freundlicher sein.

Schrecklich heiß, im Sommer unbrauchbar. Bei offenen Fenstern sehr laut - Durchzugstraße.

Eventuell bei den immer heißeren Temperaturen wäre eine Klimatisierung erforderlich. Die Wärme staut sich im Inneren und im Zimmer. Das ist aber wirklich das einzige was mir nicht unbedingt gefallen hat.

Visto il costo della stanza ( capisco che è Salisburgo in pieno Festival ) che è piuttosto elevato , mi sarebbe piaciuto qualche attenzione in più ( un giorno non è stata rifatta la stanza , solo un ventilatore in stanza , un altro giorno ho dovuto aspettare in giardino che venisse fatta la stanza ed erano le 14 …)

Hotel ve vynikající lokalitě, všude blízko, super s bezplatnou jízdenkou v rámci ubytování, vybavení pokoje trochu zastaralé, ale vše naprosto čisté a komfortní, snídaně výborné, vajíčka míchaná, vařená, vynikající sýry, šunky, bavorské klobásky, velký výběr zeleniny, ovoce, sladkého pečiva, výborná káva, personál O.K., naprostá spokojenost!!!

Hostel tragiczny( trudno nazwać te noclegownie hotelem), coś w rodzju prowincjonalnego "hotelu" bloku wschodniego z lat 70-tych. Poddasze nagrzne do bliski 40 stopni z jakimś ryczącym wiatrakiem. Stanowczo odradzam! Jak na Salzburg to wstyd i zgroza! Cena absolutnie nieadekwatna do oferowanej usługi (brak klimatyzacji i lodówki przy 40-stopniowych upałach).

Snídaně naprosto dostačující, vše bylo neustále doplňováno. Příjemná byla možnost posnídat na hotelové venkovní terase. Do centra tři stanice busem, jízdenky zdarma v rámci GUEST MOBILITY TICKET /karta, kterou na požádání vystaví recepční).

Our room was not clean. The first thing we noticed was the inappropriate image drawn by someone in the dust on the hood vent. The shower grout was moldy and there were cobwebs in the corners of the shower. The patio had cigarette butts on the ground, all the tiles at the threshold were cracked and unstable to step on and there were old dead leaves across the patio. The furniture upholstry was visibly dirty and stained.

A hűtő konkrétan nem volt kitakarítva, külön kellett kérni takarítást, az ágy alatt szemetet találtunk. A fürdőkádon a zománc ki volt kopva. Klíma nincs. Belülről a szoba zárja nem működött. A matrac (nekünk) kényelmetlen volt. A személyzet a reggelinél barátságtalan volt. Még jó hogy csak egy éjszakára szálltunk meg és nem az egész nyaralást terveztük ide.

Geen airco voor een kamer van 150 euro per nacht!! Het was 35 graden buiten. De hygiëne viel tegen. Niet elke kamer had een fles water staan als welkom. Het was heel duur voor wat je krijgt. Schandalig duur.

Nichts. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts keinen einzigen positiven Punkt.

Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft in einem völlig inakzeptablen Zustand. Unter dem Bett, auf den Möbeln, auf der Dunstabzugshaube und sogar auf den Kissen befanden sich dicke Staubschichten und Spinnweben. Insgesamt wirkte alles ungepflegt und lange nicht gründlich gereinigt. Zustand der Unterkunft: Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr alt und stark abgenutzt. Vieles wirkte renovierungsbedürftig und entsprach überhaupt nicht den Erwartungen, die anhand der Beschreibung und der Fotos vermittelt wurden. Wir haben uns dort leider nicht wohlgefühlt. Personal und Service: Der Service war enttäuschend. Auf unsere Beschwerden wurde kaum eingegangen und wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, dass man sich für unsere Probleme interessiert. Statt einer Lösung erhielten wir nur Ausreden. Insgesamt war der Umgang mit den Gästen wenig professionell.

Eher günstiges Hotel in Salzburg. Gute Busverbindung in die Innenstadt.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Verknüllte Zigarettenpackung vom Vorgänger unter dem Bett, staubig. Das Klappsofa im Studio ist gekippt und zusammengeklappt, als sich unsere Tochter auf die Seite der runtergeklappten Rückenlehne gelegt hat. Mässig motiviertes Personal und auch mittelprächtigens Verständnis von Hygiene: beim Frühstück hat ein Mitarbeiter das dreckige Geschirr abgetragen, bei offener Küchentür das Geschirr gesäubert, in den Geschirrspüler gestellt und anschliessend mit den gleichen Handschuhen Gurke für das Buffet geschnitten. Keine Milchvariationen (laktosefrei oder vegane Milch) beim Frühstücksbuffet.

Il personale è stato cortesissimo e ci ha fornito indicazioni precise per muoverci in città e per cenare. Camera pulita e confortevole e colazione molto varia e abbondante. L' hotel è comodo anche per muoversi coi mezzi pubblici (grazie ancora al gentilissimo receptionist).0

Er is een busstation vlak voor het hotel, wat heel makkelijk is om met de kinderen naar de stad te gaan. Hotelkamer zelf was proper, behalve de minibar. Voor de rest alles aanwezig, geen luxe, maar wel in orde.

De minibar was vuil vanbinnen, daardoor hebben we ons drank die we meehadden er niet ingestopt.

Está bien ubicado, está limpio y el desayuno es bueno y abundante.

De entrada te dan la peor habitación, junto al mostrador de recepción: ruidosa, oscura y con el baño en un estado regular. Tuvimos que reclamar para que nos cambiaran a otra mejor (y con el baño reformado). En cualquier caso, en general el mobiliario está obsoleto y las cortinas no están limpias. Para los precios que tienen no están a la altura en absoluto.

Estaba lejos del centro y costaba 90 euros por noche por persona sin desayuno. Algún trabajador amable, pero algún otro no tanto. El wifi iba muy mal y no había demasiada cobertura dentro del hotel, así que cuando estabas dentro andabas algo desconectado

.Wir habe 1DZ mit Frühstück gebucht um 159,00 Euro mit fabelhaftem Frühstück.bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt das Frühstück extra 34 Euro vorort zu zahlen sind. Unser mitreisenden Bekannten haben Zimmer vorort bezahlt ,war mit Frühstück ,und hatten um 10 Euro weniger bezahlt. Uns geht es nicht um die zehn Euro,sondern um Prinzip.

Bus naar het centrum stopt voor de deur.

Overal lag stof. Er wordt niet schoongemaakt, alleen handdoekjes vervangen en bedden opgemaakt. Het was bloedheet zonder airco. Het is erg gehorig. Onderhoud wordt niet gepleegd. Kapotte wc-bril op dag 1 gemeld en na 3 dagen was deze nog stuk. Twee van de 3 ochtenden koud water in de douche.

Raňajky boli skvelé, personál bol nápomocní. Hotel mal málo parkovacích miest, ale dalo sa parkovať v blízkom parkovacom dome.

Nette grote en schone familie kamer. Ruim voor 2 volw, 2 kinderen en 1 hond. Goed ontbijt. Hotel ligt aan een drukke weg, de weg gelijk naar de alte stad. 15 min lopen, bus stopt voor de deur.

Het was erg warm in de kamer. Geen airco. Wel hadden ze 2 ventilatoren neer gezet. Ramen konden goed open om 's avonds af te koelen. Het was 31 graden .

Location for bus stop from airport was great, the free mobility pass given by the hotel is handy although if you get a Salzburg pass then this also covers the buses and museums. The lady who checked us in was lovely but the rest of the staff didn’t match up to her.

Room was small and stuffy with a rather bizarre enclosed balcony. We had to sleep with the windows and door open plus a fan on all night. The room did not get cleaned at all during our stay other than maybe the bathroom. No rubbish was removed and a glass that was accidentally broken was still in our room when we left plus empty water bottles.

Sehr laut direkt an der Hauptstraße. Zu meinem Besuch auch noch eine Baustelle, direkt gegenüber, extrem laut am frühen Morgen, als würde die Bauarbeiter in meinem Zimmer stehen. Fehlende Vorhänge brachten auch noch sehr viel Licht in das Zimmer, erholsam schlafen war leider nicht gegeben.

Átutazóban voltunk egyik haverommal. Viszonylag kevés parkoló van a szállodánál, de előzetes foglalással megoldható a probléma. A recepció melletti földszinti szobát kaptuk, ezzel nem is volt gond. A szobában az ágyak cserére szorulnak, mert süppedősek, nehéz bennük kényelmesen aludni, a szobában lévő parkettára is ráférne egy csere. A fürdő, tágas és nagy, viszont a felső sarokban az ablaknál pókhálók voltak láthatóak. Ár-érték arányban a fentiek miatt picit sokallottam az összeget. A belváros 15-20 perc sétával elérhető. A reggeli választékos és finom, a személyzet segítőkész volt.

A szobában az ágyak cserére szorulnak, mert süppedősek, nehéz bennük kényelmesen aludni, a szobában lévő parkettára is ráférne egy csere. A fürdő, tágas és nagy, viszont a felső sarokban az ablaknál pókhálók voltak láthatóak.

Badezimmer winzig, Mistkübel war nicht ausgeleert, es waren noch Sachen vom Vorgänger darin. Mitarbeiter machten immer sehr zeitig Lärm, was mühsam ist wenn man als Gast schlafen möchte. Fenster in einen kleineren Hof, hier hat man auch alles von anderen Zimmern oder von Personen die unten gesprochen haben sehr deutlich gehört…

Zimmer und Bad waren geräumig, leise Umgebung und mit Bus in 5 min in der Altstadt (Busticket war gratis), auch wenn wir nur 2 Nächte blieben, gab es einen Handtuch Wechsel und das Bett wurde gemacht.

Das Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, die Fenster gekippt, wenn wir angekommen sind (ist bei Sommertemperaturen und Krabbelviechern nicht ideal). Daher war es relative warm (ein Ventilator ist zwar gut gemeint, kühlt aber leider den Raum nicht) und es waren Spinnen und Krabbeltiere im Zimmer. Wäre super wenn man Netze in den Fenstern Einbau könnte, zu einem problemlosen Lüften im Sommer. Fensterbretter (außen wie innen) wären auch mal zu säubern. Auf meiner Bettseite war weder eine Nachttischlampe noch eine Steckdose. Steckdosen generell für ein 3-Bettzimmer waren Mangelware. Generell war das Zimmer halbwegs sauber, bisschen mehr Liebe zum Detail ;) Dusche war staubig, es waren noch ein paar Brotkrümel im Zimmer und das ganze Zimmer besser abstauben wären super. Frühstückspersonal könnte freundlicher sein :)

Believe the negative comments in the section: no AC, very dirty rooms/ hallways. Honestly not worth the price. There were ants in our room, as in even in the bed. Apart from an ant trap we didnt get any compensation (hotel was fully booked). Not even offered anything. Asked 2x to properly clean the room. And there were still dead flies in the bathroom and piles of dust on the fan.

Pokoj malicky, hlucny ventilator misto klimatizace. Za tuto cenu bych ocekavala aspon moznost si pripravit kavu/caj v pokoji.

Da localização e do café da manhã.

Da falta de acessibilidade (escadas para acessar o elevador) e da falta de ar-condicionado.

Lyhyen bussimatkan päässä vanhasta kaupungista ja bussi lähti aivan ulko-oven edestä. Aamiainen oli loistava, vaihtoehtoja löytyi vaikka kuinka paljon!!

Sänky olisi saanut olla aavistuksen parempi, mutta muuten yöt sujuivat hyvin.

Die Lage war toll an diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück war auch ganz gut.

Zimmer & Hotel sind in die Jahre gekommen, keine Klima – zumindest unser Zimmer im 3. Stock.

Absence de climatisation dans les chambres

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, da man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten als auch Restaurants in der Nähe hat.

Die Zimmer sind total abgewohnt vor allem das Apartment. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig! Die Fliesen im Badezimmer sind schmutzig und die Terasse ist eine Katastrophe, Müll liegt auf der ganzen Terasse, die Fliesen sind gebrochen und die Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse machen den Anschein, als wäre es ein Abstelllager ! Für den Preis erwarten man sich etwas anderes !

Gute Anbindung an die Altstadt

Keine Klimaanlage. Warmwasserversorgung verläuft unter dem Badezimmer was es zu einer riesigen zusätzlichen Heizung macht.

Breakfast was good and rooms were clean.

First room we were allocated was very poor. Hot, dark, very small, unable to sit straight on toilet as legs obstructed by sink housing, and I'm only 168cm tall! . We requested another room but were told by reception staff on three occasions that no rooms were available. Eventually the manager intervened and found us a better 'confort' room. We had booked months in advance so unsure why we were given such a poor room. Rooms are not air conditioned and so windows need to be left open at night attracting noisefrom main road. Visitors should also be aware that there is currently a major building project next door to and opposite the hotel, noisy work commences at 6.30 each morning. Some staff looked like they didn't want to be there, but manager was friendly. Visitors should ask for a confort room.

Very pleasant place to stay- comfy beds, great breakfast, close to the center. We liked little presents for our kids, a bath in the room, two rooms in one apartment are a dream of every parent 😃

Parking around hotel is free at the weekends, but there was an information by the hotel that there is only time limited parking and hotel parking is for 14 eur per night.

Das Frühstück war super. Der öffentliche Transport problemlos - super Idee.

In einem der zwei Zimmer war es sehr warm. Und die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig.

Breakfast was very good. Food fresh and very clean. Delicious!

Rooms need AC.
