لايوجد أي موظف منهم يتكلم العربي بعد الفندق لايوجد قريب من الفندق أي بقاله يوجد مخبز ولكنه سئ والعامله الي فيه متكبره شايفه نفسها عجوز شمطاء

Thew service personal might be a bit more proactive. Refill of empty shower gel, report broken shower fixing or clean joint washing machine.

Das Zimmer war richtig modern und groß. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Und die Lage zum Bus perfekt.

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas le plus qualitatif de notre voyage. La communication par mail un peu sèche.

Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet, Sauberkeit hervorragend,. Das Frühstück war gut und ansprechend zubereitet. Personal im gesamten Haus sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt an der Bushaltestelle für unsere Bedürfnisse - Fahrt in die Innenstadt- optimal.

Check in ab 15 Uhr erst möglich. Wenn man früher einchecken möchte kostet es Aufpreis. Die Tiefgarage kostet 13 Euro pro Tag.

Großzügiges Zimmer (hier EG, barrierefrei, Zimmer 001), komfortable Matratzen, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit frischem Obst. Frühstücken im Gebäude oder draußen unter der überdachten Terrasse mit Blick in den schönen Garten. Tiefgaragenstellplatz für 16€/Nacht Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Optimale Lage des Hotels: vor der Haustür fährt die Linie 1 mehrmals in der Stunde bis spät abends Richtung Zentrum. In ~10 Minuten ist man da. Perfekt, um an heißen Tagen kurz für eine Siesta zurück ins Hotel zu fahren. Dank Klimaanlage im Zimmer eine wirkliche Erholung! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

El personal es fabuloso toda amabilidad

Nos tocó una habitación en el primer piso que por la noche había ruido en el baño no sé si de motores tuberías pero después de caminatas no poder dormir es muy duro. El desayuno tenía poco variedad y que la television no tendría ningún canal en español.

El alojamiento destaca por su confort y por el buen estado general de las instalaciones. Las habitaciones son cómodas, agradables y están muy bien cuidadas, ofreciendo un espacio perfecto para descansar después de un día de turismo. La limpieza es otro de sus puntos fuertes: tanto las habitaciones como las zonas comunes se encuentran muy limpias y cuidadas. El edificio tiene mucho encanto y está bien conservado, creando un ambiente acogedor y agradable.

Un poco alejdo del centro, pero bien comunicado, justo enfrente para la línea 1 que te lleva en 10 minutos al centro

Room was quite big and clean although it is a bit far away from the centre, but hotel provided us with a free public transport pass which you can use to travel in any transport across the city for free and Bus station was right out the hotel so it was a no problem.

Το γεγονός ότι για να πλύνω τα χέρια μου έπρεπε να αλλάζω δωμάτιο. Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει βρύση στην τουαλέτα.

Chambre confortable, bon petit déjeuner

Le ménage n'était pas très bien fait à notre arrivée, il y avait une chaussette et des restes de fruits sous le lit, appartenant probablement aux clients d'avant.

Lage Tip Top, Bus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel in die Stadt. Personal zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Viererzimmer war mir persönlich für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein aber in diesem Fall dann zu teuer. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Terrasse.

400€ pro Nacht für dieses Zimmer ist mir zu teuer.

Im Zimmer war schlechter Geruch. Die Reklamation wurde vom Personal nicht ernst genommen

Fiatalos szálloda, jól felszerelt, remek reggelivel, saját mélygarázzsal, segítőkész személyzettel.

Das Zimmer hatte ein separates Wc und einen Balkon. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super da die Busanbindung direkt vor dem Hotel ist. Sehr schöner Gastgarten im Grünen. Ein schönes Bad mit einer tollen Dusche.

Die Raumsituation am Bett und vor dem Schrank war etwas beengt. Preis/Leistung gerade noch akzeptabel .

L'hotel si trova attaccato alla fermata metro in cui prendere il bus per Salisburgo, per cui la posizione, pur non essendo centrale, risulta molto comoda. Altra nota positiva, un pass per i mezzi incluso nella tassa di soggiorno, pari a tre euro e 50 a testa circa. Buona anche la colazione, abbastanza varia e con prodotti di qualità.

La struttura non si presenta benissimo esternamente e, pur disponendo di uno spiazzo libero, si ha la possibilità di parcheggiare solamente nel loro garage per una cifra di 16 euro al giorno. L'hotel non presenta particolari criticità, ma nel complesso si configura più come un tre stelle che come un tre stelle superior.

Das nette Personal Tolle Lage, Haltestelle vor dem Hotel, keine 10 min ins Zenrum. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet 1a alles was man braucht, frisches Gepäck Rührei usw.... Zimmer sehr sauber und schön, tolles Bad super Dusche, Balkon mit Tisch und Sesseln, Wasserkocher mit Tee,grosser Kühlschrank Safe. Für uns war es einfach großartig. Wie gesagt das ganze Personal einfach TOP Beim Empfang fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Unser Zimmer war Nr.120 Danke nochmals für den tollen Aufenthalt

Es gab nichts

Das Hotel hat bei uns einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und gepflegt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es war angenehm ruhig, sodass man sich gut erholen und schlafen konnte. Besonders gut hat uns das Frühstück gefallen: Die Auswahl war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Man kann sowohl drinnen als auch draußen frühstücken, was bei schönem Wetter besonders angenehm ist. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wenn Fragen oder Probleme auftreten, kümmern sie sich schnell darum und helfen, eine Lösung zu finden. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die praktische Tiefgarage. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Good location, close to both the airport and the bus to go into Salzburg.

We had reserved a wheelchair-accessible room, but were told that it had been given to another customer. The 3rd floor room we got was adequate, but the lift is very small for a wheelchair.

Parcheggio caro esattamente come la struttura che da fuori sembrava un albergo dozzinale. La colorazione fucsia esterna non aiuta la valutazione.

Bardzo miła obsługa, parking podziemny.

Śniadania mogłyby być troszkę bardziej urozmaicone. Osobiście zabrakło mi więcej dan na ciepło. W toalecie mogla by być mała umywalka.

Hotel pulitissimo accogliente

Our room was a good size with two double beds, we had a balcony to sit out but unfortunately it was the very hot weather so we couldn't enjoy that part., it was very clean on arrival. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We did not have breakfast so can not comment on that, but we found some lovely cafes that served breakfast/ brunch. There is also a bakery directly opposite the hotel and we had very tasty croissants from there. The hotel is just outside the main area of Salzberg,. If you wanted to walk it's 25 minutes, or even better the bus stop is directly outside the hotel. When you check in you are given digital bus passes which is included in your local tax. This is brilliant for exploring salzberg as it is a short journey and covers all of the main sites. The bus is The number 1 and just look for this number on bus stops in salzberg so you know it stops there . The hotel is near the airport and you can get the number 2 bus which then stops near the hotel, or like us to get your bearings first it only cost €18 for a taxi. The hotel also has luggage lockers which are free to use. We arrived very early so used the lockers for our cases and went off exploring. I would definitely recommend this hotel for location and comfort, I would love to stay there again.

There is only one minor point, we found it a little difficult to control the room temperature from the display, but luckily the door to the balcony has a lean out option so at night we used that to let air into the room.

El trato, seco y malo, tienen la mala costumbre de poner que la habitación tiene cafetera, y no es verdad, es café soluble, el desayuno bastante escaso y poco variado, para lo que se paga, 245 euros noche, es una vergüenza los servicios y calidad de la habitación, debería ir de acordé.

The room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and convenient. Well connected to center with a bus. We received free transport tickets.

There was a lot of construction noise when keeping the window open. The rooms were somewhat dusty. There was no odour spray in the toilet.

Perfectly located, free travel card within Salzburg and suburbs; bus stop right outside. Nice breakfast, lovely staff and great garden, to relax in. Bedroom, everything you needed; fridge; drink making facilities and a very a lovely spacious balcony with beautiful Mountain views.

No breakfast served to your room, but you were allowed to choose what you wanted and take it back up to your room. Otherwise, there wasn’t anything wrong with this hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely room. Spacious and comfortable. Cleaned well. Enjoyed the choices at breakfast. Board games were good too keep children occupied. Location on the number one bus route made getting around easy. Food available was nice.

موظفي الفندق وخاصة الاستقبال متعاونين مبتسمين وغرف الفندق بجميع المرافق جدا نظيفة قدموا لنا ضيافة حلوى اثناء وصولنا التراس( البلكونة) واسعة ومريحة هناك شيء غريب في الفندق ان المرحاض في مكان والمغسلة وحوض الاستحمام مفصولة في مكان اخر لكن جميعها نظيفة جداً

Man erreicht die Stadt am besten per Bus, die Haltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel und der Bus geht alle 10 Minuten tagsüber. Das Auto kann in der Tiefgarage stehen bleiben. Die Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank und sind sauber. Das Frühstücksangebot ist dem Preis angemessen.

The location to get into the city is perfect, and yet not far from the airport. The bus into town is right outside the hotel, only a 10 min ride in. Plus the hotel gives you a Guest travel card, which means free travel. Perfect. Hotel room is big and the view from the balcony has great mountain views. Lovely suburban village feel, so quiet but loads of amenities nearby. Staff are all amenable.

Desayuno muy bueno, habitaciones geniales, espaciosas, buenas camas, muy nuevas. Todo con mucho detalle. Hemos estado muy cómodos y muy bien comunicados, la parada de autobús enfrente del hotel.

Newly renovated, fresh and modern with excellent A/C and fridge in the room. Nice restaurant within 3 min walk.

The beds were a bit hard.

We had superior room in the corner and it was quiet and spacious.

The breakfast could have been better as it was quite crowdy and food variety could be more.

The service was excellent, and the bus station is conveniently located right next to the hotel. Highly recommended!

整潔乾淨舒適，前台服務人員非常友善，有任何問題都可以隨時協助。入住前的訊息回覆很快。入住當天11:00會將gust mobility ticket 先寄電子檔給我們，ㄧ到薩爾斯堡就可以用。市電1號就在門口，出行方便。地點離中央車站較遠一點（但搭市電1號可以10分鐘到舊城區）。
