- très authentique et joli, une belle expérience et un voyage dans la culture khmer - les personnels très au petit soin, serviable, souriant et professionnels - l’espace commune est très bien - piscine incroyable ! Chauffée très agréable ! On a pas froid, même la nuit

- l’espace de la chambre n’est pas à 45m2 et pas exactement pareil comme indiqué sur Booking, c’est plus petit même si c’est jolie - il faudrait un grand miroir dans la chambre. Ça pourrait être très pratique - les plats et boissons sont un peu cher pour ce que c’est car ce n’est pas plus bon que ailleurs ni mieux présenté non plus, mais je comprend qu’on paye aussi pour le cadre et le service donc ça va

C’était vide. Personnel plutôt absent, pas assez nombreux.

Heel mooi resort, prachtig aangelegde tuin met mooie huisjes die heel authentiek zijn ingericht met natuurlijke en echte materialen. Alles is heel goed verzorgd. Het personeel wil alles voor je doen en is heel gastvrij. De service voldoet volledig aan vijf sterren. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk met mooie en fijne bedjes. We hebben via het hotel een auto met chauffeur geboekt voor de tempeltour. Dit was ook heel goed geregeld met water en doekjes na elk tempelbezoek.

Eigenlijk was alles perfect. Wij waren er begin augustus en het was toen behoorlijk rustig. Dat maakte het wat minder levendig.

We actually checked out after one hour, knowing we would loose the money we paid upfront. No kind of compensation was given, even after Booking.com contacted them. This is not a 5 star establishment, it is highly overrated. It looks great on the pictures, in reality the rooms are not well air conditioned, the living room downstairs is really hot in summer (it is open), and the location is right besides an oil storage facility. It is not a nature resort, they made a small park between the houses. This is not meant to start a discussion with the resort as we did not get to an agreement. Hence, the first negative review after a lot of traveling in my life.

施設は清潔感にあふれて、スタッフの方々は皆さんとても親切です。 空港まで有料のお迎えサービスを利用させていたただきましたが、SIMカードの購入をサポートいただいたり、冷たいおしぼりやミネラルウォーターもいただきました。 プール、レストラン、スパなど宿泊以外のサービスも充実し、部屋は一棟丸ごと自分たちの部屋になっているので、他のお客さんとあまり顔を合わせることもなくのびのび過ごせました。日本語ガイド付きのアンコールワット日の出ツアー・その他遺跡群の案内のプランもつけていただきました。

Cet havre de paix est d’un raffinement et d’un charme fou. Le personnel était très chaleureux et prévenant. Les cocktails et le restaurant sont excellents et très raisonnables. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps dans ce lieu féerique. Le rapport qualité prix est incroyable !

Beautifully designed boutique property with exceptional attention to detail. The villas are stunning, and the bathrooms in particular are standout, with rich materials, thoughtful lighting, and a refined blend of Cambodian and classic French design. The grounds are lush and peaceful, it is very easy to get around using Grab for tuk-tuks or taxis. Mornings are wonderfully quiet, filled with birdsong rather than traffic. Breakfast is high quality and beautifully presented. Staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.

Only minor points. Breakfast is not a buffet, so additional variety and larger portions would be welcome at this price point. Pool service could be more proactive at times. There is no fitness center, though the property has space for one or could offer yoga or wellness activities.

Very charming setting, friendly staff and good food. The garden and lakes are very pretty. Really unique place to stay.

Everything was absolutely impeccable: the great and most friendly service staff that fulfilled every single wish very quickly, the clean and neat premises/room/pool, the delicious food, the competent front desk who organized all of our trips and helped us with our reservations and last but not least the amazingly beautiful housing and hotel compound. On top of that, they even looked after our baby daughter and we felt most comfortable seeing how sweet and caring everyone was with her! It was hard for us to leave since this was really the best hotel we‘ve had during our entire vacation.

Everything was great, simply nothing to complain about.

What I loved most about Phoum Chaufea Resort was the incredible attention to detail in the architecture. The wooden villas felt so authentic and traditional, yet beautifully designed with modern comforts. You can tell the artisans who worked on them poured their heart into the intricate carvings and craftsmanship, there’s a sense of history woven into every corner. Walking around the property, you feel transported to an older Cambodia, surrounded by lush gardens and peaceful spaces that make the experience even more magical.

One small detail that could make Phoum Chaufea Resort even more special would be enhancing the pond area with more fish or perhaps making it a more central feature. While the current pond is peaceful and fits well with the natural ambiance, adding more vibrant fish could make it even more visually captivating. It’s a very minor suggestion though, as the pond already contributes to the tranquil, relaxing atmosphere of the resort. Overall, it’s just a little touch that could elevate an already serene setting!
