Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Zugstation nur 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt und am Wasser mit allen Restaurants bist du auch in 10 Minuten. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, nur der Frühstücksraum lädt nicht zum länger verweilen ein (dunkel und altmodisch)
Es wirkt insgesamt etwas heruntergekommen. Das Bett war für das Zimmer zu gross, daher war wenig Platz.

Rummet för litet. Ingen IPA på fat i baren.

The hotel is in need of renovation. The carpets in the corridors smell bad, and there was a strong sewage-like odor. Almost all hotels in Norway offer free coffee and tea at the reception, but here they charged NOK 49 for it. The dinner was expensive and very bland. Breakfast was chaotic. Overall, this feels like an outdated 3-star hotel being presented as a 4-star hotel.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Hotel céntrico, bonito, limpio, personal amable... Los recepcionistas muy atentos. Mención especial para un recepcionista que hablaba español, nos ahorró dar 20 minutos para llegar al transfer del aeropuerto.
El precio es excesivo, entendemos que es Noruega, pero aún así casi 200 euros la noche nos pareció demasiado. Una de las calles del hotel es una zona de fiesta y se escucha ruido algunas noches.

Jeg liker ikke å måtte ta i brødkniven ( som mange andre har tatt i før meg, hvor har de hatt hånda/fingrene sine,rett før de skulle spise frokost på hotellet) og ta i håndkle,som er dekket over brødet ( samme tanke,, andres hender,(potensielle 2 smittekilder) før jeg får skjært opp min skive.. VILLE MYE HELLER HATT OPPSKÅRNE BRØD.,som ligger litt fra hverandre..på brettet) mindre sjanse for andres hender tatt på noe som kan smitte over på meg.. ( da får heller kjøkken personalet passe på å fylle på brødskiver.) derfor spiste jeg mest av alt det andre dere serverte som var veldig bra,,og IKKE BRØDENE DERES

Bitte lite rom ut mot gaten uten garderobeskap. Aircondition fungerte ikke. Måtte ha opp vinduet, ble vekket først kl. 04.00 av søppelbil. Ble videre vekket gang på gang av trikken og biltrafikk. Ikke kaffemaskin. Ikke kjøleskap.

Geen uitzicht vanuit de kamer en bij ons stond een stellage voor het raam waar in de ochtend de bouwvakkers omhoog klommen.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Rewelacyjna obsługa w recepcji (najbardziej uprzejme osoby, jakie spotkaliśmy w tej sieci), piękne przestronne lobby z ciekawymi siedziskami, w tym fotelami na biegunach oraz piłkarzykami. Możliwość bezpłatnego wypożyczenia hotelowych rowerów (z kaskami!) na kilka godzin (z czego skorzystaliśmy). Bardzo czyste wspólne toalety przy lobby. Śniadanie z bardzo dużym wyborem dań, pieczywa, dodatków, świeże owoce, pyszna kawa. Obowiązkowo: wędzony łosoś, brązowy ser i chlebek wasa. W pokoju zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty. Rozkładana sofa okazała się sofą z rozkładanym / rozwijanym całym materacem (tzw. włoski mechanizm) - bardzo wygodna, dzieci wyspały się komfortowo, także dorosły by się z powodzeniem zmieścił. Bardzo fajna polityka sprzątania pokoju na żądanie - ekologicznie i rozsądnie. W łazience oprócz szamponu/żelu do ciała także odżywka do włosów, co rzadkie, a jakże miłe. Lokalizacja petarda - pieszo prawie wszędzie można dotrzeć w czasie do 20-25 minut, a i do przystanku autobusu, tramwaju i pociągu bardzo blisko.
Zero uwag, świetne miejsce.

Il bagno era un pò datato e per tutti i giorni della nostra permanenza uno dei due ascensori principali non funzionava. Più che a un 4 stelle corrisponde ad un buon 3 stelle italiano.

Was really disappointed with the laundry room which is included on their website and listed on booking.com as including a tumble dryer. This was a main reason to book as we were coming off five days of moving around and laundromats are almost non-existent. Turned out It’s one washing machine in an old and neglected room - no tumble dryer. This wouldn’t stop me from staying there again, it was just an inconvenience.

Breakfast buffet was great variety & quality. Family Room was decent size with some space for bags. Didn’t have time to use the sauna, husband was happy to use the gym. Staff were friendly & attentive. Would stay again.
Very little space to hang much for family, we lived out of bags for our 3 night stay. Some breakfast food labels were mixed up, which caused a lot of food eating errors between pork / non-pork sausages & turkey sausages. And nearly eating liver pate, as opposed to oatmeal. Did not have a good bedroom view, which was a shame as we had a 3 night stay. Room was stuffy, opened window every night to let air in.

Beliggenheden er god med hensyn til alle former for off. transport og der er kort gangadstand til det fine havneområdet. Og til Karl Johan, Slotsparken og forretningskvarterer.

Le tram qui fait un bruit monstrueux la nuit (impossible de dormir avec une fenêtre ouverte). Étrange que pour un hôtel étoilée il n y ai pas de rafraîchissement des chambres après une nuit. Mini bar vide. Pour le prix payé : le matelas du canapé/ lit était très inconfortable (nous sentions tous les ressorts).
