The location of the villa was great Spent most days lasting around the pool

The one thing was the constant traffic noise as the villa was along a busy road

The rooms were of generous size and if any requests were made they were prompt in responding. Overall a very nice villa

The pool was magnificent. Good facilities.

No reception. Arrived and didn't know how to get our key. Had to ring staff. A bit of a hassle.

The location of the property is convenient, close to all require amenities and shopping areas

Limited hot water, has a large bath but unable to fill with hot water as it runs out.

Location and size of villa was great

Arrived after 7pm and was left no instructions on how to get in…there is no front desk.. more of a b&b setup but didn’t help my SIM card wasn’t working and I couldn’t call the number provided..thankfully our taxi driver called and was able to access lock box. But on the whole a nice little villa and a great stay was had. Highly recommend

The location of Nameera Villa was ideal! No more than 5min walk to cafes, restaurants, shopping, laundry service, supermarket etc The villa itself was a private little paradise with the garden & pool, very clean & comfortable. Our host & staff were extremely hospitable, always smiling & available to answer any questions we might have.

The only thing I had trouble with was figuring out which key belonged to which door

Comfortable, clean, well equipped kitchen, close to main shopping including big supermarket, peaceful area, clean and good sized pool. Would definitely stay again.

No reception which was a bit awkward for check in, but the place next door which continues on another 12 months lease was helpful and will become the reception for Nameera soon enough.

AC in one room was not in right place due to which it was very hot

Location, price, owner was really accommodating let us checkin early which we were greatful for Pool was nice same as the rooms spacious

Bathtub was a bit of a let down water didn't stay hot for long so wasn't able to have a hot bath

The property was in a perfect location with restaurants and bars very near. We found a bike shop down the road which was ideal. The staff waited to great us at our hotel and show us around which was a nice touch as opposed to leaving the key somewhere. The villa was spacious clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the outside area had fans to keep us cool.

Nothing! Having the toilet outside was a new and slightly strange experience however when it did rain the toilet was covered so you didn’t get wet going outside.

We stayed in Nameera Villa 03 and loved it! The pool was so big and luxurious. The rooms all were really big and the outside was so lush and well kept. The wifi was great! TV worked really well is interested. Airconditioning worked great in all 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms were so clean and so beautiful. All of the benefits of being near the main road with 0 of the street noise, absolutely nothing. Antika was a lovely host and made sure all our needs were met during our stay. Lots of cold filtered water and resources in the kitchen for a large group of people. The day bed by the pool was really nice and fit lots of people aswell.

Absolutely 0 complaints we and my 5 friends thought the communal areas were excellent the couch was so big and fit everyone seamlessly.

Fantastic location and the massive size of the villa were the top hightlights for us

We loved the convenient location to shops and restaurants in Seminyak. The villa was so spacious, quiet and private and loved every moment there. Taking a dip in our own pool on hot afternoons was really refreshing.

Could use some fresh paint but otherwise it was perfect

we did not have breakfast, but the property was too good, we had stayed for one night, but it was a wonderful experience.

The location was good. Waking distance to the beach and couple restaurants nearby. Good spa nearby also. The rooms and bathrooms were huge and lots of space. Washing machine on site for your laundry. The owner was responding quickly to our requests.

We were not provided slippers. Even though it was “clean” our feet were dirty. We didn’t find the place quite suitable for family with kids. The other room is separate from the main entrance so you would need to split and cant sleep together. The villa does need some maintenance to make the stay more pleasant. Overall it was good.

Der Pool war sehr schön, das Personal sehr lieb, das Badezimmer riesig und schön und das Bett sehr bequem.

Die Unterkunft war leider ein wenig heruntergekommen.. insbesondere die Tücher über dem Bett sollten mal gewaschen werden.. Der Weg zur Unterkunft war ein wenig schwierig, da überall Baustellen waren (dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts, aber das sollte man schon wissen)

It’s huge. The pool is big and the rooms are so spacious. Location is excellent. Staff have been wonderful and so available. It’s 5 minutes walk from Bintang supermarket and loads of great restaurants

I was leaving and they are digging up the road out front. It’s a bit of a mess out there.

Location to get to places however due to construction work outside it was v difficult to be a grab so we had to walk to another road to get a taxi

The floor was not clean our feet inside were black after being inside for short period perhaps the cleaning before arrival was rushed. Also we found cocockroaches in bathroom which was not pleasant at all but management did come straight away to clear them. However still was not nice.

Nice pool and super good beds! Airco working well

房間和客廳的冷氣有問題，之後又到電力供應有問題，通知雖然很快有人來維修但如果客人不懂得溝通我覺得真係很麻煩，另外可能我住路邊，外面有垃圾筒傳來的味道很大

It was very clean and pleasant

More lighting near the pool area would be nice, larger hot water system so bath could be used.

Staff were amazing. We had a few problems but were resolved immediately when we contacted Antika the host of the property. We lost power one night due to a storm and WiFi but this was quickly resolved once I contacted the host. They came and put power back on and gave me a WiFi router as the WiFi had also gone. Cannot fault the assistance with the staff. Good location, close to Bintang Plaza and the main road to go shopping and get massages and food etc. About a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, nice alfresco area in the lounge to the pool. Big property, very happy with the size. Lovely bathrooms and outdoor showers on the bottom floor rooms. Big bathroom in master bedroom. Master bedroom very spacious and upstairs entertaining area. Cot on request was a bassinet which didn’t suit my 1 year old. For anyone that requires a cot just hire one they are cheap.

We liked everything about the property for the price we paid. The only fault was there was a very heavy wooden cabinet that was not stable in the children’s room and my son pulled a drawer open to get some bathers and the whole thing fell on him. Lucky he only hurt his toe but it could of been a lot worse. This furniture will need to be secured to the wall as it wasn’t safe. No hand towels in bathrooms (not a major issue just something simple that could have been added) tea towels were bought on request but should have been there. Kitchen utensils could definitely be updated. And more cleaning tools to wash dishes etc

The villa was quirky but comfortable. There was a private courtyard at the front with a pretty garden, plunge pool and the (outdoor) kitchen. It was great having filtered drinking water. The outdoor bathroom was on the opposite side of the bedroom. It was weird showering out in the open, but it was completely private and there was another lovely garden. The location was very convenient for shops and restaurants, and not far from the beach.

The building didn’t seem to be electrically grounded. I couldn’t plug in my (metal) laptop, which has a built-in voltage adapter and has been used all around the world, without getting quite significant electric shocks. The entire laptop became live when I plugged it in and I got a shock from touching any part of it. Our phones (made largely of plastic) were fine.

Nice more rustic feel not too modern. But still modern comforts! Great pool, comfy bed and couches, cold air con and fridge. Outdoor bathroom was lovely. Good location, 10 minutes walking to any place we wanted to eat or drink at.

The villa was huge! Lots of space, really big rooms, really large bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the aircon worked great. The pool was nice and clean, and the garden setting was lovely. The location was good, a short walk to the main strip but further from the beach.

The communication from the staff wasn't the greatest. We asked three days in a row if we could extend the check out time but they never got back to us with an answer even after multiple texts and calls. We requested a taxi to the airport a few hours before we were meant to leave - which was our fault for being unprepared - the host text back straight away saying she would call the drivers but then never messaged us back to confirm, even after we sent another text message. We decided to leave and find a taxi ourselves, and as we were about to leave, someone showed up at the villa to book us a taxi via app.

location- particularly close to Bintang Supermarket and walking distance to shops, local cafe and restaurants through the alleyways; private and quiet; we stayed in two bedroom villa, has all necesary items needed for family, kitcenette, spacious rooms, attached bathrooms, laundry, tv, internet, plunge pool, air conditioned, clean and well maintained.

Nameera Villa ONE, one bedroom Villa (go inside Kubu Villas, past security box, Villa on the left, then left again - I wish I had been told this up front!) is in a good location, nice older style Villa, good kitchen, nice to have a microwave & toaster, big fridge. Lovely pool and outside area, plenty of clean floor mats, aircon works really well, shower strong and hot - even a rain shower option! Great to have the pedestal fan out side as one in picture no longer there - pedestal fan is an even better option!

Very poor arrival communication, was left waiting well beyond check in time, Antika didn't answer her phone when I rang, so I also messaged - then at 3.40pm (well after I tried to make contact - check in at 3pm) she messaged back and simply said 'ok please wait'....I don't understand why I wasn't given clearer arrival instructions and the lock box number, it was only provided on check out!! Bed not good for me, bit soft/saggy and lump of wood down the middle! No bedside light working. Some fittings/fixtures are old/shabby, like ripped curtains.

This villa had a huge backyard for a one bedroom villa which was great and the pool was amazing. We loved the bar and the outdoor spaces and the bed was huge. The outdoor bathroom and shower is also great. There is lots in walking distance and it was about 15 minutes walk from the beach.

The door between outside and the bedroom is tiny so if you're a big person or claustrophobic might be a bit uncomfortable.

I loved the space. It was very comfortable and the pool was wonderful. And having a small garden was very peaceful. A large smart TV was definitely a bonus. Nothing like a NETFLIX movie in downtime mode. Also the lounge was so comfortable. Heads up for future stayers.. if you need extra towels, bath mats, hand towels, face washers, light bulbs need changing, anything at all, let the staff no because they are there in a flash.

I was NEVER going to cook, but when I looked at what cooking equipment was available and the state it was in (eg: cooking pots) it wasn’t going to happen anyway. I was going to have a bath, but I just couldn’t. It was clean, but it did have some built up grime in it. I was going to buy some Jiff and scrub it off myself, then I thought… I’m on holidays 😆

Great size for party of four, cleaning every two days, good location nearby markets but far enough from main road to have some quiet.

Air con in one room wasn’t working on arrival, however once the staff were notified this was quickly repaired the next day without a fuss!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Seminyak, Bali. The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a private pool that was perfect for relaxing. The location was great—close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, yet still quiet and peaceful.

Antika helped with our booking before we arrived and we also shared a few emails before we checked out early. We loved our stay at Nameera Villas (Nameera 2).. our favourite thing about the property was the space. Very spacious and private. The outdoor shower was pretty, to the room, very cosy & comfortable. I kid you not, it has been a long time since we’ve slept in really comfortable bed. The best was the private pool, life saver during the hot Bali days!!!

The mosquitoes lol BUT thankful the staff provided in advance insect repellent!!!
