Vi mislikte ikke noe. Men Vi bodde i øverste etasje, trappen opp kan være vanskelig for folk som er Dårlige til beins.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026The apartment is quiet (except for the passing trucks) but it is because a large majority of the apartments are empty. It is very clean and modern but feels like a hospital room.
These apartments feel like they were constructed during Covid. They are completely sterile. The worst problem is the total lack of service. The manager showed no interest in answering my messages and you cannot call them because CALLS GO DIRECTLY TO MESSAGE. We had a problem in the beginning because we went to the wrong Frost Longstay (be careful to put in the address and not just Frost Longstay Kiruna). I waited almost one hour before getting a reply and figured out the problem before then. Then, no replies. I will see how to report this to booking. I have stayed in all types of places and this is the first time the manager showed no interest in helping. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Good luck if you need the management people. The negative comments from others are still true and it shows the management has no interest in improving (the terrible kitchen table and uncomfortable high chairs), NOTHING supplied in the kitchen, etc. They do the absolute minimum possible. There is nothing around the apartments, just an ugly area.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Es ist alles da, was man braucht, wir konnten wunderbar sitzen, schlafen, kochen und die Dusche war auch prima :-) Das allerschönste für mich war die Fahrt von Kiruna nach Abisko ...
Lage....verrückter Ort, der gerade in sich umzieht (unbedingt nachlesen!!) und dadurch ist irgendwie alles zerstreut und nichts zentral. Wir sind per Zug angereist- dafür ist die Wohnung ui weit ab. Haben uns ein Auto geliehen und damit auch die gesamte Umgebung erkundet

Zamówiliśmy pokój z 2 sypialniami za które dodatkowo doopłaciliśmy. Pokój został zmieniony na wersję z jedną sypialnia. Nastawialiśmy się ze znajomym na pracę zdalna i potrzebowaliśmy 2 oddzielnych sypialni i to był główny powód tej rezerwacji. Gdybyśmy wiedzieli że będzie jedną sypialnia wzięlibyśmy coś innego. Nie było żadnej możliwości skontaktowania się z właścicielem. Próbowaliśmy przez telefon i booking com i nie było żadnego odzewu.

Reviewed Apr 7, 2026Apartamento excelente con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia perfecta por la zona. El apartamento tiene de todo. Has de tener coche para llegar con facilidad y tiene al lado un supermercado para realizar la compra muy fácil. Cuando vuelva, reservaré aquí de nuevo.

Es gab keine Gewürze, nicht mal etwas Salz. Der weiße Van hat immer direkt im Weg geparkt, was gestört hat um die Sachen in die Wohnung und ins Auto zu transportieren.

The person taking the pictures for the place is very good - it is not even close to as cosy as it looks in the pictures as it is in reality. It felt like living in a container on a parking lot - which it pretty much was. The noise from the metal stairs of people going up to the container on top was quite annoying as was the insulation between them (top to bottom container) But, everything was functional and worked, but it feels a bit overpriced.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026We had a great time at this place, yeah it's not at the city center but we spent almost a week without car and we handled pretty well. The apartment is warm and well furnished with everything that you can need to cook. Definitely will contact again next year if we can comeback.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026An sich eine sehr schöne Ferienunterkunft. Gut gelegen, gutes WLAN, gut ausgestattete Küche. Und alles (inklusive Küchenutensilien) sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten (so wurde es mir gesagt) waren auch bequem. Fazit: für 2 Personen ist es durchaus eine gemütliche Bleibe.
Wir waren in Haus 14a und reisten zu dritt. Die 3. Schlafmöglichkeit (die Schlafcouch) war allerdings eine Zumutung. Die Sitzfläche war relativ durchgelegen, die nach unten geklappte Rückenlehne steinhart. Die erste Nacht war eine Qual. Zum Glück wurde mir einer der Matratzentopper der beiden Betten überlassen - damit ging es einigermaßen. Auch gibt es keine ausreichenden Sitzgelegenheiten für mehr als 2 Personen um Frühstück oder Mittag/Abend zu essen und es mangelt an Ablagen im Bad - aber das ist ja leider oft so. Fazit: wer zu dritt oder viert reist, ist woanders sicher besser aufgehoben, sorry.

Having some cooking essentials (eg. Cooking oil) would be helpful. The supermarket is not very close, but it’s walking distance.

The staff is not reachable after 17:00. When we arrived the radiators were not working and it was freezing cold. I had to find a solution myself to heat the radiators. (Apparently some of the outlets were not working and I had to switch the outlets of the radiators to get them to work.) If you are arriving late, you should consider that you will not reach anyone.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026De locatie was gunstig gelegen vlakbij een grote supermarkt (Stora Coop). Verder was het daar rustig en is er veel privacy. Het appartement was goed te verwarmen. Dit was ook nodig vanwege de koude temperaturen (-20 C). Er was eigen kookgelegenheid en daar konden wij goed gebruik van maken. Er is ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid binnen enkele meters afstand. Er is gratis (snelle) wifi. De servicemedewerkster is heel vriendelijk en geeft binnen een korte tijd antwoord op vragen via de email. Handdoeken en zeep lagen voor ons klaar en ze hadden de verwarming alvast voor ons aangezet.
Er was geen tweepersoonsbed voorhanden, dus mijn partner en ik sliepen apart. Het bestek was niet volledig (geen goede keukenmesjes, geen flessenopener). Er is geen openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Een auto is daarom aan te bevelen. De TV had geen ontvangst van zenders, maar werkt alleen met Google TV.

Majoittaja ei ollut enää saapuessamme tavoitettavissa, joten soitimme huoneen seinällä olevien ohjeistusten mukaan vartiointiyritykselle, jotta saisimme oven lukituksi. Heidän mukaansa heillä ei ole sopimuksia majoittajan kanssa. Emme siis tavoitteet ketään saadaksemme avaimia, joten emme voineet jättää tavaroitamme avoinna olevien ovien taakse ja olimme näin asunnolla jumissa. Soitin seuraavana päivänä majoittajalle, mutta mitään hyvitystä tilanteesta ei annettu. Jos ovi ei olisi sattunut olemaan auki, olisimme siis nukkuneet autossamme. Huoneisto itsessään on karu ja äänieristys olematon.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026El apartamento es muy acogedor y bien equipado (hay cafetera, hervidor eléctrico, tostadora, utensilios, toallas, televisión, etc). Las camas son cómodas y se está muy caliente dentro. Además, hay un supermercado a 10 minutos a pie y estaciones de autobús cerca.
Habría estado bien hubiera habido sal para cocinar. Si quieres ir al nuevo centro y no tienes coche, puede estar un poco lejos.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2026De kamer was voorverwarmd toen ik kwam. Het was schoon, alles wat je nodig kunt hebben was aanwezig en de bedden waren comfortabel en schoon. Al met al top!
De code voor de sleutel stond in de chat in de booking.com app. Dat wist ik niet direct, wilde de host bellen maar die nam niet op. Uiteindelijk na rondvragen de code in de app gevonden en alles is goed gekomen.

Il aurait pu y avoir du sel, du poivre et de l'huile pour cuisiner. On pensait que dans un appart hôtel le ménage était compris dans le prix. Or il faut que ce soit nous qui le fassions.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2024Nice apartment. All cleaned and a complete kitchen. Good space and comfortable to stay for a long time. You can find supermarkets/restaurants/coffee just 15 minutes walking.
Beds are really uncomfortable, I slept on the couch bed, but it was also not so nice. Another point, a big maintenance on the main road was happening that result in a couple of issues to the transports near by. It is important in situation like that the accommodation inform us, in a way we can prepare ourselves to do any required changes in our plans.
