Reviewed Sep 7, 2026El apartamento estaba en pleno centro, muy cerca de todo. La atención de Fernando increíble, muy atento y amable. Tuvo un bonito detalle al dejarnos botellas de agua en la nevera y galletas para desayunar. Relación calidad precio, un apartamento muy recomendado.
Un buen detalle sería mejorar la cocina, incluyendo un microondas para así poder aunque sea calentar la comida preparada. La única pega que podríamos poner es que el papel higiénico y de cocina parecían antiguos/sucios, ya que tenían un color algo amarillento. Y nos hubieran gustado unas vistas algo mejores. El resto, perfecto.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Excellent location and spacious room. Great soundproof windows. The room does not have a view though, so don't expect one. The room had some nice appliances, which is nice as well as a little fridge. Book this room for the great location and you won't regret it.
The bathroom sink. "What is this, a sink for ants?" - Read it as Zoolander. The sink was comically small. However, there is a big sink in the kitchen so use that one instead and you will be fine.

Muy silencioso para descansar, magnífica ubicación abajo del edificio variedad de restaurantes todo muy cerca de las partes turistas. Con aire acondicionado en excelente funcionamiento. Si volvería a porto repetiría la estancia. Fernando el anfitrion muy educado y siempre atento Felicidades

Pochissimo rumore nonostante la posizione centrale e la presenza di tende oscuranti per avere più privacy visto che affaccia su altre stanze dal lato opposto della via.
Ogni tanto saliva uno sgradevole odore, probabilmente dal ristorante sotto all’appartamento.

La limpieza impecable, cuidan cada detalle. Sólo me falto un microondas para poder calentar comida o leche,pero por lo demás todo perfecto! Muchas gracias por todo.

Чистота в апартаментах просто идеальная! прекрасная кровать, отличное состояние белья. Отдельное спасибо хозяину апартаментов Фернандо - прислал полную информацию по заселению и даже ролик как найти вход! А еще очень любезно разрешил заселиться на 3 часа раньше! Спасибо за печеньки и капсулы для кофемашины! Прямо под окнами находится хорошее кафе.
можно было бы лучше оснастить кухню - у нас было всего по 2 тарелки -миски - вилки -ложки, нету даже кухонного ножа.. Нет микроволновки. Если кто то планирует завтракать - обедать в апартаментах - надо подумать о приобретении посуды(.

No tiene cocina!!!!! es como una habitación de hotel porque no existen fuegos para cocinar nada!! El apartamento da a un patio interior que hay equipos de aire acondicionado y hacen mucho ruido, no se puede estar con la ventana abierta.

Coincidió nuestra estancia con el mundial de futbol y retransmitieron absolutamente todos los partidos en una gran pantalla instalada en la plaza pegada al alojamiento con un volumen muy alto y hasta altas horas de la madrugada. No pudimos descansar bien ningún día hasta que terminaban los partidos (2-3 de la madrugada)… El desagüe de la ducha se atascaba fácilmente y las almohadas no muy cómodas.

Very centrally located, restaurants and shops everywhere, apartment itself is very clean, complete with what is needed and even more (bottles of water in then ref, generous amount of coffee capsules, biscuits, sugar, tea and bathroom amenities complete), modern bathroom, comfortable bed, nice to have sofa and table, closet and drawers, and balcony. We highly recommend, and will stay here again when we return.

Reviewed May 22, 2026The place is located in the center, very convenient to get to every attraction and on the same street there are many places to eat and drink. The building has an elevator and it's operated with codes for every entry. The host was very kind and helpful when I couldn't locate it and with whatever problem I had. There are lots of amenities and even free stuff like water, coffee and tea. The room was great and very clean.

Reviewed May 18, 2026The location of the apartment is just fantastic, clise to the station, the market and there are lots of places for breakfast not to far away. On arrival the apartment was well cleaned and although the outer door is a bit tight, it’s well accessible. And it’s reasonably quiet in the night, even with restaurants outside.
There really aren’t and problems with the apartment, but one or two hooks to hang up the used towels (or a chair) would have been nice.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Very clean, comfortable bed, very quiet (at the rear of the building, so no view at all, which was my preference), Federico very helpful in responding quickly to queries, location excellent very near to Sao Bento station, biscuits, tea, coffee, water set out for client use, and - how important is this?? - three doors away from a very amazing gelateria! There is a kettle and coffee machine. I found the tiny bathroom perfectly adequate, brushed my teeth in the kitchen sink. Ease of access to building and apartment with key code sent by Federico the day before arrival.
It could do with a few more utensils,such as a sharp knife for cutting fruit, and scissors for opening food packets. I didn't mind that there are no cooking facilities, though some people might be bothered by that.
