Relación calidad precio está bien, para ser de lo más económico es bueno, la ubicación es un poco lejana al “centro” pero nosotros la elegimos por la cercanía a pidurangala rock. No cuentes con poder ir andando y menos de noche o por la mañana temprano !!! Es muy peligroso por los elefantes salvajes. Los propietarios fueron muy amables y atentos. Nos ayudaron a gestionar un tuk tuk para que nos lleven temprano a pidurangala y a la vuelta nos hicieron un desayuno muy rico.

Intentaron vendernos souvenires, lo cual no lo veo mal. Lo que sí me decepcionó fue que nos dijo que los hacía él y después cuando hicimos los trekkings a pidurangala y lion rock estaban vendiendo los mismos idénticos !!! Mi recomendación como turista es que no se dejen engañar ni endulzar el oído, la mentablemente es así.

For a homestay to have no wifi, no fan in the room (during hot summer months) is quite unacceptable. I think Booking should have a SOP in place for properties that want to list themselves on the platform. Local transportation is a huge problem from this homestay, not to mention, not only there was no wifi, there was no cell phone signal either. I had booked for 2 nights but had to bail out in one day thereby losing second nights room payment. I know I'm not staying there anytime soon This is a very honest, unbiased review..

Family were very friendly and helped us rent bikes. They also had the most adorable playful puppy. We ate breakfast twice and both times were delicious. Feel extremely safe and was given advice about the area.

Only cold water, room was quite dark and very hot at night.

Es ist günstig und man kann da schlafen, es reicht völlig aus. Es ist sauber, da muss man sich nicht beklagen. Die Besitzer können nicht sehr gut englisch und sind etwas zu sehr auf Gespräche aus ( auch wollen sie ein bisschen was verkaufen). Die Anbindung ist per Bus ok, ansonsten ist dort nicht all zu viel in der Umgebung.

Nach dem Frühstück dort hatten wir beide leichte Magenprobleme ( das einzige Mal in diesem Urlaub).

Senu Homestay non rispecchia le aspettative perchè è molto diversa delle "normali guesthouse". Stare qui è stato come essere ospitate in famiglia, il cibo è veramente casalingo e tradizionale, la padrona di casa fa un ottimo rice and curry, suo marito è molto gentile e disponibile, tutto è molto semplice, accogliente ed economico.

C'è un po' di muffa sulle pareti del bagno, volendo essere pignola (ma a me mondava fastidio). E inizialmente mi sembrava che ci fosse e una discreta difficoltà di collegamento del luogo col resto del mondo, prima di scoprire che è comodamente servito dal bus (purtroppo non ricordo il numero),non solo da tuctuc privati. Io ho noleggiato una bici che mi ha procurato Sehani, il padrone di casa, dai vicini.

I just went to this place for work related stuff. Place is comfortable bed & the mattress & room was amazing but unfortunately there is no network connection at this area how ever the bad thing was they didn’t paided WiFi bill as well I was tried to call the property owner till I checked in the phone was working after checking the phone number they put number busy till I checked out I was tried to call more than one an half hour to the owner but phone was not worked also the WiFi as well

The location shrouded by the woods renders a quiet and some peace of its own. The hearty and tasty breakfast further amplified the experience. Thanks to the hosts.

I really loved the hospitality of the couple and their amazing food offer. They really went well above our expectations between recommendations and quality on the food. We had Vegetarian curry that night but they basically served us a huge amount of food all made from scratch and super delicious. The private bathroom does the job, cold shower but it really didn't bother us being a very hot day. The bed was clean and comfortable with a nice fan. It's 10 min away from Sigiryia Lion rock and Piturangala Rock. Thank to this we managed to hike both in 12hrs.

Very friendly hosts. They helped us with everything we needed. I really recommend.

Stay was comfortable but if you are looking to visit Sigiriya rock during sunrise you need to take a tuktuk.

The owner kept on switching off the Wifi which was irrigating.

Wonderful guesthouse and amazing hosts. Surrounded by beautiful nature and next to Pidurangala Rock, this guesthouse will give you an authentic local experience. Dinner was delicious and the best in 3 weeks Sri Lanka. Excellent wifi. Will come definitely again!

Hosts don’t speak English what makes communication quiet difficult. WiFi is not working. Location just to reach by taxi.

I was flabbergasted by the humility of the lovely host. It felt like I was in my own abode. I highly recommend this homestay and the location is convenient for visiting pidurangala rock and sigiriya lion rock as well.

I got an infection on my Finger. They helped me to go to the doctor. The food is good and the amount you get is huge.

İnternet not good... location acceptable

It was so far away from sigiria rock ( of course with walking) so I just had a option that I could get a tuk tuk, it wasn’t that good clean, they couldn’t understand English well

Quiet and beautiful surroundings. The hosts are super kind and welcoming. The food was really amazing and tasty. You have to buy the secret box from the owner 😁

We didn‘t meet the host but the parents in law which were very nice people and who immediately served a welcome juice from their own garden. We got help renting a scooter which was delivered to the homestay for 4,000 slr/day It was very family like stay. We even got to see the whole family pictures album. We also got cooled drinking water for a normal price. Dinner was 1200slr/person. It was good.

Unfortunately the parents in law didn’t speak too much english but it was enough to arrange everything. The room gets very hot at night. There is a fan but it is not doing too much. We couldn‘t stop the fan from swinging to keep the bed in focus.

Close to the sights, and bus can pick you up from the road next to the house. Amazing dinner for a good price; traditional, home cooked Sri Lankan food. Breakfast included was also very good. Sehani and his wife were very helpful and kind. They have many fruit trees and picked some fruits for me :)

The fan didn’t do much to cool the room

The owner and her family were very friendly people. They welcomed and treated us very pleasantly . They served us home made delicious Srilankan food. This location has no network coverage, but we were provided access to wi-fi connectivity. If you want to stay out of the city with Srilankan people, enjoying their culture and lifestyle , this will be a great option. I am so satisfied with their service 😊
