Kathleen is an amazing host! The house has everything you need and she leaves you some welcome goods, which are very useful. Would repeat and recommend.

Maison un peu atypique mais très fonctionnelle. Helen est aussi venu nous accueillir et nous donner des idées pour le séjour. La ville de Falcarrag'h est très chouette. Le quartier est particulièrement calme et la petite cour à l'arrière très agréable.

Very central yet exceptionally quiet. Short drive to lovely beaches and forest parks. Everything you’d need for a very pleasant trip. And our dogs settled in immediately.

WiFi was a little hit and miss

Everything. The perfect base for a stay in the town. Minutes walk from restaurants and bars but lovely quiet road. The house is so well presented and our host Kathleen was so lovely and couldn't do enough for us.

The host was there to greet us and tell us everything we needed to know about the area. She had also supplied fresh bread,cereal, milk, juice etc for breakfast. Most helpful and kind, a lovely lady.

Lovely, well equipped house in residential area of Falcarrach town. Access to property was very smooth and Kathleen, the host, popped in to ensure we had everything we needed. The provision of a fresh scone and food essentials were very welcome. I would definitely stay again.

The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. The property is located in a central area but there was no noise at night. The host was amazing, answered all of our questions, gave good advice about dining and hiking, and we felt very welcome. Would definitely book again.

Very well located for Falcarragh which was the main purpose of our trip. Also you have access to Ballyness pier and Drummatinny beach (easily one of the best beach walks you can do - it's stunning)

Property is in the heart of the village, walking distance from the main road. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable, we had really good sleep both nights. The host is very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back 😊

Water pressure could be better in the shower, but the temperature was perfect 👌

The location was perfect...in falcarragh town and right beside dunfanaghy and all the beautiful beaches nearby. Kathleen was so thoughtful and welcoming. We really appreciated the good bed linen and the food and other useful items that were left out for us. It is also a very dog friendly house!

DOG FRIENDLY was a great find and Kathleen was a great host made sure we were comfortable. House was spotless a lovely fresh loaf left which my partner really enjoyed plus basics like milk tea orange juice etc to get you started and if looking for a place to have a nice pint the shamrock which is also dog friendly 😀

Location-100m from main village street but quiet

Kathleen was a very welcoming and friendly host. The house was very clean and comfortable. A good location in the town and an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area.

Loved everything- exceeded our expectations and Kathleen proved a very considerate host. She really does think of everything and offers a wonderful home away from home for her guests. We had our dog with us and she was as warmly welcomed as we were so this is a truly dog-friendly option for those who consider their dogs members of the family.

Loved everything - the only thing we didn’t like was that our stay came to an end.

The location was perfect. It was walking distance from the crossroads and with quick access to N56, it was easy to get around Donegal. Bouns was the Irish bread that they give us when checking in, just like my Grandmother used to make it!!

The house was lovely and clean and so warm and cosy. Kathleen was so hospitable and left us a lovely welcome package and visited to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. She went above and beyond. Lovely and spacious for a family of 4 and dog friendly and as a bonus for us! We were delighted with our experience.

Shower wasn’t brilliant but didn’t hamper our stay.

Falcarragh was pleasant enough but the property is mid terrace on a (possibly social) housing estate.

I appreciate our hostess is new to the rental business but so much was just not quite right with the property. The layout is odd, but I accept changing this is not always practical and costs money. The bedding was polyester I think and not comfortable to sleep in and the mattresses hard resulting in 3 poor nights sleep. There is so much old furniture in the main living areas that make these rooms cramped and not that user friendly. We were provided with milk and a few satchets of tea/coffee and sugar and an individual apple pie each but little else. Our hostess did call by to provide information on how to operate the heating and hot water as this is not available in a welcome folder. She was very nice but generally needs to up her game. We would not stay here again.

Was very happy and definitely recommended

The property was spaces two reception rooms downstairs are kids used main room and we sat in the back room. Pets are allowed which was brilliant the back garden was enclosed and also allowed for us to park our car.It was very close to town Lots of takeaways restaurants and other shops and the beaches.

Property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Leaving us a welcome pack for breakfast was lovely as we were late into the property the previous evening.
