Sehr schöne und große Wohnung. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße hat nur minimal gestört. Der Vermieter reagiert bei Anfragen sehr schnell.

Ausstattung könnte bei Details noch ergänzt werden.

Große Terrasse (2.OG) mit Blick auf Fjord und Berge. Direkt im Zentrum gelegen unweit des Rema 1000. Komfortable Ausstattung mit sehr bequemen Betten. Unkompliziertes Check in Dank guter Beschreibung durch den Vermieter .

Parking is easy. Close to supermarket for buying shampoo and shower gel, as owner informed us they are not provided. Good EV charging station nearby. Nice view and external sitting area. Plenty of glasses if you want to have a party

Wifi unstable and very slow, almost useless. No forks, spoons or knives. We only found out after spaghetti were cooked. So have to let it cool down and eat with fingers. Owner was informed the first night. Having to carry big luggage upstairs.

הדירה מאד מרווחת ומאובזרת, יש שני חדרי שינה גדולים מאוד, סלון גדול עם מרפסת שמשקיפה לפיורד ומטבח מרווח.

המארחים, כנראה שזו חברה שמנהלת את הבניין, לא אדיבים במיוחד, במשך חודש ניסיתי לקבל מהם תשובה לגבי סידור המיטות בחדרי השינה. בפרסום היה רשום שיש מיטה זוגית ומיטת פוטון נוספת בכל חדר וניסיתי להבין מהם אם מדובר במיטה נפתחת כדי שתתאים לשני הילדים הגדולים שלי. קיבלתי מהם תשובה עמומה ולאחר שניסיתי להבין שוב פשוט התעלמו ממני. כשהגענו למקום הבנתי שבכלל לא מדובר במיטה אלא במזרן ילדים שנמצא מתחת למיטה בחדר. התלוננתי בפניהם וכל מה שהם הציעו לי זה להביא לי עוד מזרן, למרות שגם את זה בסוף לא עשו ופשוט התעלמו מהמצב. בנוסף, הדירה מאד מאד רועשת בלילה. היא ממוקמת על כביש שמסתבר שהוא כביש ראשי של העיירה ולא הצלחנו להירדם בלילה מהרעש - שומעים כל מכונית שעוברת, כל מישהו שמדבר למטה ברחוב, פשוט שומעים הכל אז אם חשוב לכם שקט - זה לא הדירה בשבילכם. ולקינוח - בלילה האחרון שלנו ככל הנראה שלחו מנקה לדירה שמעלינו שלא הפסיק להזיז ולגרור רהיטים כנראה כדי לנקות. עליתי אליו כדי לבקש שקט והוא אפילו לא פתח לי את הדלת. אולי זה היה דייר אבל אני בספק, ממש נראה ששלחו מישהו לנקות את הדירה - זה היה בשעה 11 בלילה.

Duży apartament z dobrym wyposażeniem.

Antresola na której znajdowały się łózka do spania dla 4 osób. Niestety aby się tam dostać należy poruszać się na czworaka.

דירה יפה מאוד על שפת המים. עיצוב נקי ונעים.יש מקום חניה נוחה בחינם מאוד קרוב לדירה, אבל אין בחניון נקודות טעינה.

אין מקום לעצור ולפרוק את הדברים ליד הדירה. החניון קרוב אבל לא צמוד לדירה וזה בעיה אם יש לך מזוודה כבדה. אנחנו היינו בקומה השניה. המדרגות לדירה צרות ותלולות והיה לא פשוט להעלות לשם את המזוודות שלנו שהיו די כבדות.

We’ve received very detailed useful information before checking in. The apartment was big enough to fit 6 people and was well equipped. Location was good, close to restaurants and shops.

It was a bit noisy at night due to the main road. The dishwasher has not been emptied after the departure of previous guests.

Konge beliggenhet, romslig og godt utstyrt. Og så kjekt med veranda.

Savnet litt mere oppheng til klær på soverom, bad. Og vært kjekt med en liten sittegruppe på verandaen.

De ligging, het uitzicht, mooi appartement

Hygiëne: vuilzakken vorige huurders waren niet weg, er stond koffie in de koffiezet met schimmel op, veel vogelkak op het terras

Gode senger, sentralt og flott leilighet. Lett kommunikasjon med eier. Vi koste oss!

Vi var seks personer, ikke kaffekopper til alle. Litt tungt å gå opp alle trappene med tung koffert, men det gikk bra!

Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Größe

In der gesamten Wohnung lagen schwarze Haare auf dem Boden, die Befestigung der Duschwand rausgebrochen, die Schlafzimmer sind nach vorne und so ist es auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern nachts sehr laut. Die Temperatur in der Wohnung, ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern, Türen innerhalb wenige Minute sehr hoch.

Läget var perfekt. Väldigt sköna sängar.

Balkongen behövde rengöras. Skulle varit bra med en sopborste.

Sehr große Räume, vernünftig ausgestattet, Sauberkeit ok.

Leider ist es in den Schlafzimmern sehr laut, die Hauptstraße ist direkt vor der Tür, im Badezimmer war die Steckdose ausgerissen, der Geschirrspüler stand voll da und mit schmutzigem Geschirr, die Terrasse ist verschmutzt gewesen und nicht nutzbar.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is modern, spacious, and well equipped. It has two separate bedrooms and two sleeping areas in the loft. The living room is large and has an amazing view. The location is excellent, right in the Odda centre by the promenade, with shops, cafés just a short walk away. The apartment is on the third floor and can only be reached by a staircase. This is something to keep in mind, but it wasn't a problem for us. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The dishwasher was full after our arrival; complaint was not resolved. Staff is unpleasant, he/she thinks that’s normal, guest could help to arrange dishwasher for previous guests ( I never had this experience around the world, this guesthouse is the only one who offered such unprofessional service) Except this, the oven was disgustingly dirty; nobody cleaned it. Old building without elevator, the wooden staircase is quite steep and creaks loudly with every step. It’s not recommended if you have large or heavy suitcases. The washing machine was out of order.

Fijne locatie in het centrum van Odda. Op het oog een mooi appartement met veel ruimte en fijne bedden om te slapen.

Het huis was verreweg van schoon: er lag nog vies bestek in de vaatwasser, schimmel in de badkamer. Bij aangeven hiervan gaven de hosts aan een schoonmaker te kunnen sturen: op zich netjes maar we waren met een baby waardoor schoonmaken tijdens slaapjes ook onhandig was, beter was dit hiervoor gedaan. Zou de accommodatie niet weer boeken.

Fine fasiliteter, store rom og gode senger.

Vannet forsvant dag 2, men utleier tok raskt kontakt og fikk ordnet opp.

Great apartment - all renovated, great view and perfect location to do some of Norway best hikes such as Trolltunga. Walking distance from grocery and other shops. We were 7 people and had a great time. Very comfortable! Large and free parking lot close by. Everything was perfect! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Odda. The apartment was exceptionally clean, cosy, comfortable, and very well maintained. It felt like a home away from home after long days of travelling through the beautiful Norwegian fjords. The location was excellent, with supermarkets, shops, and other amenities conveniently located nearby, making it easy for us to buy groceries and daily necessities. Everything we needed was within easy reach. The apartment was well-equipped, peaceful, and provided a perfect place to relax and recharge. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Odda and would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The apartment is located on the top floor, and there is no lift, so carrying heavy luggage up the stairs can be quite challenging, especially for older travellers. In addition, as it is an attic-style apartment on the third floor, some of the windows are positioned under the sloping roof. We occasionally bumped our heads on the low ceiling when standing near the windows, so guests need to be a little careful. Overall, these were minor inconveniences, and we still had a wonderful stay. We would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Odda.

Leider hatte man keinen schönen Fjordblick sondern vor allem einen Blick auf die große Fabrik, welche auch Nachts voll beleuchtet ist. Die Waschmaschine konnte nicht wirklich benutzt werden, weil die digitale anzeige nicht ging und man nicht wusste welches Programm ausgewählt ist etc., das Bad war extrem warm und man konnte daran auch nichts ändern, die Fernbedienungen funktionierten nicht wirklich und auch die Spühlmaschine hat nicht wirklich ihren Job gemacht sodass alles nochmal per Hand nachgespühlt werden musste. Und eine gute Schallisolierung gibt es nicht. Man kann jedes Auto und jeden Schritt in der Wohnung über einem hören. Parken vor Ort ist zwar kostenfrei möglich, aber nur maximal 4 stunden mit Parkuhr. Insgesamt war die Einrichtung zwar modern, aber an vielen Ecken abgenutzt oder defekt. Die Unterkunft sieht in booking.com wesentlich besser aus als vor Ort.

The location was great and the apartment was a good size

The instructions for entering the apartment were not great and should probably be updated. I messaged the owners to clarify some of the instructions for entering, but they did not reply until the next day. Thankfully we'd managed to get in to the property ourselves, otherwise we'd have potentially been stuck in Odda without accommodation for the night. Also, a fee things in the apartment need fixing (bathroom door handle was hanging off), although most of it is very well maintained.

Trappen var bratt og vanskelig for folk som ikke er fult funksjonshemmede. Mye støy fra trafikken, men det er jo en hovedvei igjennom Odda.

I booked this property by mistake on the wrong dates, unfortunately just after the free cancellation therms. The host refused to cancel my reservation for free even if the reservation was still 3 months ahead and the host had plenty of time to find another person booking it. The host also refused to change dates to the actual dates and refused to move my reservation to another or their countless property. Unfortunately this property is managed by a money obsessed company that does not care about their guests but just cares about profit. They have basically a monopoly in booking so you end up booking with them almost certainly if you plan to stay in Odda.

Fin og funksjonell leilighet som var meget sentrumsnært

Soverom ut mot Riksvei7 med mye trafikkstøy samt mye støy på natt fredag og lørdag da byens natt mat sted lå rett over veien utleier burde hapoolyst om at det kunne forventes mye støy

Midt i sentrums gatene. Vi var 4 voksne og hadde god plass. Det var i tillegg 4 senge plasser på hems. Moderne , ganske så fint. God høytaler med wifi tilkobling så kunne vi spille musikk fra Spotify osv. Nært til det vi trengte. God resturant i underetasjen.

Manglet fjernkontroll til tv, vi spurte etter det via app, de skulle se om de kunne sende en mann å løse det. Men, intet skjedde hørte ikke noe mer. Det var en Apple TV fjernkontroll der, vi mistenker noen har hatt med seg Apple boks og tatt med seg feil fjernkontroll…kunnne vært greit å se noe tv på kvelder da vi hadde gå turer dagtid. Middag på ettermiddag. Stort sett bra renhold, men sofa kunne vært støvsuget, så ut som de holder på å pusse opp i gang / trapp opp til leiligheten . Der så det ganske så fælt ut. Samt oppvask maskin vare full av skittent servise glasset ol. rart både leietakere og vaske personell ikke har satt det på.

Good big apartment with nice view. Presented all you need on the kitchen.

Big living room with very small heater. The whether was not so cold, but it was a pretty cold. 100 m2 is a looks like not correspond - due to the steps on top with just a small places of sleep-under the roof- just like balcony. Small pillows - need to take two. No lift in the building. Apartment is on the 3rd floor in old wooden building right along the road with the narrow ladder to come up. For me was ok- but if you have a lot of baggage, or fat man- will be not comfortable. I was asking 3 days before check in- and two days before check out to keep for me one day extra, but due to the problems with payment on Paypal they only wanted-( if you want to extend) and difficult communication with the host- I was lost the extra day and had to searching and move to another place- which was very uncomfortable for me due to the luck of time. Overall is ok.

Veldig kaldt i leiligheten, skulle vært varmepumpe

Vi likte godt beliggenheten midt i sentrum av Odda. Vær obs på endel "ragging" gjennom sentrum frddags og lørdagskveld og natt med mye bråk fra motor og musikk. Leiligheten var fint pusset opp og flott utsikt utover Sørfjorden.

Leiligheten inneholdt ikke 4 separate soverom slik det står på booking.com. Det er kun 2 soverom, sant en hems med en sovedel i hver ende. Der var en bratt trapp opp og det var ikke ståhøyde på hemsen, og ingen dør hvis du vil ha privatliv, så det var litt skuffende. Det er også veldig ekkolyd i stuedelen, så lurt å montere noe støydemping der. Det er også 3 etasje med trapper opp, det er greit å vite. Vi kom med en høygravid dame, en 3-åring og reiseseng, ++ Det ble litt tungt.

Rent, ryddig, koselig, gode fasiliteter.

Mislikte ingenting, men var kjedelig at ikke det var «vanlig tv», og at man måtte streame fra telefon etc.

Les lits étaient beaucoup trop mous.

Leiligheten var bra, men var ikke klar over at den lå i 3.etg. Hadde litt problemer med å komme meg opp og ned. Var ikke informert om . Savnet eggeglass og eggeskjærer. Ellers var alt bra.

Absolutely great apartment with two big rooms with huge beds, plus living room, kitchen and bathroom. Everything was clean, there was a dishwasher, washing machine and a big TV in every room. Central Parking was close to the apartment and there were good options for walking the dog :)

Lot of space, central location and a great view.

I couldn't hang my jacket anywhere, there are no hooks or a wardrobe. The appartment is on the street and I could hear the cars from the sleeping room.

We loved our stay here - check in was super easy with clear instructions for parking and access. The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The large dining table and living room space made it easy to unwind with friends after a long hike at trolltunga. We also appreciate the availability of a washer/dryer after hiking in the rain!

Not really a dislike and a super minor thing - but we couldn't figure out how to turn on the range hood in the kitchen. Some instructions can be helpful! :D

Velmi prostorný, čistý apartmán v centru, obchody i restaurace v blízkosti, blízko parkoviště zdarma, blízko autobusové nádraží odkud jezdí shuttle busy na Trolltungu.
