The apartment wasn't ready at 7PM for check in and I had to wait outside for them to clean the apartment. They did a very hasty job and it wasn't cleaned properly. The owner was very keen to let us know that checkout was at 10AM, I wish they were that keen with checkin too. No shampoo or other shower necessities were provided, no bath mats either.

Keuken is enorm maar je kan nergens mee koken. Er was maar 1 pan en weinig glazen wel heel veel messen om.mee te snijden........ Het grootste probleem is dat ze buiten booking.com extra geld willen voor verzekering voor normaal slijtage van het huis. Hiervoor wordt een andere app gebruiken om contact te hebben waar ook een ID/paspoort in moet en een selfie.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Nádherný výhled na fjord i celé městečko Odda. Ubytování bylo super prostorné - 4 ložnice, kuchyň i obývací část. Vybavení bylo čisté a nové. Odda je skvělé místo pro start výletů - ať už na ledovec nebo Trolltungu, nebo na spoustu dalších míst - ať už zvolíte přiblížení autem, autobusem nebo i loď. Postele jsou pohodlné a prostorné, obývací pokoj funkční pro odpočinek. Kuchyň prostorná a dobře vybavená - nechyběly filtry do kávovaru, ani tablety do myčky.
V domě jsou 3 apartmány a ke každému by mělo být 1 parkovací místo. Bohužel, když jsme přijeli (pršelo) a naše slíbené místo bylo zabráno auty z jiného apartmánu, a ještě nám ihned vynadala naproti bydlící sousedka, že u domu nad námi rozhodně parkovat nesmíme (a nechtěla si nechat vysvětlit, že si chceme jen vyndat zavazadla a následně auta přeparkovat někam jinam). Toto nebylo ze strany ubytování dobře komunikováno (té jiné skupině ubytovaných). Parkovat se dá bez problémů nahoře u hřbitova, ale tahat těžké kufry 300m z kopce a následně do kopce v dešti opravdu nechcete. Bylo by dobré umístit např. ceduli u parkovacího stání, že náleží k apt. č. 1-3, aby se předešlo konfliktům. V Oddě může navíc být opravdu nepříjemné počasí (jako jsme měli my), kdy každý den prší, bylo by dobré na to v ubytování myslet a například nabídnout sušáky na boty.

Ein wenig Liebe in den Außenbereich gesteckt, hätte das Erlebnis wunderbar abgerundet. (Gras gemäht, Tisch mit Stühlen, Altes weg) Ein fester Stellplatz wäre wünschenswert.

Der manglede gryder i køkkenet, var lit ærgerligt når man selv ville lave mad. Der var ikke gardiner til alle vinduer, - gjorde at det var meget lyst for den person der sov på sovesofaen i stuen.

Jammer dat er niet een buitenterrasje was met een paar stoelen, er is genoeg ruimte voor en we hadden super mooi weer. De regen-douche was wat slap terwijl de hand-douche de hele badkamer nat maakt zoveel druk staat daarop, misschien even naar kijken….

Het appartement is gehorig en je hoort de bovenburen. Daarnaast is het parkeren erg krap.

Im Wohnzimmer gibt es das Schlafsofa. Leider kann man im Wohnzimmer keine Vorhänge oder sonstiges ziehen. Im Sommer bleibt es sehr lange hell ab Abend/Nacht und somit kann nichts verdunkelt werden. Dies ist sehr ungünstig für die Person auf dem Schlafsofa.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Great place with an Odda view, as accomo is named. As a single traveller, the place was spacious, and was booked specifically for it's facilities - washer/dryer. The place also had heaters which dried my snow gloves overnight.
I didn't realise this place was up a few hills and corners. It was difficult rolling up a large suitcase to get there. But if you have a car, no problems at all!

Parking was tricky in a narrow road got our big car. A few minutes walk away however there is a chapel with plenty of on street parking.

Reviewed May 20, 2026Schoon, netjes en ruim appartement. Heerlijke bedden en mooie ligging met prachtig uitzicht. Het in en uitcheckproces was eenvoudig en alles was goed aangegeven & duidelijk. De host was makkelijk te bereiken.
Er was weinig keuze in pannen, ook de kwaliteit van de pannen was minder.

Dekketøy på kjøkkenet var skittent, fant veldig gamle rester av mat i oppvaskmaskinen. Dårlig skiltet til parkering av biler, fikk tilsnakk av nabo for feilparkering.

Parkeringsplass på veldig smal vei (var opptatt av andre under vårt opphold). Anbefaler å sjekke alternative parkeringsmuligheter. Utsjekking viste seg å være klokka 10.00 og ikke 11.00 som det sto i annonsen.

Gulvet var ikke helt rent da vi kom. Det kunne vært tilgang på en ekstra pute til soving.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026First and foremost the host communicated with me about checkin process with easy to understand procedures. The check-in procedures were very important as I was driving from Oslo and would be checking in at a late hour. Communication with the host was clear and concise as I received a quick response noting that the email with the code to obtain the key was provided and I could checkin at anytime. Once I arrived in the middle of the night I was quickly able to access the home. Please note that the check-in procedures provided clear instructions on parking. Upon arrival and entry into the apartment was clean and appealing to the eyes. My 3 day stay was comfortable/relaxing and afforded the opportunity to hike Trolltunga. The apartment and all its accommodations were perfect for the situation. Especially the wash/dryer and Kitchen. Overall the apartment greatly contributed to making the stay in Odda enjoyable and comfortable.
There was nothing that I did not like. Due to arriving late at night I was not able to observe the designated no parking signs until the daylight hours. Pay close close attention to the no parking signs.

La cocina tiene todo lo que necesitas para cocinar, es grande y muy cómoda. El salón super comodo. Sentarte en el sofá y disfrutar de las vistas es un privilegio. La habitación y la cama fantástica. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Aunque leí comentarios negativos sobre el aparcamiento, debo decir que tengo un coche grande y no he tenido ningún problema para aparcar en la misma puerta, solo debes dejarlo lo más cerca del muro. La comunicación con el propietario fue fantástica.

You’ll see it mentioned in the other reviews but the one issue above all others is the parking. We have a wide EV and it seemed too wide to park on the street even with the door just a few centimeters from the wall. I ended up parking up by the chapel as recommended but that’s a bit of a walk. I loved the unit and I loved the view but the parking was really not great.

Tuin rommelig, gehorig in onderste appartement. Parkeren een beetje krap naast muur, boven bij begraafplaats meer plek.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2025Check in was simple. The apartment was well-equipped and we had a comfortable stay. From the apartment, we could see the town of Odda against the backdrop of the surrounding mountains. Simply beautiful.
The floor was a bit dusty. Parking took some effort because the car had to be parked very close to the wall to ensure that there is sufficient space for passing cars. This cannot be helped as the road is narrow.

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025Great view of fjord and Odda. Nice accommodation, especially after long day hiking at Trolltunga — good shower and comfortable bed!! Kitchen was also very nice, and had all the necessary utensils to cook meals.
Parking was tight but manageable, but was also known in advance. Front yard (apartment 1) could have been trimmed up a bit, and a small table put outside for nice days (which we were fortunate to have!)…but understand there’s probably a lot of rainy days to make that thought impractical.

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025+ Восхитительный вид + Вежливый хозяин, безконтактное поселение(чёткие инструкции) + Чисто + Много места + Много посуды, моющее, туалетные принадлежности + Посудомойка(были таблетки) + Стиральная машинка(нет порошка) + Кофемашина + Фен + Удобное размещение розеток по всей квартире + Много полотенец + Стильно В летнее время продуктовые магазины работают и в воскресенье. Есть тропинка, чтоб сократить дорогу, если идёте пешком. Пройдите вверх по улице- один из лучших видов на фьорд.
- Нет микроволновки - Тонкие перекрытия между этажами(соседи сверху сильно топали, что мешало спать) - Нет штор в гостиной( хоть спальное место есть) - Тяжеловатый подъем без машины(но это известно изначально)

Reviewed Jul 25, 2025Large clean space, enough for our family of 4. The house appears old from the outside but has been newly remodeled. A washing machine was in the unit so we could clean our clothes mid-vacation. The beds were large and comfortable. Full size fridge. We stayed in Unit 3, and the view of Odda from the living room was beautiful.
Parking! Parking is on the road next to the unit and is not well-marked. We never had a problem finding a space, but we were not 100% sure if that was our designated space for the unit. You park very close to a wall, so all passengers must exit on one side of the car. Also the staircase going up to the unit is a small with low ceilings -- watch your head.
