Golden Utopia

Overall, I liked the apartment and the staff's service, and therefore I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend their holidays in a very safe and peaceful place.

In the bathrooms, there were no hand showers at the sinks, and I suggest providing toothbrushes and a small tube of toothpaste for guests.

Boa localização para o que pretendia, o lugar é tranquilo, sem barulho.

Prometem fazer limpeza na casa mas não fazem, deixam os hóspedes a merecer, deve

The condominium

Distance to mall but even do i loved the place

The location was great, a great community feel in the neighborhood. My boy played wth all the other children, he had a great time. The place had all the amenities we needed. Parking our car in a garage was a huge plus and having our own secure, safe space as a family. The owner/manager was very helpful and conscientious even though there were some set backs at the beginning and end of our stay. Thank you for a great stay and a warm welcome.

From the pictures it looked amazing but when you got there you realized that its maybe good for African standards but not German/UK standards. Little things like paint finishes, a couple cracked windows, screw holes in the walls. Batteries need replacing in the front door system, remote control for air con not working effectively. Also one didn't feel the freedom to open the windows at night for fresh air because there was no insect netting. One also had to get used to having flood lights on outside for the whole night. A great security feature but interesting to adapt to. The black out curtains helped but then you were reliant on air conditioning. The place felt a little insecure due the nature of the windows, one had to keep them closed. These are all small things, but I suppose thats what makes the difference between good and exceptional. The place was good in my opinion.

It's well located, clean and easy to access and secure, nice internet.

Would prefer a shower in second bathroom. Nothing else.

This place is very beautiful, nicely furnished, amazing location and will leave you speechless as to how incredible the accommodation is. It’s look even more beautiful in person. Location excellent with a shopping centre located less than 1km away and other facilities very close by as well. The host is amazing and well professional and accommodated us with flexible check in times to accomodate us. The host provided detailed instructions for check in and check out and amazing customer experience. Definitely recommend this accommodation and will be back.

The facilities were top tier and the location was close to the mall.

The noise from the neighborhood, they had a party throughout the night and it really disturbed our sleep.

We had an incredible stay at this accommodation! It exceeded all our expectations, from the immaculate facilities to the thoughtful touches throughout. The host was absolutely wonderful, making us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. Highly recommend!

We prepared our own breakfast, however the facility offered all the kitchen equipment which made very convenient for us.

Nothing, we felt safe and very much satisfied with everything.
