No mosquito net, bathroom was unclean and when I asked if it could be cleaned, hairs were just swirled around the floor with a mop. Explained I had just had my phone stolen and the owner suggested if I wanted somewhere cleaner I should find another hotel. Asked if I could leave my luggage the next day before my flight and the owner arrived an hour late then the agreed time to collect my luggage

Las camas son demasiado duras. El baño no es demasiado cómodo. Debería haber mosquitera en la ventana del baño. El aire acondicionado sale demasiado fuerte y no se puede regular.

La pulizia generale non era il massimo ma tutto sommato accettabile. Posizione non vicinissima alla parte bella della città.

Byla to hrůza, fotografie ani trochu neodpovídají realitě. Měli jsem mít manželský pokoj deluxe s balkonem, žádný tam nebyl. Koupelna hrozná a špinavá, postel nepovlečená a pomačkaná. Přijeli jsme do ubytování ve 2:00 ráno, měli jsem rezervovanou jen jednu noc po příletu, tak už jsme to neřešili a ráno jsem odjížděli. Ale rozhodně nedoporučuji, nevím, jak toto ubytování získalo takové hodnocení. Jediné, co můžeme hodnotit pozitivně byla paní domácí, která byla moc milá.

The bed and linens were spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax. The bathroom was also sparkling clean and well maintained. The host was very kind, friendly, and always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The location is perfect—very close to the beach and situated in the city area, making it easy to access restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and everything else you may need. I highly recommend Bhashiz Villa to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. I would definitely visit again!

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026ホテルというよりも個人のお宅の一室をお借りしたという感じだった。部屋は狭いが快適で清潔なベッド、天井ファンとテーブルとゴミ箱があり、最低限必要なものはあった。トイレも清潔で、トイレットペーパーもあった。シャワーはお湯が出なかったが暑いので問題なかった。ボディシャンプーとシャンプーもあった。朝食はトーストとバタージャム、フルーツとコーヒーで価格の割には良かった。朝食は9時からだったのに、私が7時からと聞き違えて、催促した形になり8時に用意してくれた。スタッフの方に迷惑をかけた。 立地はビーチの近くで、通り沿いにたくさんの飲食店があるが、スリランカの物価からいうと観光地価格であった。
エアコンがないのはしょうがないんだけど、夜になって外気温が下がっても、部屋の中はそれほど気温は下がらない。窓はあるので排熱の仕組みを工夫するといいのではないかと思う。天井のファンをぶん回してなんとかしのいだ。

The linen was fresh, clean, and perfectly arranged, making the room feel very comfortable and relaxing. What stood out the most was the warm hospitality of the host. They were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Bhaziz Villa to anyone visiting Negombo who is looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place with excellent hospitality. I would definitely love to stay here again

the villa is across road from a church, which had very loud services between 4 and 6 in the morning. VERY LOUD. and went on between 1 to 2 hours depending on the day, every day. not good if you are a light sleeper, like myself. OK if the noise doesn't bother you.

The balcony is good but also felt a little forgotten about and the water pressure isn’t too good.

1. The owner is not trustworthy. She agreed on something previous evening and next day she completely denied. This attitude can lead the customer in big trouble. Do not believe her verbal agreement as she can change her position anytime. 2. The approach staircase is not very safe. 3. Lots of mosquito and cockroach will live with you in the room. 4. Doormats were too dirty to use. 5. Overall hygiene level is low.

Chambre avec armoire, bureau et fauteuil ce qui est rare au Sri-Lanka, on peut ranger ses affaires le placard ferme à clé, sécurité toute relative mais c'est très rare au Sri-Lanka. Chambre propre, salle de bain propre, on peut faire sècher un peu de linge sur le balcon. Balcon avec 2 fauteuils. Bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner OK pain toast et omelette. Très bien placé pour les restaurants je recommande très fortement.

Reviewed Mar 2, 2026Lovely little guesthouse. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. And they let me check in early. Location in terms of restaurants and beach is very good.
Unfortunately the church across the road started their service at 5:30am and it is broadcast to the street through loud speakers. Even with ear plugs it woke me up. Hopefully this is just on Sundays.

Pokój mniejszy niż w ogłoszeniu. Zdjęcia na bookingu nie oddają rzeczywistości. Czystość pokoju i łazienki przeciętna poniżej oczekiwań. Brak czajnika i nieczynna lodówka.

À mon arrivée à l’hébergement il n’y a personne, en sachant qu’ils m’ont demandé mon heure d’arriver et que j’ai répondu pour prévenir de mon arrivée en début d après midi . Climatisation très bruyante . Pas d’eau chaude Pas d’explication concernant où aller prendre le petit déjeuné. Mon avion part en fin de journée, je demande si c’est possible de garder mon sac jusqu’à 15h et si je peux prendre une douche avant de partir. On me demande 2000 roupie pour une douche et garder mon sac. Je trouve le prix excessif au vue des locaux. Alors que l’hôtel juste à côté avec piscine vue mer me demande 1000 roupies pour l’accès à la piscine, garder mes sacs et pouvoir prendre une douche

Ich konnte leider nicht so abreisen, wie ich wollte, da das Tor erst ab 8 Uhr geöffnet wird. Zimmer ist sehr einfach eingerichtet, Wasserdruck reichte mir leider nicht um Haare zu waschen.

Había desayuno incluido pero el horario finalmente no correspondía con el de la reserva, había planeado poder desayunar e irme al aeropuerto pronto 7am-8am y no pude.. lo cual me dificultó todo, solo aceptaban efectivo, tuve que ir a sacar más dinero con comisión en el cajero, siendo el último día. No se se me torció un poco todo. Después el tuk tuk no tenía cambio y le tuve que dar 5000... Cuando costaba 1000.
