Such a great place :-) Komang and his family are lovely. The place is very peaceful, with a nice view (not the gym, but that's no big deal). Good AC and WiFi. Perfect!

L’emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de la plage d’Amed et à un peu moins de 20 minutes à pied de la plage de Jemeluk. Le propriétaire propose également un service de taxi, ce qui est pratique si vous avez besoin de vous déplacer. Il y a un meuble qui se ferme à l’aide d’une clé ce qui est rassurant si vous voulez laisser des affaires un peu sensibles quand vous sortez.

La douche n’était pas très pratique, on mettait de l’eau partout sur les toilettes et il y avait plusieurs traces d’humidité sur les murs de la salle de bain qui ont été camouflées par de la peinture. Les serviettes de bain pourraient être changées car elles n’essuient pas bien. Le logement est assez basique mais pour le prix ça ne nous a pas vraiment dérangé.

just the bathroom could do an upgrade, maybe a shower box installed would already make a huge difference. a little window would be also nice. other than that, all good!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Zimmer ist simpel aber hat alles was man braucht. Ich fand es sehr gut mal einen richtigen Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl zu haben. AC hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die kleine Terasse mit dem Garten davor war schön um etwas zeit draußen zu verbringen. Der Garten ist wie die Unterkunft simpel und einfach gehalten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich Mega. Das Gym gegenüber hat mich mich nicht weiter gestört. Die Hauptstraße entlang des Amed Beach kann theoretisch zu Fuß erschlossen werden, bis Jemeluk Bay sind es nur 20 min zu Fuß, Amed Beach liegt direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite. Restaurants sind überall in Laufdistanz. Die Gastgeber sind für mich jedoch das Herz der Unterkunft. Sie leben selbst nicht vor Ort aber kommen in der Regel zwei mal am Tag vorbei. Sie sind wirklich ein unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Paar. Ich habe eine Tour mit Komang durch die nähere Umgebung Ameds gemacht und er hat mich auch zur neuen Unterkunft gebracht, da er einen Taxiservice hat. Seine Frau hat mich gleich am ersten Abend zu einem Restaurant gebracht, da ich auf der Suche nach einem lokalen Warung für authentisches Essen war. Wirklich eine reizende Familie!

Das einzige was mir persönlich gefehlt hat war die Möglichkeit einen Kühlschrank (wenn auch gemeinschaftlich) zu nutzen. Es gibt Trinkwasser zum Zapfen zur Verfügung, dieses steht allerdings draußen auf der Terasse und heizt sich zumindest im vorderen Zimmer über den Tag enorm im Plastik Kanister auf. Ich hatte teilweise wirklich Trinkwasser das die Temperatur von Badewasser hatte und viele Stunden brauchte, um abzukühlen. Und das obwohl ich den Knopf für kaltes Wasser am Spender benutzt habe. Ich weiß nicht ob der Spender einfach kaputt war, oder ob die Sonne so stark auf die Terrasse scheint, dass das Gerät es nicht schafft das Wasser abzukühlen. Ggf. würde aber ein anderer Standort für den Wasserspender oder vielleicht auch eine Abdeckung schon Abhilfe schaffen. Eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit auf der Wiese wäre auch schön gewesen, das ist dann allerdings schon meckern auf hohem Niveau. Es ist wirklich ein toller kleiner Ort für Budget-Traveller!

特にないが、連泊するとホコリ等もたまるので軽い掃除用にホウキ等があるといいと思う。

Cette toute petite homestay ( 2 chambres seulement )est tenue par un couple adorable et disponible . La chambre est grande et propre ainsi que la salle de bains . Une petite terrasse, bien équipée , avec table , chaises , eau chaude et froide , permet de prendre le thé ou le café ( fournis ) dans le jardin . L' hôtesse propose des massages ( excellents ) et l' hôte fait aussi taxi . L' emplacement est central , à 50 ms de la plage et à proximité des principaux commerces et restaurants . Enfin le rapport qualité prix est imbattable .

Rien , c'est un sans faute .

很安靜的地方，很難想像走出巷子是一條吵雜的馬路。民宿有一個典型的峇里島漂亮小花園。旁邊有家健身房。走50步就到主要大路，就有很多餐廳、店鋪、旅遊諮詢（可以預定各種行程），換錢所。有任何問題可以用WhatsApp來聯絡主人，可以幫忙處理交通等。接送的司機komag先生親切健談。komag 太太也很好，可以幫忙油壓按摩，在自己的房間按摩，因為優惠住客按摩收費100千而已，也按的很好。有飲水機，算是開飲機，有熱開水可以泡麵。房間非常簡單陽春，床蠻大的。房間有5個燈泡算蠻明亮的。冷氣出門可以不中斷，這麼炎熱的天氣，回民宿立刻沁涼真是棒啊。

廁所馬桶有尿垢。

Had an excellent stay at Giri Homestay. The place was super clean and very comfortable, with great hot water and strong pressure—always a win after a long day. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which made everything easy. The owners are genuinely lovely and welcoming, and the whole place has a peaceful, relaxed vibe. The bed was really comfortable too, so I slept well every night. Would highly recommend staying here!

Новые, чистые номера. Есть все необходимое. Небольшой дворик с красивыми растениями, на веранде очень приятно сидеть, пить кофе. Кстати, кофе бесплатный. Соседи друг другу не мешают. Рядом пляж, кафешки. Вечером над головой летают летучие мыши.

Было очень много насекомых. Такое количество ещё не попадалось в других отелях, возможно это особенности данной местности. В номере на потолке мы обнаружили огромного паука, на веранде под тумбочкой оказался муравейник, так же заползали червяки, вечером на свет летит много больших жуков, они даже бьются об стеклянные двери. Но несмотря на этих насекомых сам по себе отель отличный, чистый, удобный. Поэтому оценку занижать не стала.

Clean, quiet and conveniently located. Has a great shower too. Perfect place to spend a few days in Amed within my budget.

Very clean, hot shower, no moldy smell, outdoor area to sit and work/eat, very warm and welcoming owners. Help us with taxi service offered by them. Just close to the main street.

Facing a gym- if you don’t close the curtains they can see inside. Would suggest adding a privacy panel to the fence to have more privacy. But not a big issue at all!

Легко и быстро можно заселиться, даже без встречи с хозяином - это прям супер!) Расположение отличное, можно сказать в центре Амеда. И уединенно, чуть в стороне от дороги.

Но петухи.. кажется их стало у соседей больше, чем в мой прошлый приезд полгода назад. С петухами под боком некомфортно. В ванной не было ни единого маленького кусочка мыла. Было бы здорово класть что-то, чем можно хотя бы руки помыть. Ткань полотенец очень неприятная (будто синтетика), и воду впитывает плохо.

La femme de ménage a mis beaucoup trop de spray dans l’appartement… une odeur forte est restée pendant 3 jours

Chambre propre, simple et pratique, petite terrasse, eau à disposition, plage à 100m, tous commerces à côté (club de plongée, restaurant, salle de sport, etc)

도착했을때 미리 준비 되있던 셀프 얼리체크인 깨끗한 객실과 이쁜 정원 객실이 2개라 프라이빗한 느낌 주인이 매우 친절해요 아메드를 떠난뒤 잃어버린 선글라스를 식당에서 찾아서 우붓으로 배달해주셨어요 너무 감사했습니다 ! 위치도 중심가 입니당 헬스장을 찾으면 찾기 쉬워요

화장실에서 페인트 냄새가 좀 나긴했지만 화장실도 깔끔하고 좋았습니다 !

L espace dans le logement, le fait qu'il y ait clim et ventilo pour alterner . La proximité avec le centre tout en étant un peu à l écart . Le café en libre service 👍

En fait comme dans toute l île ils ont un problème avec le calcaire dans la mesure où ils n ont pas de recette pour nettoyer les salle de bain alors je leur ai expliqué l utilisation du vinaigre blanc avec eau chaude ....affaire à suivre Pour l état de propreté à amed x est comme tout le reste de Bali ( de l Indonésie ? )c est immonde aux alentours , des ordures jonchent les routes, rivières ...depuis un mois de voyage ici ou nusa ou Lombok c est pareil

This small courtyard with a great check-in experience, clean and quiet, is cleaned by the couple every day. It is located on the main street of Amed, and it is very convenient to have meals and buy things at the nearby convenience store. It is highly cost-effective!

Unfortunately there was very heavy rain in Amed, which made the access road to the homestay a bit unconvenient to pass by foot without getting the shoes soaked in water. But that has nothing to do with the homestay.

Very clean and spacious room, very helpful Homestay owner who went out of his way to help me when my bike broke down on the way to the homestay as well as on my onward travel.

Excellent location and value for money. Beach, restaurants, etc. all in walking distance. Clean and spacious room. The owner went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. 2x rooms so ideal for 2 friends wanting to stay next to each other. There's a gym right in front with a view of people working out, which could either excite you or not. Privacy-wise, curtains are your friends. Or the property could plant some plants :). Definitely recommend!!

The location is amazing. It’s in the heart of Amed without facing a busy road. The bed was very comfortable. The place was really clean, it didn’t feel claustrophobic. The garden is beautiful. I stayed only one night, but I wish I had stayed more.

The property has nothing to do with this but waking up to next door gym’s 8am boot camp session wasn’t fun.

Perfect location, in the center of Amed, cute clean room with a garden view, and very comfortable bed. I had a great stay there, totally recommend :)

Great location: Central, but far enough from the main street that it is quiet. The host is really nice and kind as well. Quite private. For information, the entrance is opposite the "No Fear" diving shop.

A little back from the main road so nice and quiet. Air con works great. Room clean every couple of days. The owner can help with organising taxis. Oh and right next to a really nice gym!

Just little things, nothing major The lock on the wardrobe door didn’t work. We didn’t get more toilet roll when we ran out.

Good location in Amed. Close to restaurants and private (we were in a room at the very back). AC worked but could be better. Shower facilities fine. There is space to park a bike if required. Room is a good size. They do offer transport services.

No drinking water facilities or fridge to keep beverages cool.

The location is excellent for walking to great beach, snorkel spots and restaurants. Clean, fresh and everything you need. Simple and quiet!

We really enjoyed staying at Giri Homestay. The owners are caring and kind individuals. The accommodation is simple, however, the internet connection was one of the best that we had so far in Bali!

Nice quiet location just off the main road so still easy to get everywhere. The bed was huge and the room was really clean and well looked after. The hosts were lovely, friendly and helpful.

Would have been nice to have some shower gel and a shelf in the bathroom.

I booked it for two nights. Everything was perfect from my point of view. I wanted to be calm for a few days and in Giri Homestay you get it. A room with bathroom, super good and fast internet which made me rebook for 4 days more. I could work online with no problem. There’s a little table with chair. Close to main road with the gym opposite of the Homestay. Even though the family doesn’t live there you feel very welcomed. If you can don’t miss out the opportunity to book it!

Very nice place owned by the nicest family, everything is brand new and really clean, you have hot shower, AC, and hot water in the morning if you want tea. It's so close to everything, the beach, dive centers, restaurants and cafés but i was never disturbed at night by any noise, so nothing bad to say!

Very Friendly owner, Very Clean, Value for money and has a nice view. I enjoyed everything about this place.
