Location
Too expensive for the quality of the room. Also, the person in charge was very quick to ask for the payment of the room in cash the day I arrived but never gave back the 2-3 dollars of rest. I didn't care about the dollars but the gesture of not even trying. Also, no payment receipt was offered. That's not ok.
The lady who received us was wonderful, and tried her best to help us enjoy our stay. The room was relatively clean, and there were towels, a toilet and a shower. The AC worked well. So did the wifi. The proprietor was very understanding when we forgot to pay and left. He waited for two days until we found a friend to go and pay him in cash. A lot of goodwill.
We had a very difficult time finding the hotel, there were no name signs, and the building looked very shabby. It was a bad surprise when we understood that what looked like a semi open prison was in fact the hotel that we were searching for. The place looked more like somebody's house than a hotel, with barred doors and windows and walls that have not been painted for a long time. The windows of our room were barred, very small and high, and looked to a wall. The fridge did not work, nor the kettle. In fact, if you need a bed, a toilet and a shower in a cool room, it is perfect. If you need more comfort, this is not the place.
