Отличное место, рядом есть парк, метро находилось не очень далеко! Каждое утро вкусный и разнообразный завтрак 😍

Понравилось всё, от уборной до завтрака, входящего в стоимость проживания и даже вид из окна порадовал шикарной футбольной площадкой на фоне красивого заката.

Great and quiet location behind the mountain. It’s nicely hidden from the bustling city center, with just a 15 minute metro ride away. Qiujiawan metro station is just about 7 minute walk from the hotel. Very convenient!

Nothing to dislike. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was delicious and rooms were comfortable and well equipped.

you need to pay a deposit when you check in which you need to ask for at check out / it takes some time / breakfast - coffee machine was broken / instead of bakon there is something else ( did not taste good )

Lovely, warm, welcoming, helpful staff. It’s a little far out of the city, which we loved as a break from the hustle. It was the perfect stay for our family of 4. The kids area and gym are great, and our room was amazing, but the staff really made it an incredible stay.

Het ontbijt. Niet geschikt voor andete gasten dan chinees. Nu moet ik wel zeggen dat de gasten hoofdzakelijk chinees waren.

The apartment was very spacious. The 3 bedrooms fitted our meeds perfectly. Beds were very comfortable and each room was fitted with a large flatscreen tv. The spacious living room had a huge flatscreen TV and sound system which we could connect our mobile phones to, to play from Spotify. Bathrooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. We didn’t use the kitchenette though as it seems that we had to sign up for an account to activate it. Service staff were friendly and accommodating. Even arranged a small cake and flowers for me, after knowing that it was my birthday on the day we checked in. Very touched by their warmth!

Maybe the location of the apartment is quite isolated. Also, the in house restaurant is only open in the morning (for breakfast), and there is limited number of eateries within walking distance (although I must say they are reasonably priced and tasted good). However, taxis are easily accessible and very affordable in Chongqing, so that helped.

Spacious apartment, with basic kitchen and washing machine, room/building/hardware are all clean and relatively new it seems, 24 hours reception, walking distance to nearby MRT station, happy with the breakfast provided too, good value for money if one doesn't mind that it is located in slightly remote area without any cafe/convenient store or anything in sight. very close to one of the major train station in Chongqing.

consider the price and the room/hardware that is being offered, it is good value for money, but obviously the price for that is that it is located in a slightly remote location/neighbourhood without anything in sight, but still easily accessible by MRT or didi/taxi.

We liked everything, from the very friendly staff, some at the reception spoke English, to the spacious apartment we had. The breakfast was also good with lots of variety. Our stay was a ten out of ten for us!

Nothing to complain

Located at quiet new township, I found it very soothing to stay away from the popular central across the river bank. Yet, it is still very accessible by rapid transit station just few stations away. Breakfast was very hearty and pampering. Staff are friendly and helpful, even over the parcels dispatch. Overall, it had been very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Well-maintained, clean house. Large, comfortable, very well-equipped room. Very good breakfast. Highly recommended!

It's a bit far away from the metro station. Staff doesn't speak English, and communication with the translator is not very effective..

The cleaning is rather superficial, but compared to other hotels in China, it’s above average. It’s a bit far from the city center, but you can get there in about 30 minutes by Didi. The breakfast is very good, with both international and local options. A deposit is required at check-in, which is refunded a few days after checkout. Overall, a good value for money for Chongqing.

A gentileza da equipe foi um grande diferencial. As meninas da recepção foram incríveis. Uma delas no ajudou a comprar um vinho pela sua conta no app. Pois não tínhamos um número de telefone Chinês. Meu especial agradecimento ao Staff. O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso. O apartamento é maravilhoso. Espaçoso. Lindo. O hotel entrega muuto mais do que oferece.

O sofá cama na realidade é um sofá grande. Não abre para virar uma cama. Mas isso foi somente um detalhe.

Excellent hôtel. Personnel sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner. Emplacement apprécie métro à proximité.

En soit rien, tout était bien mais cela aurait pu être mieux si il avait une attention plus poussé sur le ménage de salle de bain.

Ogromny apartament, poza sypialniami duży pokój z aneksem kuchennym, pralka i suszarka w apartamencie. Wszystko co potrzebne na miejscu: kapcie szlafroku, środki do prania i zmywarki. Idealne miejsce by podładować bateryjki w podróży, odświeżyć swoje ubrania, ugotować coś po swojemu i ruszyć w dalsze objeżdżanie Chin. Personel bardzo miły, pomocny i uśmiechnięty. Widać, że lubią interakcje z klientem. Blisko metra. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Na ulicach sporadycznie można spotkać ludzi czy pojedyncze auta.Szczerze polecam, miejsce odmienne od typowych przeludnionych Chin. Bardzo smaczne śniadania z dużym wyborem opcji.

Na śniadaniu przydałby się trochę większy wybór dań europejskich; jajecznica, owsianka, smażony bekon czy prawdziwe europejskie pieczywo.

My stay at this hotel apartment was absolutely wonderful. The room was incredibly spacious, providing a truly comfortable and relaxing environment. One of the biggest highlights was the fantastic range of amenities, especially having a washing machine right in the room, which made a huge difference during my trip. To top it all off, the free breakfast was an excellent perk, offering a delicious and convenient start to each day. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Good attentive staff - MIA that coordinate early breakfast pack to go at 6am for my day tour and SONIA that patiently guide me thru the Chinese apps.

N.A. 20-30 mins from the city hustle but very homely secured and safe environment.

Fully equipped apartment, very good for family stay. 500m away from railway station, supermarket and local food restaurants. The breakfast is delicious, too.

I had an extraordinary nice stay at the Somerset with staff going way beyond what could have been expected. I may in particular mention Denise. Her English is among the best I came across in Chongqing and she was a true treasure. Will definitely come again!
