Their policies are not friendly with the guests. Like if you ask for a new towels, you need to give the used towels right away. The staff asked you to give the used towels to them right away. Also asking deposit of 3,000 pesos in cash is not acceptable when you checked in. Upon checked out the staff will not give the 3,000 pesos right away until they check the room inventory and especially strict with bedsheets stain.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Great location, with Ayala Malls Central Bloc, Sugbo Mercado, Metro Supermarket, and the Cebu IT Park Transport Hub all within about a 10-minute walk. The staff were friendly and responded quickly to my messages through Booking.com. The kitchen was also a great plus for a long-term stay.
The room was surprisingly dirty when we first arrived, but the hotel kindly arranged cleaning for the next day after I reported it. However, a used bedsheet left in the wardrobe was not removed until the second week, even after I reminded the front desk. Both glass cups developed cracks after being used with freshly boiled water, but we were charged PHP 600 for the two cups. The black plastic cups provided are also not suitable for hot drinks. Since the hotel provides a kettle and hot coffee, proper heat-resistant cups should be provided.

Nella camera c’era un forte odore continuo come di sanificazione con ionizzatore. É stato un po’ fastidioso perché continuo. Inoltre, c’era scritto asciugatrice ma non era presente.

Due to miscommunication, I had to pay way more than needed, the manager was informed but did nothing to compensate the lost money. The money I lost was equal to 2 days of stay. This is bad customer service and I spoke to another regular customer of them and he said the same thing. The shower is in a very small space, with no ventilation, so you have to keep the door open and take a short shower. The airconditioning and refrigerator are super loud! As soon as you leave the room, the power of the refrigerator also gets cut, so you can’t store anything if you leave for a longer period.

We lost a shirt in the room. We reported this however the staff was not able to give it back. Also compared to last year, it takes time now before a they return back to us. There was a point that we requested for make up room thrice before accommodating.

The staff wasn’t flexible at all for changes, we didn’t feel safe for the location. I booked for this apartment thinking it is just next to IT park but it was couple of streets and those streets doesn’t seem safe. Pool wasn’t accessible on those 3 nights and 4 days we stayed.

Just little things that I would like to suggest since no daily cleaning was carries out- is to provide hand towels for the wash room and kitchen, maybe broom and dust pan for the occupants to use to help maintain cleanliness especially in the dining and kitchen area where crumbs and little Messes on the floor needs to be cleaned up especially occupants with little children.
The hub didn’t work. Little things missing- Some Kitchen essentials missing like hand towels (important esp if the place have kitchen, scouring pad (very tiny) and not enough washing up liquid. The rest was okay.

In the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with Ayala Mall, Sugbo Mercado, several callcenter and therefore 24h access to food, its an amazing place. The staff is super friendly always and helpful. I can leave my big luggage always there and just travel with my small handluggage backpack to explore. Guys you are the best 🫶

Its location is behind the main roads of the I.T. park And you have to walk along a narrow pot holed road , to get to Ayala mall . The road is tight yet busy with large vehicles passing and other traffic. Also after it has rained the road becomes a bit messy .

Shower had no hot water but it was tolerable; told staff about it when I left for the benefit of the next occupant. Some street noise if you're on a lower floor at the front of the building but it's a busy area in fairness.
