Main Hotel and Suites Cebu

Had a great stay! The staff were all very accommodating and friendly, which made the experience even better. The place was clean and well-maintained, and you can really feel that they take care of their guests. For the price, it’s definitely great value for money. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

serenity of the location. accommodating staff.

Location was good, breakfast was also good, but you should have served fish or seafood also instead of all meat.

Tissue in the bathroom was a left-behind of the previous occupant (like a quarter of a roll). I had to call Customer Service to request for additional tissue paper @ night. Its inconvenient.

2 towels were supplied for 2 people, they don't supply facecloths. hot and cold water were advertised but only lukewarm water at the sink and cold water at the shower. Breakfast buffet was mediocre , orange juice was fine.

I think the staff are polite. But the one in the reception during check-in gave me a hard time as she was confused about my booking.

The same breakfast for two days. I hope they prepare breakfast food that is healthier and less oily. There's a leak in the toilet.

Very accurate information, very clean and tidy.

Excellent 👌 value for money

Nice room, nice to have breakfast included. Central location near dining options. Helpful staff

Excellent staff and foods are good,it’s very nice to stay and if I’m going back I will pick this hotel again

It was ok

الموقع والخدمه وهدوء المكان وتعاون الموظفين

Rooms are spacious, wifi connection is good too.

ありがとうございました

Friendly helpful staff. About a 10 minute walk to the nearest mall. Breakfast was great.

Dry clean and lovely people

Quiet location and walkable to the shopping area.

Staff are very attentive and accommodating.

We prefer breakfast buffet not plated. Also there’s no available hair dryer in the room.

What I like about the property, was the location of being away from the main street!

Good food

The staff are good and polite. Near to city centre , shop and mall.. The room is clean and service everyday.

Too far to main attraction like oslob. We booked 3 rooms, apparently you need to request for a kettle, cup and saucer, maybe complimentary coffee and tea. It is not present in the room when we arrive. No microwave but there is small fridge. No hair dryer, you need to ask them to provided it in your room. Not good if you arrive tired from long travel., I tought these stuff mention in hotel facilities is already present when you arrive.

Courteous staff Clean rooms Walking distance from shops Available cafe and restaurant

No slippers No table and chair on some rooms Hump on hotel’s driveway is too steep

All employees are really nice

Very happy with my stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Nice place and quiet

Overall an excellent experience.

The property is ideal for family who likes to travel . It is clean and offers good deal of service.

It was good.

You get what you paid for.

Location is good price is good we booked for 4 adults and the room was big and comfortable. Staff very helpful getting Grab or taxi premises very clean and maintained

Breakfast very basic coffee good

The hotel was close to the facility we had to go too. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds

The bathroom and showers wood need some upgrading. The Ac was noisy and would be switch off by the staff so once we came back the room was hot.

the staff are very respectful

everything is fine

Close to the main street and 2 malls where you can find everything, quiet, the staff is really friendly and talkative, our room was big and clean, you get free bottled water with the room and we also asked to use a kettle( there is no kettle or complimentary tea/coffee in the room but is almost like this everywhere) and we had breakfast included in the rate

Is not like i didn’t like it but as coming from Europe a little bigger variety of breakfast would be nice, at least some fruits…

Staff and location

No lights on our 1st night waited until 8 AM the next day when maintenance guy reported. TV was not working. Toilet got clogged.

Homeless people sleeping in the entrance driveway. The lighting outside of the hotel and I. The interior hallways is too dim and gives a creepy vibe.

comfy bed, nice tv, nice breakfast, the shopping mall is near, the wifi is great!

Very spacious

Excellent staff, hotel price is reasonable.

Breakfast did not meet expectations. They are advertising with buffet for breakfast and that was what we paid for, but because there were less then 15 hotel guests they did not have buffet!

since they did not offer buffet for breakfast as advertised the price should have been much less.

Excellent customer service, staff very accommodating.

The property was ideal for what I was looking for. I just needed one night to rest and to relax. The staff was exceptional very friendly, diligent and competent. It’s an older hotel setback from the street, but very well maintained.

Overall service is great. My only concern is that they don’t have hotel service. During the time I was scheduled to attend the wedding I experienced to get the taxi and Grab so I ask the hotel if they available service but unfortunately no service available. We are 15 minutes late on the event.

I like it's location, it's quietly out of traffic yet it's closed to multiple shopping mall and dining option and about 5 min walk to Gaisano grocery store or country mall.

Nice and quiet hotel

Shower needs to be changed

The staff were awesome, requests were fast to avail, rooms are clean and room temperatures were great. There’s a restaurant at the ground level and foods were good and reasonably priced.

Front desk great host 👌

Breakfast very poor.

Hotel has friendly staff, good service but cleaners should be supervised and taught how to thoroughly clean especially the toilet base has yellow stuff surrounding it plus the bathroom rug is always dirty looking. Pillow cases were not bright white and needs bleach to whiten it otherwise hotel has a homey atmosphere and nice.

Very clean

エアコンの音が、とにかくうるさくて あまり眠れなかった

The bed very comfortable

Overall very nice and comfortable place to stay specially the staff are kind, and very accommodating.

The toiletries are not complete no dispossable toothbrush and slippers.

Feiendly staff

The option for breakfast was just few. I hope they can add more options

Breakfast is good

Staffs are all friendly and accommodating. They provided the things that we needed during our 5-night stay.

location is near my work so it is a good one for me. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good. Room rate is competitive.

The room I got from my last stay is just OK. though the Heater is not working properly and there is a leak in the faucet which makes the bathroom floor always wet, No available ref also. This may be isolated as the other rooms I have before is ok and with an available ref. I stayed for 7 days so if there is a ref, it will be much better.

Breakfast good, at the price didn’t expect free breakfast! The receptionist tried ordering grab for us and followed up, but no delivery was available due to heavy rain- she went out of her way and was very nice about it! I think her name is Kay.

The bathroom was a little dated but overall okay.

The staff was amiable and accommodating. All of our special requests were granted and were able to have free use of iron and other kitchen utensils. The food is tasty. We enjoyed eating at their restaurant.

The location is a bit far from the highway, need to book grab taxi before you can get to another location. Though the staff was helpful to get a taxi for us, but it took some time. The rest of our experience was superb!

The floor of the room was clean. But the walls seemed cracked. The air conditioner was making wierd noises throughout the night and the room had dim lights. The room was spacious. Good customer service by the reception.

everybody were accommodating. the lift is a big help too, as i was travelling with seniors.

they forgot to remove a used towel upon our check in but tjey compensated it with free use of iron. there was no hot water, unfortunately.

My family (including myself) enjoyed staying at your hotel every time we are in Cebu. Everyone is soo helpful. Relaxing stay. Thank you everyone specially Chad.

Spacious room

No water supply from 3pm til 9pm, receptionist no proper info given, and no remote control of ACU in my room.. I requested to transfer for a room with remote control but receptionist refuse it..

everybody was very professional and very kind. Everyone was very helpful for anything you would ask them

property is very clean

Staffs were so nice, room size is just perfect for our family. The beds are so comfty, clean and the breakfast was so good.

Hard to find the access to the building

Simple but spacious room. Simple but tasty breakfast. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

No complaints at all.
