Hotel Copenhagen Apartments

Wir hatten anfangs 2 Reklamationen die prompt erledigt wurden. Uns war nicht bewußt, das wir auch einen Roomservice hatten, der sich um Abfall und Geschirrspülmaschine gekümmert hat. Lage war sehr zentral. Mit dem Rad war alles was wir besuchen wollten in Kürze erreichbar. Großer Wohnraum.

Balkon war groß aber abgeblättert, einige Rollos an den großen Fenstern defekt, was nicht so schlimm war da wir ganz oben waren und wenig Gegenübernachbarn hatten, relevante Staubmengen unter den Betten, sonst war es sehr sauber.

La posizione era molto buona, vicina al centro e alla metro. La zona è tranquilla e sicura a tutte le ore. Vicina al supermercato e in area complessivamente ben servita.

La doccia del bagno é senza piatto. L'acqua non defluiva e il bagno era sempre allagato. La tv non funzionava.

Ottima posizione, ottima qualità prezzo.

Nagyobb tisztaságra számítottunk, nem volt wifi, kicsi a fürdőszoba és lefolyó probléma volt.

The apartment was clean and has all the facilities that were announced (kitchen, bathroom, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and so on, and everything worked fine. Beds were comfortable. There is a big and good supermarket in front of the appartment It's quite close to the city center. You can go there just walking. A metro station is just 5 minutes walking from the apartament

The photos you can see in booking are not accurate. While seeing those pictures everything seems bigger and more spectacular than it is in reality. Despite of that, the apartment is confortable and met our needs When I made the reservation it wasn't clear to me that the desk closes at 17pm. The hotel said they are available until 23pm but at 17pm the desk closes and you have to call them to access to the apartment (I don't really know how good is that way because I arrived on time to be attended in person in the desk)

At der ikke var på dansk i receptionen når nu det nu var i Danmark jeg var. Men et dårligt engelsk også.

Apartament naprawdę duży. Kuchnia super wyposażona. Wielki taras. Znakomita baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą

It was clean and met our basic requirements, bed was comfy

La recepcion del Hotel es practicamente inexiatente. Casi siempre cerrada de noche y de dia. Reclamaban pago cuando la eatancia estaba pagada. Decian que debia pasar por la recepcion pero no habia nadie para atender. La llegada a las 10 de la noche un rompecabezas, obligan a llamar por telefono y seguir instrucciones.

Me dieron un apartamento entero, cuando yo había reservado una habitación de hotel con cocina, por lo que fue mejor de lo que esperaba. Eran unos apartamentos que están detrás del supuesto hotel. Todo estaba limpio.

Se llama hotel, pero no tienen recepción todo el tiempo. El día que me iba necesitaba dejar las maletas hasta las 13h y pensaba que podía hacerlo en la recepción del hotel, pero nos la encontramos cerrada y al llamar al teléfono de contacto no me dieron ninguna solución. Tuvimos que dejar las llaves en un buzón. Y eso que tienen un cartel en la calle que pone que la recepción está de 9h a 17h, pero es mentira.

La cocina estaba limpia, hay una cafetera, un microondas, las camas aunque básicas eran cómodas y las sábanas muy limpias. Cerca del Metro y del súper

El suelo del baño - mejor ducharse en chanclas, la alfombra de la habitación estaba bastante sucia

Las camas no nos han resultado cómodas del todo Se nos hacía raro que algunos días salíamos del hotel y cuando volvíamos estaba la basura cambiada, lo cual no entendíamos, ya que no se hacía nada más en el apartamento e independientemente de que la hubiéramos sacado nosotros

Scarse dotazioni della cucina (piatti e posate contate). Pulizia generale non eccelsa.

Tolle Lage, zu Fuß in die Stadt, Esstisch mit vier Stühlen, Mikrowelle, Spülmittel, kostenloser Parkplatz im Innenhof. Für drei Personen passend. Supermarkt gegenüber, Restaurants in der Nähe.

Funktionsloser Fernseher, nicht geleerter Müll, bei offenem Fenster Straßengeräusche.

No había WIFI

Die Wohnung hat genügend Platz und ist freundlich eingerichtet. Super Brugsen gleich nebenan. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Das Quartier ist eher ruhig und nah am Wasser.

Der/die Rezeptionist/in war nur knapp freundlich. In der Dusche war die Duschhalterung und die Seifenhalterung defekt. Die Küche war nur oberflächlich sauber. Es hatte knapp Geschirr für uns 4. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert.

The hotel's location is fine, as it's close to the metro station. We stayed in an apartment, which was comfortable.

Overall, the hotel feels outdated and needs renovation. The cleanliness did not meet expectations. Additionally, the apartments are located across the street, which is inconvenient, especially when handling luggage. There was no internet access in the apartments, and not a single working TV channel. I couldn’t understand the point of having TVs there at all.

The main problem was the bathroom, especially the shower that kept leaking and water moved around. Also the pillows were not that comfortable.

No internet, not a secured place, dirty and towel off smell. We’re not informed that 3 pm reception closed. Note to ring them but it takes 30 minutes to contact them.

The location of the hotel is great, very easy to get around the city, and in and out of it. Check-in and check-out went easily without any problems. Staff is very nice.

The bathroom had a weird layout - the water from the shower would flow across the room until it reaches the drain (the drain is under the basin for some reason).

It was an apartment with the basics, its main advantage was the reasonable price for Copenhagen standards. Also, it is close to metro, which is convenient for transfers.

Conveniently located close to the Metro, and a short walk across the bridge to the city centre. Clean room with comfortable beds. Kitchen had a microwave, coffee machine, fridge and two ring hob, with pans, crockery and cutlery so simple meals could be prepared. The beds are comfortable and the bunks were fine for our 10 and 7 yr olds. The furnishing is simple, but if you are looking for somewhere close to the centre that is good value then this works well.

Reception only operates 9-5, and so if you arrive late you have to ring a phone number to get in and receive a code for the lock boxes to get your keycard. Whilst I have no issue with this in itself, I rang the number several times before any one answered. We had arrived at 10.45 at night with two children, and I was beginning to get concerned that no one was going to answer and we would have nowhere to stay.

We arrived around 1pm and the door to the reception was locked. Called the number on the door and was told it remains locked until check in at 3pm! We had 2 children and wanted to leave bags somewhere, so we're then told that a member of staff would be there in 30 mins. Towels and beds ready in the room and good heating system.

Poor facilities in kitchen. Broken bread knife (the handle actually missing), 2 spoons for 4 people and 2 beer glasses and 1 small shot glass for drinking (we had to go to a local shop to buy glasses!), toaster, kettle and oven not clean. Not as described online or clean and we actually opted to only use the toaster and eat out for the duration of our stay for lunch and dinner. Not equipped for a fully functioning apartment at all. Opened curtains to find rubbish on the window sill and dirty. Rubbish from previous guests under the beds. Shower head needed replacing (water coming from only 11 holes!) Extremely basic inside and nothing like the photos online and although location and facilities around were great we would not recommend or stay here again.

Spoken whit personal we can change apartament, cause de Frist one was ridiculous, dirty, small,and nothing inside.

We liked the kitchen equipment and the tranquility of the apartment eventhough it was in the city centre.

The bathroom was quite small, so after the shower of 4 people there was water everywhere. Dust and toilet paper under the beds (kids found out :))

Had to go to different buildings to room. Construction started before 0700. Drilling and sanding heard through entire room from above.

The photos are misleading, the flat looks like a luxury flat in the photos however this is not the case. Several things are broken / not working and the flat is dusty and needs updating.
