Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Lisa is very nice. Location is good. Place was clean.
The place is very small. The electronic door locks never worked right and sometimes took 15-20 attempts to get it, then the door would fail to shut all the way. No way to look out because glass obscured in the only window. Very loud when guests in neighboring rooms came in at 2 am!

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026We loved Lisa's quick responses to our questions and needs.
The only improvements I would suggest are adding a privacy screen outside the window that would still allow for ventilation. Perhaps a decorative grate attached to the building with artificial greenery could provide some camouflage while still allowing guests to look out and see the sky. It would make the room feel more private without sacrificing fresh air. For us, the bed was a bit too firm. We realize that mattress comfort is very subjective, and we're sure many guests prefer a firmer bed.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Fabulous location to Wexford town. Didn't have to drive once we arrived. Great bathroom and plenty of towels etc. We arrived during the heatwave and Lisa made sure we had plenty of towels, extra sheets etc for changing as it was so warm. Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa and the staff. WiFi was great!
Only thing we weren't overly keen on was the bathroom window as it was right on the street with people passing by. Maybe a roller blind or something to pull down for a little more privacy as only a net curtain on the window at present. Windows are frosted but you can hear and see people passing by, especially if window open.
