Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Lovely hotel, friendly staff and very clean. Nice breakfast in the morning, especially enjoyed the masala chaa! Beautiful view of the mountains from the rooftop bar. Great stop off for those travelling from abroad and hoping to complete the yatra to Hemkund Sahib - not too far from the registration point at the Rishikesh Gurdwara. Will be back for another stay on our return journey.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026Everything was excellent! A special shoutout to the amazing staff who were so kind and helpful. Their hospitality made our stay truly memorable.
However, there were a few frustrating downsides regarding the facilities. The pool water was very smelly and felt unhygienic, which prevented us from fully enjoying it. Additionally, the shower in the pool area was not working properly. We were also disappointed that they closed the terrace at 10 PM without giving any reason.If the hotel fixes these maintenance and policy issues, it would be a perfect stay, thanks to their wonderful team.

The initial issue was that on the day of booking, the hotel took full payment. They did this WITHOUT permission from the cardholder. My bank is investigating this issue as I write. Breakfast: this was supposed to be buffet style but, alas, the options were extremely limited [3 hot dishes, some toast, and one type of fruit. There was tea and coffee, but no juice choices. On the plus side, the staff recognised this issue and did provide some additional options on request. The area around the hotel was very rundown - not the hotel's fault. The staff seemed miserable and were forced to eat their meals in public areas. The hotel is rated a 3* but barely makes it to a 2*. Considering the competition in Rishikesh, the owner really needs to focus on quality, food, and customer service. All three were sadly lacking.

Manager behavioural approach is not good towards delegate and there is no welcome kit and there is no manpower and parking problem and no facility to stay driver and overall experience is very pathetic

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026The rooms were neat and clean, breakfast and restaurant was good. Especially the restaurant staff were very sweet and patient. Hotel reception staff helped with taxi services also, though a little overpriced.
We booked a family suite for 4 people, the room was a little small to fit all the luggage but otherwise it was cozy and comfortable. The hotel is a little hard to find, they have not placed sign boards on the way and entry is through narrow lanes so faced difficulty traveling with a tempo traveler size vehicle. Nevertheless, after multiple requests to send someone to guide us after we got lost on the way, the staff finally guided us to hotel.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026The hotel was neat and clean with all necessary amenities. The room was spacious. I liked the terrace from where one can get a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Although there are many hotels and buildings around this one, sometimes partially obstructing the view, overall it was fine. The food is also good at an affordable price. The staff is courteous and professional. It is situated at a walking distance from Laxman jhula which is a plus point.
The approach road to the hotel is bumpy and one may get confused initially while reaching the hotel. It's a bit away from the main road.

Nothing, I had high expectations owing to photos on booking.com and the name carrying the word Premium, but the hotel was ill staffed, just 2 main people handling reception to housekeeping to baggage handling and the hotel was ill kempt.

The payment was required immediately after booking, not as advertised. I tried to reduce my stay by 1 day, but refund was denied. On Booking.com, the hotel advertises free cancellation upto 1 day before, but doesn't honour it! The hotel management also failed to respond to call/email from Booking.com customer service on this issue. Had a tough time at the restaurant, with them claiming that my breakfast wasn't included, even after showing the confirmation email. Breakfast options were limited to 3 items only - paratha, upma & bread.

No hot water, broken kettle, breakfast was poor, noise of chanting started at 6:50am. But i could have lived with all that had they not decided to not honour my reservation!! The put Booking.com India (apparently) who claimed it was my fault because of no Form C... this is the form hoteliers & property owners submit details of visitors on for the Government... within 24 hrs of check-in! They then claimed they had booked me into a sister hotel! On visiting this hotel they assured me they had never heard of me!! All lies!! So I booked done another hotel through Agoda!
