Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely.

Unfortunately lots of bugs due to wet weather.

The stay is quite pleasant, with good service and delicious food. There are also several breakfast options available.

Very rede staff. Takes huge commission for cab. I could not use cab but forced me to pay the charge. Never think of staying in this hotel.

It was a delightful experience. Rooms are very good and services provided by the hotel is excellent.

There is a huge difference in the photos posted online and the actual hotel. Rooms need maintenance. The bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty, even the cutlery in which the food was served was dirty. The only good thing is the staff’s behaviour. They are welcoming and warm.

Recently, I stayed at this property, and what I liked the most was the exceptionally fast food service. The prices were reasonable—not too high, yet not too cheap either.

I feel the rooms could be cleaner and more hygienic. While the bedsheet wasn’t dirty, it wasn’t very fresh or spotless either. Additionally, having a night light in the room would enhance the ambiance, allowing guests to enjoy cozy moments, as lighting plays a significant role in setting the mood.

El hotel está bien ubicado, la habitación en general estaba limpia y la cama muy cómoda! Muy atentos y amables

La conexión a internet iba mal, el hotel en general se ve un poco descuidado. Sobretodo la zona común no era como aparece en las fotos. En booking pone que hay shuttle desde el aeropuerto pero hemos preguntado a la llegada y nos dijeron que pidiéramos un taxi. Ya para volver al aeropuerto nos han reservado ellos un taxi (pero incluso un poco más caro de lo que pagamos nosotros por nuestra cuenta a la ida)

The hotel is good, the staff was very kind and being a solo female traveller, I felt safe. It was walking from Lakshman jhula that gave access to so many things. The rooms have a good view of hills and the hotel does a decent job for the price it charges. Plus the food is also good. I had the best black tea here. Recommended much
