Location was great, easy to get to all places we needed to go, either walking or short Uber ride. Awesome place to stay with enough space for 4 couples. Well equipped kitchen with wine glasses! Lovely and warm when we arrived. Beds were comfy and linen lovely. Nice touches with the bedding. Enough towels. We had 3 cars with us, one in the garage and one in front and easy enough to find parking on the street. Nice and close to all amenities. Contact with them was brilliant also, via phone and email. Would stay again with no hesitations.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. Despite my multiple attempts to communicate with you regarding my booking, I was met with a lack of cooperation and understanding. Your team's sole focus seemed to be on the financial aspects, with no consideration for the human impact of your policies. I had contacted you prior to the booking to confirm the details, but you failed to provide me with any information on how to collect the keys or access the property. This lack of communication and support was unacceptable, especially given that you had already confirmed the booking. Your company's failure to provide clear instructions and support has caused me significant inconvenience and stress. I expect a higher level of service from a company that claims to provide excellent customer experience. I will be leaving a negative review onto reflect my experience with your company. I hope that in the future, your team will prioritize customer satisfaction and provide more empathetic and supportive service.

Location was fabulous, walk to Hayley Oval, enjoyed the park and proximity to city. Everyone had their own room and felt plenty of space for our family. House nicely furnished without being cluttered.

The outdoor furniture was too dirty to use(downstairs). The fittings in the bathroom did not appear to be good quality (tap was loose and shower door glass rubbed together. The Dan in the bathroom didn’t work.

Luxury accomodation. Comfortable and excellent location. Spacious and immaculate.

Nothing. It was great. Would definitely stay again.

Handy to city centre and park

Downstairs room got a bit of street noise. People walking up and down driveway at night being noisy

The location is excellent and the house is a nice, clean, modern and spacious place to stay with allocated parking right outside the front door.

Not much to dislike at all, if I’m being hyper-critical the kitchen could be slightly better equipped for anyone wanting to cook in ( knife sharpener, kitchen scissors, casserole dish & small coffee cups) but this is a very minor niggle.

Everything! The location was amazing, everything was clean, it was lovely and spacious.

The location was perfect for our conference, and very walkable to local amenities.

so clean and close to everything. I stayed in the master suite with my 3 sons in the other rooms on the top floor. while my parents had the entire ground floor apartment with shared living space on 2nd floor. perfect
