There is nothing beat the peace and quite.It is very relaxing .The place is very welcoming and very spacious nice and warm during the winter.I love the design.🤩🤩🤩.

We loved everything about the property. The beds were amazingly comfortable, very roomy, incredible view and customer service was very prompt.

So quiet..you will hear the planes though. Closeness to the airport for fly out day. Location, overlooks the lake & Golf Course. 2 bathrooms for four of us. Comfy beds. Window seat. Big balcony.

The dishes weren't cleaned and had been put in cupboard.

Lovely well appointed place. All looks very new. Was really comfortable. Just wish we'd had more time here. Would 100% recommend to other guests.

Exceeded expectations, wonderful place to be for a weekend. Quiet, luxurious and everything you could possibly need.

Große Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer im 2.OG mit Aufzug erreichbar. Sehr ruhige Lage direkt am See. Traumhafter Balkon für Frühstück bei Sonnenaufgang.

Wir hatten 3 Übernachtung vor Abflug nach Deutschland nach 5 Wochen Tour in NZ. Die Lage ist fantastisch, die Wohnung neu und schön eingerichtet. Die überdachte Terrasse hat eine gute Größe. Insgesamt eine ruhige Lage trotz Flughafen nur 15 Minuten weg. Tolle Kommunikation. Sehr entgegenkommende Vermieter. Die Aussicht über See zum Golfplatz sehr ansprechend. Sind selbst Golfer und haben auch den Platz gespielt. Sehr, sehr schön und gepflegt. Ein Golfer-Muss in Christchurch. Die Wohnung ist im 2.Stockwerk - kein Problem mit dem Aufzug. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Fantastic spacious apartment with beautiful views

This was a lovely apartment, the views from the main bedroom and sitting room were spectacular over the lake. Great instructions from the hosts, easy key collection and good parking. Very clean and tidy. Good sized bedrooms and very spacious living and dining area. Aircon was easy to control so temperature inside was good. A good drive from the city but worth it for the views, although very close to airport which suited us. Overall very happy staying here.

The only thing that surprised us was the small number of plates, bowls and serving dishes while there are 9 saucepans! For a place of this quality this was disappointing but again the views made it worthwhile.

Easily understood instructions. Fabulous location overlooking a lake. Very roomy apartment with lots of comfortable furniture. Good restaurant within 5 minutes walk for main meal and breakfast. Five minutes from airport.

Плюс этой квартиры - что она находится в очень красивом коттеджном поселке, ухоженном зелени. Две спальни, два туалета, есть ванные принадлежности.

Тут должна жить неживые люди или скучные пенсионеры, которые вяжут носки по вечерам и не общаются. Звукоизоляция между апартаментами отсутствует! Если вы чуть-чуть погромче включили телевизор, или начали громко кашлять, или чихать, или даже громко (без крика) эмоционально что-то обсуждать семьей - к вам беспременно постучит в дверь сосед и угрозами полиции и выселения! Как было с нами! Квартира не для отдыха, не для отпуска, не для удовольствия. Повторюсь - приезжаете сюда, закрываете рот скотчем и идите читать книгу под одеяло)))) Кузня: Вытяжка не работает! Мало посуды, одна прожженая сковородка! Нет специй никаких! Нет мешков для мусора! Не было кухонных тряпок, губок! Для новой Зеландии красный вид из окна - это норма. Океан, горы, какие-то живописные ландшафты. Тут - вид на маленькое искусственное озеро. Не впечатляет вообще. И еще - от этой квартиры до Крайсчерча 30мин на машине. Нам не понравилось.

Could do with a few more kitchen utensils

Cooked in apartment but rangehood couldn't coupe with the smoke off the chicken thighs and we all thought we were getting close to set off the smoke alarm but after a quick panic opening the doors/ windows we managed to clear the smoke Iam not allowed to cook any more haha

The rooms were clean and tidy beds were very comfortable and large great kitchen with all that you needed, it had a lovely outside area to sit and relax with beautiful views of the lake and golf course.

The apartment was large, warm and comfortable with gorgeous views over the lake & the mountains in the distance. Great beds and bathrooms.

Everything! Fantastic location, quiet, spacious, great value for money, great beds, when we come back to Christchurch we will stay again!

Being picky here, but the pillows were too soft and we ran out of toilet paper for a family of 4.

Everything is well presented. The apartment is spacious and clean. Great views of the lake and the golf course. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony. Close to the Lume Restaurant and the Groynes Park. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay that is not too far away from the city centre.

The dish washer cannot function at all at that time which makes it hard and takes time for us to clean our dishes, especially when the dish washing liquid was limited.

As we were in an Apartment and were there for 9 days I would of thought there would be some bowls for serving, ie salad and vegetables We did not know at the time of booking the Apartment would not be serviced. While we did get a message that said we could ask for extra supplies and a bed change. I did ask for both, the lady that did the bed did a lovely job. However the renewed supplies, we not not worth being delivered 1 roll of toilet paper, 4 tea bags2 dish tablets. We had to wash our towels , the rubbish became smelly there were sandflies all over the window sills, there were not even any cleaning supplies I feel for $4000.00 plus we should of been better supplied One of our group had her flight cancelled and the nice man gave us a late check out without charge

Location was perfect for the reason we were there for the night. Close to the wedding venue/family. Plenty of space for us to spread around too and relax.

A couple of points of feedback would be for the cobwebs to be cleaned off the railing/balcony area. There was alot of thick cob webs everywhere outside and we ended up with them on our clothing. Not the end of the world but still just has a last minute scramble to clean off before we left for the wedding. Also some milk in the fridge for coffee or something as we weren't aware that there wasn't that stuff provided and just the signage for the apartment. There is a few around but we were unsure if it was the white ones or the black building. Only by chance noticed the for sale sign out the front stating the name of an apartment. Other than that we were super impressed and will definitely be staying again and for longer.

Room was very nice and clean. Huge balcony with a nice view looking over the golf course. Love everything about our stay :)

Apartment was spacious and very comfy. Had everything we needed. Very high end apartment. Highly reccommend. Had an issue with garage door opener not working and couldnt get car out of the garage. One of the staff came strait out from there home and got it sorted for us.

New, modern, spacious with a wonderful location on a lake across from the Clearwater golf course.

The view was amazing and so peaceful! A perfect place to recharge after our long flight. The apartment was very modern and comfortable and had most things we needed. There was good heating/air conditioning too which was appreciated.

The location was a little out of town with no shops or restaurants, etc. within walking distance. We had a car so had no problem driving around though and parking was good.

Let down by the cleaners. Last people's recycling still in the bin, greasy finger prints on the microwave and crumbs on the shelf above. The floors were dirty, need a good scrub.

Views and how warm it was

No fob access key to main front door. Forgot pin code and did not take phone with me. Took a couple of hours to get back in.

Location was great, nice and quiet.

Couldnt get a hold of the agent to see if we could get a late check out.

This has to be the most beautiful apartment we have ever stayed in. The layout, the kitchen, the furniture, the building itself, the lockup garage, the location....everything was brand new and therefore, perfect! There is no reason to stay anywhere else in Christchurch (unless you're at a conference in the middle of the city. It will take you at least 20 minutes (by car) to get there).

What could have been better? If we could have stayed a lot longer. We are now back in Australia and we just want to go back :(
