Erdgeschosswohnung direkt an einer Strasse, Die Leute laufen direkt am Fenster vorbei. Öffnen war schlecht. Ohne Jalousie glotzt jeder rein also sitzt man im dunkeln. Bad ohne Fenster, riecht leicht muffig

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The host were easy to contact, very friendly, check in process very efficient. Flat has a lot of space, it is in central location near to all shops and metro station, fast internet, they have attention to detail, they provided small items that make the stay comfortable, like kitchen-related items. Nice decoration, they really care to make the stay a good experience in many ways.
I specifically booked the "garden view" apartment to make sure it is quiet for sleep (the back side of the building), yet I got the "street view" one (front side of the building), which is on a narrow street made of stones, meaning any car passing makes a lot of noise. Even though there is double glazing door, the contact between door and frame is not good, meaning there is noise from passing cars. The host kindly offered ear plugs, but I already have my own, the point is I am not making a booking at this price, just to sleep with ear plugs .Other small issues, there is a wall plug between the bed and the kitchen that does not accept the round plugs (they just fall out) so I was not able to use it for my laptop. The kitchen plates are under the sink and when you open to get one, there is dump smell there, I guess some issue with pipes as building is old. The bed was kind of worn out and makes a dip, it didn't bother me much but might do others.

Appena arrivati si sentiva odore di umidità ma poi di notte lasciando in anta ribalta migliora. È al piano terra in strada quindi di giorno non confidavamo di lasciare aperta la finestra.

Кухня оборудована всем необходимым. Наш номер был расположен с видом на сад. Хоть это и центр города, не слышно никакого городского шума, ни соседей, тихо, хорошая звукоизоляция. Кондиционер. Рядом много разных кафе, продуктовый магазин. Станция метро в 3 минутах. Ключ от аппартаментов ждал в сейфе. Приветливые хозяева, всегда на связи, готовы помочь. Рекомендую.

Tanto mi pareja como yo coincidimos en que el colchón de 135cm es demasiado pequeño para dos y encima muy blanco( medimos más de 1,75 y 1,88 y pesamos 65 y 100kg respectivamente), además de las almohadas que son súper finas

Muy mala experiencia. Llegamos a hacer el check in a las 15:15, y aún la casa había que limpiarla. Nos dijeron que nos fuésemos a hacer tiempo. Una vez dentro, no había luz, tampoco nos ayudaban dando otra opción de alojamiento o buscando soluciones. Lo cancelaron y tuvimos que buscarnos la vida a las 21:00 buscando otro alojamiento encima más costoso.

O banheiro não era tão bom, vazava um pouco de água do box. E o quarto era bastante frio … tinha um aquecedor elétrico que dava conta do recado, mas se desligado deixava o apartamento muito gelado

Die Buchung war für fünf Nächte, die Ausstattung bsp. Toilettenpapier war eher auf drei Tage ausgelegt. Dies konnte rasch behoben werden. Jedoch konnte das WLan trotz Bemühungen, nicht funktionstüchtig gemacht werden während dem gesamten Aufenthalt.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2025Está muy bien ubicado, el apartamento que nos tocó era muy amplio y estaba limpio. El edificio cuenta con ascensor. También contaba con vajilla y electrodomésticos para poder desayunar o comer allí. Como punto a destacar, nos permitieron guardar el equipaje antes del horario del check in. El sistema de códigos para el ingreso fue muy útil y sencillo de usar.
El único punto a mejorar serían los colchones. Si bien son cómodos se nota que ya tienen bastante uso.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025Onwijs fijne locatie! Centraal gelegen. Veel op loopafstand te doen. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt en treinstation op nog geen 2 min lopen vanaf het appartement.
Het bed is iets te klein. Weinig aanwezig in de keuken, maar dit hebben wij niet eens gebruikt want alleen maar buiten de deur gegeten! Onwijs veel leuke ontbijt/lunch tentjes en restaurants.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025Die Lage - nur ca. 100 m von der zentralen Metrostation Trindade entfernt - ist hervorragend. Auch ein Supermarkt, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Die Schließanlage der Anlage und des Apartments ist sehr sicher.
Unser Apartement Nr. 4 lag zur Straße. Nachts ist es ziemlich laut, da die Straße aus Kopfsteinpflaster besteht. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen; anscheinend ist die Wartung mangelhaft. In der Dusche war Schimmel; der Teppich vor dem Bett schmutzig. Nachdem wir dies beanstandet hatten, wurde ein - leider vergeblicher - Reinigungsversuch unternommen. Der Kühlschrank hat alles zu Eis gefroren und war völlig vereist. Die vom Vermieter beauftragten Handwerker haben, während wir nicht vor Ort waren, den Kühlschrank vom Strom getrennt, um ihn abzutauen. Als wir abends zurückkehrten, stand Wasser im Kühlschrank, im Schrank und vor dem Schrank auf dem Fußboden. Wir mussten alles trockenlegen. Es dauerte eine ganze Woche nach unserer 1. Rüge, bis der defekte Kühlschrank ausgetauscht wurde. Deutsche TV-Sender gibt es nicht.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2025It's very close to the main metro station Trinidade (2min walk) and Portos centre. Nice size for a couple.
The room smells of mould. The cleaning lady tried her best to remove it, but then it smelled of mould and mould remover for days. We tried to sleep with the window open to help us breathe and not wake up with a headache,but the window opened to the main street, and it's very noisy throughout the night. We did report it,but they didn't have another apartment to move us. They offered a discount on our stay due to this.

Reviewed May 25, 2025Lovely apt, clean, plenty space for 3 people, nice view and garden space. Very convenient to Trinadade Metro Station with supermarket and cafés close by. Also walking distance and convenient to main thorough fair.
Porto is on the banks of the river Douro so quite hilly but not an issue if you have no health issues.
