Room was nothing like on picture, instead of window, we had a wall, which closed the whole light coming in. Room also came with a bad smell. Fortunately, we only slept in the room, but spending more time would have been depressing.

Las habitaciones son súper pequeñas pero lo incomprensible es que no hay enchufes en la habitación, sólo está el de la televisión, tienes que desconectarla para cargar el móvil.

Tardé bastante en entrar al lugar por falta de comunicación. De alguna forma, debería de estar indicado que no hay ascensor, ya que nos tocó una tercera planta. En el apartamento había dos aires acondicionados pero solo un mando, con lo que a veces se nos bloqueaba uno de los dos y no funcionaba.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026L’emplacement était parfait, juste en haut du grand marché couvert, sur une rue très connu et près de Porto Alchemy pour la réalisation de céramique ! J’ai aussi croisé un employé qui nettoyait leur superbe terrasse et il a été sympathique. L’ensemble du lieu est charmant.
2 très petites chambres communicantes pour 4, les draps sentaient le propre mais les murs laissaient à désirer. La salle de bain avec douche était fonctionnelle mais il y avait des cheveux, disons que le ménage semblait avoir été fait très rapidement

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Excelente ubicación. El baño es amplio. La habitación tiene buen tamaño y el aire acondicionado funcionaba de maravilla. El trato fue bueno.
El WiFi era muy malo, había poca cobertura en nuestra habitación y el ancho de banda muy limitado. No hay enchufes suficientes cerca de las camas ni mesitas de noche.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Отличное расположение прямо на одной из прогулочных улиц в центре. Общая кухня с кулером, чайником и бесплатным кофе. Патио с грушевыми деревьями, где можно посидеть вечером после прогулки по городу.
Номер довольно маленький, вся мебель старая, розеток не хватает. Есть балкон, но окна на нем полностью не закрываются. Проход в ванную с туалетом через балкон, между ванной и балконом нет двери, стеклянная дверь есть только между самой комнатой и балконом. Есть возможность закрыть "ставни", но это в целом очень странное решение.

La douche ne s'évacuait pas bien, il restait quelques cheveux dans la salle de bain et sur le sol de la chambre. Nous aurions apprécié un petit coup de propre durant notre séjour (4 nuits). Manque de prise aux abords du lit et de manière générale (3 prises au total occupées par la climatisation, la télévision et le sèche-cheveux). Heureusement nous ne nous servions ni de la télévision ni du sèche-cheveux.

Sobre la valoración al personal decir que no existe personal. Es muy incómodo llegar a un sitio y que no solo no te reciba nadie y recojas la llave de un cajetín, sino que durante toda tu estancia no hay absolutamente nadie a quién contactar o con quien resolver una duda. Ausencia total. Te mandan un mensaje un día antes para que rellenes por ti mismo el check in, cumplimentar datos, fotos del DNI. En mi caso yo ya me encontraba de viaje, no tengo por qué perder mi tiempo de vacaciones en hacer ese trabajo, ya que en mi familia somos 4. Entonces, tengo que hacer yo misma mi check in. Ausencia de personal absoluta y el teléfono de contacto que se indicaba en el alojamiento (al que llamé 4 ó 5 veces) nadie atendía. El alojamiento es viejo. La habitación es bastante pequeña. El último día íbamos a consultar si podíamos dejar las maletas un par de horas, hasta nuestra salida para el aeropuerto, pero nadie contestó al teléfono y no había nadie en el lugar a quién preguntar. Mi impresión fue mala y no repetiría.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Jó helyen van, közel a belvároshoz. Közel van a Bolhão metró állomás, Gyalogosan elérhetó a történelmi városrész. Volt kávé és tisztított víz. A szobák nagyon picik. Volt dugulás a wc-ben nagyon nehezen oldották meg.
8 éjszakát voltam ott, ezen időszak alatt nem volt takarítás, nem vitték el a szemetet, nem cseréltek törülközőt. A konyha felszereltsége egyenlő a nullával, nincs tányér, evőeszköz, van mikro de minek.

La stanza e il bagno sono abbastanza spaziosi. Lo staff è molto disponibile: abbiamo chiesto delle asciugamani aggiuntive e ce l’hanno fornite prontamente.
Il Wi-Fi non funziona sempre e bene. La pulizia per i brevi soggiorni non è quotidiana.

Dålig luft i rummet. 2 av 3 fick svullna ögon på grund av kvalster eller mögel i rummet. Sängarna obekväma. Väldigt lite vatten kom ut ur kranen i handfatet. Det som framstod som ett fönster på bilden på sajten var något slags konstigt ljusinsläpp. Personal gjorde inget åt saken när vi sa att vattendroppar läckte ur AC:n och rann ner på golvet. Myror i duschen vid något tillfälle. Lyhört.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Perfect location, just a short walk to the city center. We like the ease in checking, clean hotel room, beds are comfortable with fresh linen and with modern toilet fixtures. Staff is so nice, our flight was late in the evening but they let us stay in the common area/kitchen and patio for a few hours after we checked out before going to the airport.
There is no elevator but this would only be a problem if you have big luggages and staying at the upper floors (there are 3 floors). Luckily, our room is on the 1st floor and we have medium sized luggages and carry ons.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The host was very communicative and helpful. The room was small but clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful courtyard where you can sit, with flowers in bloom. They also make a nice view out the window. Location is also great, so close to Bolhão market, and 15 minutes’ walk from most other sites. Convenient, but also quiet at night.

Kein Room Service (War aber nicht so schlimm, da wir nur drei Tage dort waren) . Kein Smart TV. Fernseher hatte keine deutschen Programme.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026A localização é muito boa, o responsável pelo local foi sempre muito solícito. A cama é confortável e as toalhas são muito boas também . Prestar atenção a caixa de emails porque as instruções de chegada com todos os códigos estarão contidas no email.
O ar condicionado, talvez por excesso de uso , começou a soltar pedacinhos de gelo e depois vazou água sobre a mesinha lateral.

On ne voit personne à l'accueil simplement une boîte à clé lors de l'arrivée .

Durante las 4 noches que estuvimos alojados no cambiaron las toallas ni vaciaron la basura. La habitación olía a humedad aunque abriéramos la ventana para ventilar por la mañana y antes de dormir pero durante el día estaba todo cerrado.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026Muy buena ubicación, los cuartos muy bien al igual que la limpieza. Relación precio-calidad me pareció un excelente lugar y para una persona que viaja sola, todavía más. Lo recomendaría mucho.
Me toco en una habitación y no hay elevador y estuvo un poco confuso el poder llegar a mi habitación porque estaba dentro de un pasillo con puerta, pero siempre estuvieron al pendiente mediante WhatsApp y se resolvió rápido.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de varios puntos de interés y con fácil acceso al transporte. Además, el sistema de auto check-in es muy cómodo y sencillo, lo que hace que la llegada sea rápida y sin complicaciones.
Aspectos por mejorar: el edificio es bastante antiguo y en algunas áreas se percibe olor a humedad. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y los baños también tienen un espacio reducido. Considero que la limpieza podría mejorar. Además, las ventanas no aíslan adecuadamente el ruido exterior, por lo que se escucha claramente el tráfico y la actividad de la calle. Por último, el colchón fue extremadamente incómodo, ya que se sienten los resortes y prácticamente no tiene acolchado, lo que dificultó mucho el descanso.

If you're looking for comfortable beds, towels, room that's not exactly what you're going to find here. Other than that, everything is fine.
