Villa Lekythos

Villa Lekythos is kleinschalig en zowel binnen als buiten goed verzorgd en sfeervol ingericht. Wij hebben genoten van het zwwmbad en de jacuzzi. Vriendelijke service, vooral de dame bij het ontbijt.

De airco maakte veel geluid wanneer je de kamer op een fijne temperatuur wil hebben. De badkamer/toilet is niet volledig af te sluiten van de kamer.

Super endroit juste en périphérie de la ville d’Agrigente. Espaces extérieurs très bien entretenus et correspondant aux photos ! Salle de bain magnifique. Petits dej très sympas ! Personnel très agréables aussi!

El entorno, y todo el jardín, muy cuidado. Un lugar muy agradable con una vegetación muy cuidada y hermosa. La piscina muy bonita pero es solo para refrescarse, no verdaderamente para nadar. Hamacas nuevas. Todo muy nuevo y moderno. El suelo de la puscina es muy resbaladizo. Mucho cuidado al entrar. Una vez dentro es una delicia bañarse allí. Las habitaciones son modernas, muy buenos colchones. Impecable respecto a la limpieza. La ropa de cama de algodones de buena calidad. Ponen zapatillas. En los lavabos el agua sale muy fuerte y salpica un poco. El desayuno bastante bueno, con dos mujeres extremadamente amables que te preparan un buen café. Hacen una mermelada de naranja de tipo cremoso que es increíble. Deberían venderla. En la noche, desde las habitaciones con balcón, se ve uno de los Templos griegos iluminados. Coged una de las habitaciones con balcón, se ve un poco el mar y podrás secar el bañador pues hay un tendedero muy útil incorporado fuera. Pese a tener una carretera- autopista cerca, no se oye ningún ruido y solo se ve una parte de la carretera desde la piscina y los balcones, pero no molesta porque el lugar es como una isla de paz. La llegada requiere ir unos minutos por un camino de tierra estrecho e ir con mucho cuidado. Luego se llega a una parte del camino de tierra flanqueado por palmeras gigantes y al final, a una gran verja que tiene una apertura y cierre automático muy fácil. Muy cerca de Agrigento y del Valle de los Templos. Es el sitio ideal para quedarse si se desea hacer la visita al Valle. El encargado nos acercó las maletas al coche al partir. Las bebidas del mini bar no son caras.

El camino de tierra para llegar, deberían pensar en mejorarlo, quizás asfaltarlo. La piscina, que resbalaba mucho. El encargado nos advirtió varias veces, pero ya entras con miedo a caerte y que se te estropeen las vacaciones y es estresante. Mucho cuidado con las personas mayores cuando entren.

We loved this place! Check in was easy and the room was lovely. You need a car to get here, but the location is beautiful and within easy driving distance of Agrigento and the Valley of Temples. The jacuzzi was lovely too!

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen, behulpzaam met onze koffers, goede communicatie over hoe we best aan de villa konden komen, duidelijke info over het verblijf en super goede tips omtrent activiteiten, parkeren en eten in de buurt. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en heel vers. Zeer vriendelijke bediening. Top adres!

La promiscuité avec les autres résidents car les terrasses sont très proches et le jacuzzi des autres chambres est parfois bruyant La piscine était un peu sale à la surface le soir.

Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel mit schönen Garten. Dieses ehemalige Bauernhaus wurde erst kürzlich mit viel Liebe und Gespür für Architektur umgebaut! Eine sehr gelungene Mischung zwischen Tradition und Moderne. Obwohl nicht weit von der Schnellstraße entfernt ist es eine ruhige Oase. Das Pool ist ein großer Pluspunkt an heißen Sommertagen. Das ausgezeichnete Frühstück kann man im unter einer Pergola im Garten genießen. Ein absolute Empfehlung, wenn man die Tempelanlage besuchen möchte!

The grounds are beautiful! It really felt like an oasis, it's very close to Agrigento and nearby beaches by car but feels very private and removed from town. The room was great, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. He even lent me a beach umbrella on my beach day. I wish I had stayed longer.

Perfect location for visiting Valley of the Temples - literally a 5 minute drive. Super quiet location like an oasis. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was lovely. good size with modern fittings, all very clean including hot tub

Colazione buona ma non ricchissima.

Location was excellent between town and the Valley of Temples and other areas we wanted to visit. This family owned and operated property is a gem! Very well thought out, beautiful appointments and construction. These people take pride in their property and it shows. It was an honor to spend time at their family property with the olive trees and other agricultural works. Breakfast was great! As Americans we were happy to be able to have a protein breakfast, not just coffee and sweets. Would definitely return here!

It would have been great if they had a gym but that is unrealistic. It would be nice also to keep the smoking area away from the breakfast area.

Una struttura davvero molto bella. Le parti comuni sono arredate con grande cura e attenzione al particolare. Le camere sono abbastanza essenziali e non molto grandi, ma sono molto carine e comode. La colazione è molto buona con prodotti del territorio di qualità. La posizione è ottima, ai piedi della città con una bella vista sulla collina e molto vicina ai templi.

Il est conseillé de bien repérer l’accès à la villa et d’introduire les coordonnées gps précises.

This is a real gem in sicily. To reach the b&b you need some directions, they make sure you get this before you arrive. It is a nice size b&b where the host welcomes you and explains all about the b&b and the area. The breakfast in the morning was a great selection of local food. There is no restaurant at the hotel, the town is only a 10 min drive ( parking in the city was a little challenge). The small pool is a plus to relax and cool down at the end of the day.

The pool area is very slippery take good care when entering.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile con la macchina, si trova vicino alle varie attrazioni turistiche di Agrigento e al centro. Camera pulitissima e con tutti i confort. Colazione ottima. TUTTO lo staff è disponibile, gentile e accogliente. Ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo.

Die Anfahrt: ca. 1,5 Km über, enge, ungeterrte, steile, miserable Strecke. Wir hatten einen SUV ( Jeep) damit kein Problem. Autos mit geringer Bodenfreiheit ( Sportwagen) werden ruiniert. Die technische Ausführung (Zimmer, Licht, Klima, Zugang Haupteingang) ist nicht intuitiv / praxisgerecht: Bis man durch all die Fallstricke durch ist, ist ein Kurzaufenthalt vorbei ….

Wonderful property, very well looked after. Beautiful garden and lovely plunge pool. Staff was friendly although hardly any english spoken by breakfast staff . Owner was very helpful with tips and recommendations. It is out of the way and very peaceful. Great (well needed) air-con. And we were greeted by the spectacle of swallows sweeping across for insects...magical! And a multitude of butterflies.

The access to the property is a bit tricky and the lane needs to be with less potholes. It would have been nice to be given a couple of sachets of coffee for our 2nd morning there.

Good jacuzzi, luxurious room

In birds view its not far from agrigento but there is no direct road, so its a 10-15min drive. It is not a good location to do something by bike or foot

Hotel was excellent, check in was simple and easy to complete. Room was very clean and good size as was the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and staff could not do enough to help. Pool and gardens were great and views of the temples were a bonus. Overall this location is perfect for visiting the area. On our last day we had a late flight but were allowed to stay and use pool and facilities until needed to leave, it was very kind of owner but just summed up how they helped and treated us throughout the whole stay, we will return.

There is nothing to dislike at this property

Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, con una piscina estupenda y excelente personal. Maravilloso para visitar el valle de los templos, la catedral y el teatro Pirandello que es lo más bonito de Agrigento. Super recomendable.

Lack of privacy in bathroom.

Eine sehr moderne Unterkunft in idyllischer Lage, perfekt zum entspannen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber, wir hatten eine Suite mit Terrasse. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig. Die Stadt ist in etwa 15Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, da man aufgrund einer Einbahnstraße bei der Unterkunft außen herum fahren musste um diese zu erreichen.

An die Fliegen am Pool muss man sich gewöhnen.

Villa située dans un joli parc a 2 pas de la ville et de la vallee des temples. Piscine tres agréable, décoration soignée, petit dejeuner varié et le bonheur de pouvoir profiter d'un jacuzzi privé ... Sejour tres agréable grâce a l'accueil et aux conseils de notre hôte. Nous recommandons vivement.

Ne pas se laisser impressionner par l'accès un peu compliqué à la villa, cela en vaut la peine ...

La struttura ha un bellissimo parco e piscina moderna e pulita, con attenzione ai dettagli. La nostra camera era accogliente e arredata con stile, con gusto. I prodotti da bagno erano di qualità. Lo staff è molto gentile: ci ha spiegato e ci ha dato dei tips per quanto riguarda la valle dei templi e ristorantini in centro. La colazione è ottima, servita nel patio esterno con prodotti di qualità.

Superbement située cette villa nous a enchantée. Sympathique accueil, très bon petit déjeuner dans un jardin bien entretenu. Transats au calme autour de la piscine. Pas un bruit de voiture malgré une rocade pas très éloignée. Adresse à recommander pour votre prochain séjour.

Onvindbaar je hebt minstens 2 GPS nodig die mekaar niet tegenspreken Zonder auto ook niet te doen, je geraakt er even moeilijk weg. Wat totaal niet kan voor zo een prijs is dat de badkamer een open badkamer is. Je ziet niet alles ( gelukkig) maar je HOORT wel alles en dan is het voor mij over and out

Super schönes Anwesen mitten in einem tollen Garten. Geschmackvoll ausgestattet mit Blick aufs Meer. Bequemes Bett. Das Frühstück war toll, mit vielen selbstgemachten und guten Produkten. Die beiden Brüder, denen das Anwesen gehört sind sehr lieb und haben tolle Tipps auf Lager. Auch die Innenstadt von Agrigento lohnt sich, was man aber erst feststellt, wenn man wirklich in die Altstadt geht. Gerne jederzeit wieder!

Un petit oasis à 10 m du centre historique et 15 mn de la vallée des temples avec une piscine très agréable ombragée et une chambre confortable. La vue par la baie vitrée de la chambre avec baignoire est une belle expérience

À noter que l emplacement est très difficile à trouver entre des vois rapides et que la vue de la chambre avec baignoire donnait en partie sur cette voie. Donc un semi oasis. De plus la chambre est petite pour accueillir une baignoire et la peinture noire très inhabituelle. Dommage

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit weitläufigen Garten und sogar mit einem Pool, perfekter Service, leckeres Frühstück und nützliche Infos für Ausflüge. Zudem die, perfekte Lage unterhalb von Agrigent, ein Paradis zum Relaxen. Kann man sehr empfehlen!

Un petit coin de paradis. La villa et les extérieurs sont magnifiques. L'accueil est très chaleureux. Nous avons pu bénéficier des conseils restaurants/parking de notre hôte qui se sont avérés excellents. Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour dans une suite avec terrasse très bien équipée et tout confort. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié et servi par un personnel très sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement!

Das ganze Anwesen war atemberaubend mit dem Blick auf das Meer. Wir waren Ende April dort, deshalb war die ganze Insel sehr grün. Die Zimmer sind mit sehrviel Geschmack und einem Blick fürs Detail sehr modern aber auch komfortabel und praktisch eingerichtet. Gerlando war ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war außergewöhnlich für italienische Verhältnisse. Mit frischer Salami selbst aufzuschneiden, Käse und Wurst, alle möglichen Arten von Frühstücksgebäck und „Cornetti“ , Kuchen etc. Mir haben nur die Eier gefehlt, da ich sonst nicht viel essen darf im Moment.

Eine traumhafte Anlage, sehr schöne Zimmer, ein gutes Frühstück auf der Terrasse, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Eigentümer - kurz gesagt: besser geht’s kaum. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Agrigento kommen, würden wir auf alle Fälle wieder hier buchen. Der Eigentümer hat uns auch vorab mitgeteilt, wie wir die Unterkunft einfacher anfahren können, denn Google Maps führt einen auf etwas abenteuerliche Weise zum Ziel. Man sollte den Hinweis beachten!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die wunderschöne, idyllische Bepflanzung, die dem gesamten Aufenthalt eine entspannte Atmosphäre verleiht. Der Gastgeber war äußerst zuvorkommend und stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Es lohnt sich, vorab anzufragen, ob der Pool geöffnet ist. Bei uns war er leider unerwartet geschlossen – allerdings hat sich der Gastgeber hier sehr kulant gezeigt und ist uns entgegengekommen. Parken ist kostenfrei direkt auf dem Grundstück möglich! Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit vielen lokalen Zutaten zubereitet. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Die Lage wie in einer Oase am Fuss der Stadt. Auch das sehr persönlich geführte Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen.

Das Zimmer war o.k., aber klein. Um sein Badetuch nach dem Duschen aufzuhängen, musste man erfinderisch sein. Schwierig war vor allem die Anfahrt - trotz GPS. Autofahr-Erfahrung in Italien darf als hilfreich bewertet werden.
