Die „Villa mit Meerblick“ (auf Airbnb: „Reverie“) ist ein absoluter Traum. Sie bietet sehr viel Platz auf vier Etagen: 1. Eingangsbereich, 2. Küche und Arbeitsplatz, 3. Fernseher, offenes Badezimmer und Toilette, 4. offener Schlafbereich. Bei unserem Aufenthalt sah alles genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und war in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Küche war ziemlich gut ausgestattet: Zwei Pfannen, ein kleiner Topf, relativ gute Messer, ausreichend Teller und Besteck, sowie ein paar Spezialwerkzeuge wie Dosenöffner, Schere und Sparschäler. Es gab eine Mikrowelle und einen Reiskocher, aber keinen Ofen. Von den oberen Etagen hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Inseln vor El Nido, besonders umwerfend bei Sonnenuntergang. Die Damen von der Rezeption waren jederzeit erreichbar und im Kontakt per WhatsApp sehr engagiert dabei, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Unter anderem haben sie auf Anfrage einen Tricycle-Fahrer organisiert, der uns mit Namensschild vom Flughafen abholte. (Die Fahrt haben wir separat an den Fahrer bezahlt). Als bei unserer Ankunft die Kochplatte in der Küche fehlte (angeblich, weil sie durch Nutzung der vorigen Gäste kaputt gegangen war), hat das Team für uns innerhalb von weniger als einem Tag eine neue Kochplatte besorgt.

Bei einer so luxuriös konzipierten Villa überraschte uns, dass es keinerlei Schrank gab, in dem wir unsere Kleidung hätten aufbewahren können. Wir haben dafür die kleinen Tische und den Fußboden benutzt. Man muss zudem wissen, dass es in der Reverie-Villa wenig akustische Privatsphäre gibt, da das gesamte Haus ein großer, durch Treppen verbundener Raum ist. Es gibt keinerlei Türen. Das betrifft auch das WC, welches als Teil des offenen Badezimmerbereiches durch eine Schwingtür lediglich visuell abgetrennt ist. Wer im Wohnzimmerbereich sitzt, bekommt also akustisch alles mit, was auf dem WC passiert. Für uns als Paar war das kein Problem, nur etwas ungewohnt. Die Kochplatte, die für uns neu besorgt wurde, war etwas frustrierend, da man die Leistung nicht frei einstellen, sondern nur zwischen vordefinierten Kochprogrammen wie „Suppe“, „Wasser“ oder „scharf anbraten“ wählen konnte. Vielleicht haben wir das Gerät nicht ganz verstanden, aber die Bedienungsanleitung stand uns leider nicht zur Verfügung. Zudem bot das Gerät nur eine einzelne Kochfläche; ein Gerät mit zwei Kochflächen wäre super, um etwas kompliziertere Gerichte kochen zu können, wozu die Küche ansonsten gut genug ausgestattet war. Wir wertschätzen aber sehr, dass uns überhaupt so schnell eine Kochplatte besorgt wurde, nachdem sie angeblich durch die Benutzung der vorigen Gäste kaputtgegangen war!

I honestly don't understand the positive reviews of this place. The property (villa with garden view) is worn-out and the internet connection is unreliable. However, the biggest issue by far was the number of huge cockroaches inside the house! We understand that the property is located in a natural setting, and we are not expecting a completely insect-free environment. We are flexible and have travelled around the Philippines (also Palawan) and stayed in pretty remote locations. Yet we have never experienced anything like this. Cockroaches were everywhere - mainly in the bathroom and a common area. It was impossible to be in the place without encountering them. We repeatedly killed them, only for new ones to appear shortly afterwards. You could not sit downstairs on the sofa, or enter the bathroom without having cockroaches. If there had been an occasional insect, that would have been understandable, but the big number and size! was beyond reasonable expectations. For this price range, the property should be better maintained to prevent them from entering from like... everywhere?! At first, we called the staff to help us on the first evening. They then provided us with insect spray, but the problem was so persistent that we would have to call them multiple times per evening to deal with the cockroaches. Unfortunately, we found the situation unacceptable, it was too many of them, and it significantly affected our stay. I would not stay at this place ever again, and it was way too overpriced!

Facilities were good.

The strong smell of sewage came from the bathroom. The noises from the neighbors were very loud even after quiet hours (after 10pm).

L’accueil du personnel est chaleureux et ils s’assurent que nous avons tout ce qu’il nous faut durant notre séjour. Nous avons apprécié le restaurant Happiness juste à côté. C’est à 7 minutes de Vanilla beach en tuk tuk. Hébergement propre avec tout le nécessaire dans la petite cuisine. La piscine est géniale.

Ce n’est pas la faute de l’établissement, mais nos voisins étaient très bruyants. Ça criait fort. Nous les entendions marcher et fermer les portes même quand ils étaient à l’intérieur du logement.

Die Villa war wunderschön, sauber und hochwertig. Die mit Abstand schönste Unterkunft in der wir bisher waren. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Zudem kann man sich einen Roller ausleihen und die Gegend selber erkunden. Wir wünschten, wir wären länger geblieben.

Unfortunately mine and my daughter blond hair got dyed into green colour from the pool water. It happens because of metal like copper and chlorine used to keep the water clean.

We loved the location, the building was beautiful and had a rustic look about it, it was like it was carved out of stone. The staff were amazing and took care every needs.

We loved every thing about the property, but unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t heating up

The place is modern, has a cool speaker and TV, the bathroom concept is fun. The staff were attentive and nice, everyday they texted about cleaning and if we needed extra water or recommendations.

Unfortunately the room is very noise despite being located on the 3rd floor from the street. There is also a lot of light coming in from the bathroom as its wall is made out of glass. The are loads of ants around, bathroom, 2nd floor. We had issues with the shower, there was not enough pressure and the temperature would never get hot enough. On the last night, it did not get hot at all, and also we weren’t able to use the bathtub as the water there was always cold. On this last night the staff let us have shower in another villa that was not occupied. This was a bit unfortunate, but the staff was very nice and apologized for the situation.

Great accommodation and absolutely superb customer service. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Kaye helping to assist me with bookings and transfers via WhatsApp.

- Really clean. - Daily housekeeping if wanted. You can decline aswell. - Pool is clean and taken care of. - One of our air conditioner stopped working and we had troubles sleeping due to the heat. We had to cancel our island hopping tour because we were so exhausted. Our host sent a team of technicians to repair the air-conditioner and they covered the island hopping tour we couldn't attend nor cancel for that day. - They are helpful with organising tours, tricycles and transportation to Port Barton or Puerto Princesa.

It was a lot of stairs to get to the bed, the open plan living room to the shower was also a little awkward but would be perfect for a couple.

What I really liked about this Apartment Style Villa is that it felt like a home. It has a unique apartment-style layout, featuring a loft bed, an open and spacious bathroom, a cozy living room, and even a second living area on the upper floor with a small kitchenette. There's also a dedicated workspace, which is a big plus for me. During sunset, the view was absolutely stunning — the way the light reflected off the glass was simply amazing.

The amenities of Lugadia Villas were suberb! The staff of Lugadia were absolutely excellent, they tended to every query we had, were very accommodating and the reception was always so approachable! Every query we had was dealt with in an amazing manner.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa Himig. Che dire ? Bellissima, dotata di ogni comfort, rifinita con materiali di pregio nei minimi dettagli. Bella da vedere e comodissima da abitare. Non manca nulla, persino un piccolo angolo per il caffè, un forno microonde ed un piccolo frigo con ampia scelta di bevande a disposizione. La jacuzzi : wow, non si può chiedere di più! La vasca che si affaccia sulla camera da letto: un gioiellino 🤩 perfette le luci, creano un’ atmosfera armoniosa e rilassante, ottime sia l’ aria condizionata che la ventola che aiuta anche a tenere lontane le zanzare. Posizione super comoda e tranquilla, vicina anche a piedi a diversi resort e ristoranti che abbiamo molto apprezzato. A 3 minuti in tricycle da Vanilla beach, e a 10 minuti dal porto da dove partono tutti i tour, perfetta per muoversi senza stare nel caos della città. Lo staff è formidabile, super reattivi, simpatici, gentilissimi e disponibili ad aiutarci per qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno: ci hanno persino procurato una buonissima pizza in pochi minuti nel bel mezzo di un blackout 🫶 Abbiamo adorato tutto di Lugadia Villas, il top ad El Nido ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at Ligaya during Typhoon Tino, and it was the perfect choice. As El Nido residents, we knew how solidly it’s built, and it truly delivered. The staff had already removed plants and artworks to make sure nothing could fly around, and everything felt carefully prepared and safe. Despite the storm, we had continuous electricity and the internet never went down—we literally experienced a typhoon while watching Netflix and enjoying quality family time. Huge thank you to Lugadia and the amazing staff for keeping everything smooth and secure

De ruimte van de villa was heel fijn. 2 slapkamers, woonkamer en een lekker terras. Deze villa wordt in september verbouwd en krijgt dan ook prive zwembad.

Dat er geen algemeen zwembad was. Dat was niet duidelijk op de website.

Kudos to the reception. They’ve created a groupchat with all the receptionists to stay up to date if we needed anything. amazing customer service.

Excellent design, luxury, and elegance; each villa has its own unique charm and features. We were lucky to have tried out three different villas in all our 8 nights of stay there. The one bed and 2 beds villas both have their own pools stand out distinctly, and both are superb accommodation with very interesting designs, features, and comfort. The wow factors were clearly apparently from the first impression the moment we stepped in.

Would have been great if the location could easily access the beach directly

Easy to catch a ride into town. A few restaurants near by to eat at in you don’t want to go into town. They kept it very clean and cool.

Well designed and practical to live, every room has a AirCo and fan. I really appreciated the kitchen with all necessary.

Probably only the point is about the pool. Because there is no roof on top better to have some items that can help you dry the surface around in case of rain.

Super nice villas to stay in, we loved the private pool that came with the 3 room villa. We also originally booked one of the one room villas but the team upgraded us to the deluxe villa due to an issue with the bath. The team were really helpful in helping us book the airport transfer and the tours and they also provide a laundry service which was really convenient for us.

The 3 room villa only has 2 bathrooms (one en-suite and a one shared bathroom), which was a bit inconvenient if you're travelling with a large group - we had 9 people. Also the villas are a bit further out of town so there's no signal in case you need to make a phone call.

Perfect for a few nights stay- just outside of the mayhem of el Nido for some quiet when needed and close enough to head to town for some fun. Loads of great restaurants and beach bars a few min stroll from the villa

Very helpful and friendly staff, convenient location (5 minutes walk to bars/lounges, 5 minutes by tricycle to get to some of the best beaches), clean premises and comfortable amenities. The staff also booked for us island hopping tour and transport to airport & beaches, and the service was excellent.

The staff welcomed us with fresh coconuts. It was a real warm welcome. The villa without pool was equipped with an outside kitchen 2 sleeping rooms a living room a big shower and a separate toilet. Everything was very clean and prepared with love. Water was free available the same as coffee and tea. Also the staff organized Tucktucks for us.

We liked the beds and the layout of the property. Panorama restaurant and the beach close by was great.

- some more comfy chairs in living area would be good - we would of preferred to leave a credit card for incidentals, having to leave cash was a pain - hot water didn’t always work

We were welcomed by the staff with fresh coconuts upon arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful. The villas were beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. The common areas were outdoor which was cool especially when it rained. There were several ceiling fans and a bug zapper to help with the mosquito issue. The staff mentioned the house gecko likes to visit the guests and they came to welcome us our first night. The kitchens are fully equipped, and there are also a few close restaurants near the hotel.

The walk ways and some of the rooms situations were not very friendly to persons with disabilities, but it is doable. One of the villas had 2 bedrooms upstairs and the bathroom downstairs with the toilet across the way in a separate room from the sink and shower. The bathrooms were not very well-ventilated, but understandable in a tropical area. There were short power outages in the middle of the night for 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. In one of the bathrooms there was a line of dead ants that were not cleaned up.

Beautiful stay! Loved the location, quick and easy to get to main beaches via tuktuk but can also easily walk to nearby beach that is less crowded. Staff was super kind and helpful!

The location is surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the road. Very modern and spacious. The photos in the listing were a bit confusing and only realised after booking that the unit had no pool. Also no communal pool on the property.

It was clean and comfortable. The airconditioning was working very well! And the house was pretty and spacious. The staff is very accommodating, helpful and responsive.

The drain in the shower doesn’t work well. It is clogged so the water raises and it takes a long time before it is gone.

Loved our stay here! Was a perfect location right by the beach and Panorama beach club. We were welcomed with a fresh coconut each. The beds were super comfortable and the villa had everything you could need. The staff were amazing- it was my birthday and they brought a cake to the villa and sang me happy brithday. A nice touch! Also the reception where able to organise us an in house massage which was great too. Loved our stay here!

The water was mirky one night, no water for personal care , then in the morning my buddy was in a shower full of soap the water was gone, shot off , he dried himself soapy lol

Everything about this stay was beyond perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary drink, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. The entire place was immaculately clean, spacious, and even better in person. The living and dining areas were cozy yet elegant, the room was comfortable with fresh-smelling bedsheets, and even the utensils were top quality. Having Netflix was a plus for winding down after a long day. What we loved the most was the pool and the bathtub. The pool was stunning, well-maintained, and perfect for a refreshing dip. The bathtub was deep and luxurious, making every soak feel like a spa experience. Privacy was also well thought out, with tall concrete fences providing a secluded feel while still being in an easy-to-find location. This is truly a hidden gem in El Nido, an easy 11/10. We are beyond grateful for the incredible hospitality and will definitely be back.

This was a great find and we would definitely recommend if staying in El Nido. We booked it last minute after our other accommodation fell through. Lugadia Villas is about 10 minutes by trike/car from El Nido town and we were glad to be in this quiet area rather than the town which was quite busy. The rooms are luxurious and finished to a very high standard. The hotel is room only - there is no restaurant - but the room was much better than other places we stayed in the Philippines. We booked the standard villa without a pool, and this had a small outdoor area with table and chairs, lounge seat, and mini bar. The staff were excellent and took good care of us. They arranged our transfer to/from the airport (the trikes are fine for getting to the town but I would recommend a car for getting to the airport because of the distance), and were always on hand. Although it doesn't have a restaurant there are several places to eat nearby for. We went to Chabacano (2 minute walk) for breakfast and dinner, which has amazing sunset views and a good menu (mainly Spanish/western food).

We didn't like the aircon pointing directly at the bed. Other people seem to like this but we found it a bit annoying. We managed to find a setting that was comfortable after adjusting the settings.

The villa is incredible! It's finished to such a high standard and the amenities are fantastic. it's in a great location - not far from the hustle and bustle of El Nido Town Square - a short 8 min tuk tuk ride away

The manager & host were absolutely lovely, very communicative and helped us book our tours. They made sure we were comortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Quiet villa located about 5 minutes by trike from the main town. Excellent staff and facilities within our villa meant we had everything we needed. Close to the beach, bars and restaurant but quiet enough it didn’t feel busy.

Beautiful and luxurious self contained villa. The design, decor and quality were amazing. A huge bath and private pool tops it off. Netflix and TV at your fingertips. Didn't use kitchen as fabulous restaurants walking distance away with the classic El Nido views. Staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this villa accommodation.

Our stay at the new Villa was nothing but relaxing and a treat. It was designed with relaxation and rest in mind, the outdoor area with the pool and seating was very spacious and above all very private. The living area inside has plenty of seating and space for interactions, which is connected to the kitchen via an open floor plan which is great. The bathroom had a large bath tub with a separate shower, which was awesome. Last but not the least the bedroom was well placed so that there is a view of the pool and outdoor living area.

A little bit of sound from the nearby road would come in, but it wasn't much of a bother since the walls were high enough to drown out the sound. Also, nothing could be heard from the inside of the villa, so no worries there.

Amazing design, felt like a King!

Location is very convenient, 2 min walk to the beach for amazing sunsets, 10 min by trike to downtown and 5 min the other way to the famous maremegmeg beach. Secondly the bathtub is amazing plus the finishing touches,.. eye for detal.

Location is not as described. The villas are 2.5km from Corong Corong Beach and 3-4kms from town centre.
